Villa su due piani affacciata sul porto di Vernazza. Wi-Fi & A/C

Il Conventino delle Cinque Terre è una villa storica situata sulla scogliera del porto di Vernazza. Costruita da zero a metà del '900, recuperando terreni inutilizzati lungo il muro di cinta della ferrovia. Il nome deriva dalla vicinanza alla chiesa locale e tutti i suoi interni sono pensati per ricordare un vero convento. Quattro camere con vista mare al piano superiore e un'ampia area comune al piano inferiore. La zona giorno è ampia e ben organizzata, un open space che unisce la sala da pranzo al soggiorno, idealmente divisi da un arco in pietra. L'intero piano si affaccia sul mare e, grazie a quattro porte-finestre, si accede facilmente al balcone e alla veranda, ombreggiata da una rigogliosa bouganville. Situato nel Parco delle Cinque Terre, dove Vernazza è la perla indiscussa, Il Conventino delle Cinque Terre è il gioiello di Vernazza. A due minuti a piedi dal paese, dalla stazione ferroviaria e dal mare, è il luogo ideale per trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax.

Beautiful location with the most amazing views. Really quick walk down to restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioners worked great. Loved the air mattresses for in the water. Bring noise cancelling headphones or earplugs as the train runs right behind the apartment all night on Saturday night and late the rest of the night. Would stay again.

It’s the most beautiful place to stay in Vernazza. The views are spectacular. I highly recommend this place to any group looking for a large home to accommodate their group. Know that there are about 100 steps to get to and from the train and village center. We felt it was worth the trip.

Luca was fabulous to deal with! His response time was almost immediate for any questions I had. The property was literally second to none, most beautiful setting and view. Lots of amenities, everything that we needed was in the home. We’ve stayed there twice now and would say it certainly is a little piece of heaven!

Heaven on earth! This property exceeded all of our expectations. The view was phenomenal, the house was spotless, decorated beautifully, and had everything we needed and more. The communication with the owners was fantastic, and when we arrived for check-in, arrangements were made to have our suitcases carried up the numerous steps to the property for us. We absolutely loved our stay in Vernazza, would definitely stay at the property again.

Loved the property, great view, charming interior. The new 3rd bathroom was a great addition. The Hosts took great care of us, meeting us on arrival, giving good tips on our visit and discounts at some places (like the wine store). Be prepared for lots of steps but that is expected. The rooms do not have a lot of closet space but there is a huge closet in the upstairs hallway.

Fantastic find in Vernazza

This place was amazing. The location is great with the best view of the harbor in Vernazza. Our three couples had plenty of space and a beautiful outdoor terrace for meals. Luca and Manu were great hosts with good local recommendations.

Wonderful Stay in Vernazza

We visited this great property with our son and his friends, all studying in Florence for the semester. It was a beautiful break for all of us, literally on the hiking trail, views are spectacular, hosts are amazing and the place is very special. We will book this again if we are back in the area!

We loved our stay at Il Conventina. It was so relaxing and restful with inspiring views all around. We loved the space and closeness to the piazza. Manuela waited for us, even though our train was late. We would love to stay here again. Thank you!!

We did not cook in, but kitchen seem to has everything one would need. Parking sounded like it was going to be tough, but ended up being quite easy. House was super clean!!! May just want to warn clients to bring bare minimum and that they will have 100 stairs to climb to get to home. Carrying a suitcase up those stairs is not really feasible. Cardiac patients or elderly people may not be able to climb that many stairs. Cried when we left. SOOOOOO MAGICAL!!!

Luca and Emanuella wee the most lovely hosts--- they were not only super responsive before our arrival, answering many questions before we came (we were very unfamiliar with the geography!) but very supportive upon our arrival, meeting us upon arrival, arranging help with our parking, luggage, etc--not to mention their villa is well-stocked, beautifully decorated, with the most stunning views-- we LOVED our time here-- thank you!!

Amazing Views

What a wonderful time we had in Vernazza! And Luca’s place was spectacular! Very comfy beds, great accommodations for whatever you needed for your stay. Kitchen and baths nicely updated, comfy seating areas inside and out, and the views were amazing! Only downside was hauling luggage up and down all those stairs. Very gracious hosts, great recommendations for food and sites. I would come again!

Stay in Cinque Terre Paradise

What a fabulous property! I should have though more about the packing that we did (just use backpacks) but other than that, this is the cream of the crop in Vernazza. We loved our time here and would highly recommend it! Thanks to Luca and Manuela for your kind hospitality. Kind Regards Rebecca

You won’t regret it

We regularly stay at vrbo for all of our vacations and this is one of the loveliest we had the pleasure of staying at. It was perfect for a family of 4, the amenities were perfect and it had everything you need. The location was one of the most beautiful. We split our time between here and Rome and wished we would have spent the entire time here. The shop owners, restaurants and vendor were fantastic! Highly recommend.

Fabulous location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is super clean and comfortable. The location overlooking the harbor keeps you above all the day time hustle and bustle but still close to everything. Outdoor seating was comfortable and fun in the evening. Highly recommend hiring assistance with your luggage from the train station unless you pack light or are really fit. Luca was kind enough to arrange some help for our bags.

Great house with an Amazing view

The property sits perched on a hill with amazing views. The house was clean and had a small, but functioning kitchen. We enjoyed the 2 outdoor areas overlooking the sea. If I picked a negative, it would be that the bathrooms are small and they are both upstairs. A delightful stay with very helpful hosts. Did I say the views are amazing??!!!!

Amazing!

If you stay here you will have “the view” of Vernazza! It is absolutely beautiful. There are many steps to get there, but it’s worth it. The accommodations were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with plates and utensils. Communication with the host was perfect. Quick and easy! The only things to note is if you are a light sleeper, the church bells go off fairly early and the train goes by often, but we found that all quite enchanting. Would eagerly stay here again any time!

The place was fantastic and the views were unbelievable. I loved the feeling of having a home base and actually got to know several shopkeepers and waitresses in town. Would highly recommend. My only comment would be the issue of luggage assistance-the major or the group was over 70 and had some difficulty

Gem in Vernazza

Amazing location and views from this beautiful house on the cliff overlooking the harbor in Vernazza. We honestly had the best view in town! The home was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed for our family of 5. It was wonderful to pop out for breakfast and come back and have it on the balcony nook. I would recommend taking the train into Vernazza and not driving however which was a bit stressful. Looking forward to returning!
