Decorate con colori di design e arredi e con una nuova cucina aggiornato, con armadi in legno espresso ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con nuovi piatti, pentole e padelle per rendere la cucina una cena gourmet un gioco da ragazzi. Rilassatevi nel proiettati in veranda che è completamente circondata da una rigogliosa vegetazione tropicale e dispone di una grande fontana di roccia spumeggiante per il godimento aggiunto. Perfetto per sorseggiare il caffè del mattino o un cocktail pomeridiano. Dirigetevi verso la sovradimensionata proiettato in veranda sul retro che si affaccia sulla cena privata e completamente recintato in cantiere a griglia e godere. Questa casa accogliente ha colori divertenti e arredamento in ogni stanza per fare veramente sentire come se fossi in vacanza! Il soggiorno ha un nuovo televisore LCD "intelligente", che permette di vedere la TV via cavo regolare o si collega tramite connessione Wi-Fi per lo streaming di film e spettacoli televisivi attraverso applicazioni come Netflix, Hulu, Crackle, etc. Hit la spiaggia, ha colpito i negozi, tutto è in un raggio di 2. 5 miglia, tra cui il nuovo punto caldo Napoli per negozi, ristoranti, bar, e film, il Mercato! Another wonderful stay at this beautiful home...

This house is a real treasure. We love that it's within walking distance of several beautiful beaches. We stay here every year and it's always clean and ready for us. Comfy beds, stocked kitchen and a homey vibe make this one of our favorite homes away from home.

Perfect January work from “home” getaway

We love staying here! Feels like our second home. Beaches in walking distance, comfy beds, stocked kitchen, great restaurants nearby and both the front and back screened porches are terrific areas to relax. A terrific two weeks. Hope to be back again.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! The location of the house is perfect and we took daily walks to the beach. We stay in this house every year and it's always wonderful. The host, Allison, was great and the house was clean and ready for us. It's a gem :)

Allison was very responsive to our questions and very helpful. The house is very well stocked with cooking utensils and beach gear. The furniture is outdated and there are no shades on the front windows but there are trees and bushes in front of the home. Location is very ideal for beaches, walking or riding a bike.

Relaxing Oasis

This is an excellent property. The interior design is outstanding. The front yard is landscaped as a jungle and it is beautiful to look at and provides cool shade. Everything is very clean. Special home away from home

My husband and I made this property our home for three weeks - 1 week with friends joining us for vacation and the other 2 weeks working from 'home'. It's perfect for what we wanted and the location couldn't be more ideal. With two beaches in walking distance and several more only a few miles away, we never missed a day without our feet in the sand and a brilliant sunset. It's also close to a wide variety of restaurants and fun destinations. The kitchen had every appliance and utensil we needed to cook up a few meals at home too. Comfy beds and furnishings made it easy to relax after a long day. This home gets our highest recommendations.

Great stay at the house

The house was in a very good and quiet area. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The kitchen had everything one would need. Some upgraded beach chairs would be appreciated.

Disappointing

We were notified very late on the night before our arrival of major construction happening on the street (upgrading of water and sewerage lines) road was all dug up, heavy equipment parked in-front of home. We were awakened next morning after arrival by construction personnel knocking on door to let us know we needed to move our car or we would be blocked in driveway. Air conditioning was not working upon our arrival, had to call property manager to have tech come out and fix it. Requested to be moved or refunded but received no response. On day three of stay water backed up in shower and toilets backed up due to construction as we were trying to get ready for scheduled family portrait. Thank goodness the men were still outside working and I had to go out there and let them know. Property manger offered to move us to another home however would have to move back this home after two nights. Overall very disappointing and extremely frustrating stay. Also be aware do a street view to see the front of house or should I say the jungle blocking the front of house and trees crossing driveway, be careful not to run into them as you try to park. We would not recommend this property!

We are having new water/sewer lines put in all throughout the community by the county which is completely out of our control. I notified the guest as soon as I found out that there would be construction occurring in front of the house. The guest received a very generously discounted rate (lower than most hotels) due to the nearby construction and any inconvenience that it brought for them. The guest also showed up earlier than check in time without asking permission and let themselves into the house. Upon their earlier than agreed upon check in they contacted me to tell me the AC wasn’t working. I of course apologized and had an AC tech over to the house immediately (which is very difficult to do quickly if you’ve ever worked with AC companies). From the time the guest contacted me until the AC was cooling for them was 1 hour total. In regards to the water backing up due to the construction, we had no control over the fact that the worker improperly cut the water line before shutting off the street water and caused chaos for our guests. Once they notified me I immediately went to the house to help them sort out the problem and offered for them to move to another house (a larger new home with a pool) at no extra charge to them. They obliged and actually enjoyed using both homes during their stay for their large family. I continued to let them use both homes even though the water line problem was remedied that evening. They moved out of the pool home the last day before their departure. I contacted the guests during their stay and they were very happy with the house. They even mentioned to me that their family would want to come back and stay at the house again because it was so nice. As for the exterior of the home, we have a lot of tropical foliage in the front yard that is professionally maintained by a landscaping company. We have foliage in the front yard to provide privacy for guests who like to use the front porch (we have a screened front porch and a screened back porch). This foliage is very obvious based upon our photos and almost every guest that stays comments to me on how much they enjoyed the privacy of the front porch. In my opinion, a one star rating is given when an owner/manager doesn’t respond to guests problems or work with guests on solutions, this was in no way the situation they encountered. Please see our other excellent reviews as to how much guests enjoy the home and area.

Beautiful home

We were very happy with this beautiful home. I enjoyed the tropical trees and tropical forest in the front yard. Nice screened in porches on the front and back. We had everything we needed to cook with. This vacation home was well equipped with everything we needed. Very grateful we chose it for our stay.

Naples Park

We were extremely pleased with this rental. The location was in a quiet residential area but very convenient to the beaches, restaurants, shopping, as well as recreational activities within the surrounding area. The home was very clean, well organized and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I highly recommend this home and would stay here again when vacationing in Naples.

Happy hideaway

Spent 3 wonderful weeks in this comfy home. We walked to Vanderbilt, Bluebill and Delnor Wiggins State Park beaches, plus a short drive to Lover’s Key, Barefoot and so many others. We especially loved the big windows overlooking a private garden, the well-stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds and the two screened-in and shaded porches. So much to love in this home-away-from-home. So sad to leave. We’ll rent here again soon!!

Great property-Great location.

This property was clean, comfortable, and sufficiently updated In all respects with everything provided to make for a wonderful short or longer term vacation. We just spent the month of February at this property and hope to have the opportunity to come back next year. Very easy to work with the property owner for any questions we had from the time we leased back in June.

Lovely home to stay in for our family vacation!

This house had everything our family needed. Very comfortable, nicely decorated and had all those little extras that made our vacation great! The kitchen had all we needed to cook a few meals at home. The beach pass included to nearby park was the best! We could go to beautiful beach, come back and go see sunset. Perfect for us! Loved the double lanais to hang out and drink coffee/ read books or whatever. Loved all the birds that hung around the property. Loved the trees in front that hid house from the street and made us feel comfy hanging out in jammies in the morn. Very clean! Would definitely rent again!

Clean, Comfortable, Good Location

We were 3 adults and stayed one week. We had plenty of room (there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths). We really enjoyed having the two screened-in areas; one in the front of the house and the other in the back. It was great to have a washer and dryer and to have beach umbrella, chairs and towels. But the best part of our rental was Allison Evans, our contact person. She was responsive and helpful, which was much appreciated.

Very cosy and special place, perfect customer liaison

We, two adults, 3 little girls, simply loved our stay at this lovely house! It is a special, warm-hearted place, the house is well sized, very clean and equipped with really everything you need, especially a perfect kitchen and a brand new washing machine and dryer. Although Irma just had gone, Allison made everything just perfect for a jump-start into our vacation. Even more, she managed to help us with all our special requests, like baby chair or a cradle. A big thank you to Allison for her help! Thinks to know before you book: - There is no pool - perfect for us with 3 small kids. Just make sure thats what you are looking for. - There are two bedrooms for adults, the two single beds in the 3rd bedroom might be a little too small for large persons. The girls however loved it! Cool colours... - come as you are - there is literally everything in the house, even beach chairs and towels, bikes, etc. - Wifi is fast and everywhere in the place - make sure to bring some good books - there are 2 TV´s in the house (we never used), however the lanai in the front is such a homely place, especially after dark, that with a glas of wine and mild temperatures you might sit there longer than you initially wanted. Happend regularly to us... ;-) Any negative? No, not really. If I had to pick one: the showers could get a make over one day. But if you are not looking for the Ritz-Carlton, they are o.k. Absolute recommendation, especially because of the superior service by Allison!

You just can't beat the location! Surrounded by beaches, shopping, dining, etc. Everything is so close! The house is in the heart of all that Naples has to offer yet is in a quiet beachy neighborhood. The house has 2 beautiful screened porches which are nestled in by tropical foliage giving you an extremely private feel. The front porch is perfect for a relaxing with a book, cocktail or sipping your morning coffee after a quick walk on the beach. The house also has whole home audio so you can throw on some music and enjoy it in every room of the house. Come during the late summer and early fall months and you can hopefully enjoy fresh Carambola (Starfruit) from the tree in the back yard! Weber Gas Grill for BBQ'ing, Beach Chairs, Beach Pass, Bikes, Towels, etc. Just bring yourself, everything else is here!
