Sia che cerchi un posto per rilassarsi e distendersi o trascorrere tutto il giorno giocando in acqua e nuotando al largo del molo, il Yellow Cottage sul lago Archer è il posto dove stare. Siediti sul ponte del molo e goditi la tua bevanda estiva preferita mentre guardi le barche che escono dal canale vicino a Marble Lake, o prendi la tua canna da pesca e cattura un mostro Bass proprio sulla riva del lago privato che avrai tutto a te stesso.

The Yellow Cottage si trova su 100 piedi di costa del lago e ha un molo privato di 40 piedi in cui è possibile parcheggiare la barca o salire sulla nostra barca a remi per 2 persone ed esplorare le coste. Il molo si estende in acque profonde, quindi "Go Jump In The Lake" !! I bambini adoreranno il nuoto "senza alghe".

Abbiamo un pontone da 21 piedi (12 passeggeri) che è disponibile per il noleggio a $ 600 a settimana. Il pontone ha un sacco di spazio per trasportare zattere, tagliatelle, borse da spiaggia, refrigeratori, ecc. Per tutte le famiglie. Ha anche una copertura Bimini a scomparsa per tenerti fresco all'ombra e un tavolo centrale per il tuo picnic in famiglia durante la giornata sul lago.

The Yellow Cottage si trova su un grande terreno che offre molto spazio per attività all'aperto per bambini e adulti. Avrai molto spazio per Corn-Hole, Baggo, VolleyBall, Croquet, ecc. È l'ideale per crogiolarsi al sole estivo vicino al lago o rilassarsi sotto uno dei tanti alberi da ombra maturi.

All'interno del cottage c'è una bella combinazione di tradizionale cottage sul lago e alcuni nuovi servizi come aria condizionata centralizzata, bagno ristrutturato con doccia, pavimenti in legno laminato, TV a schermo piatto e lettore DVD, Internet WIFI ad alta velocità gratuito, PlayStation 3 (riproduce DVD e Blue-Ray) nella seconda camera da letto, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Mentre sei dentro, goditi i panorami e i suoni del lago attraverso la grande porta a vetri scorrevole a pochi metri dal bordo dell'acqua, rilassandoti per tutto il tempo su uno dei due comodi divani nella stanza di famiglia.

Quando è ora di cena, cucina oggi la griglia alla griglia Weber. Dopo cena, accendi il pozzo del fuoco e osserva gli sciatori che corrono ancora una volta sull'acqua vetrosa prima del bellissimo tramonto sul lago.

Perfect little cottage for our family, great location!

The owners are very nice and responsive. The cottage is perfect for a family week away. The location was excellent to be able to enjoy multiple lakes and easy access to sandbars.

Nice little lake house and property. Our kids really enjoyed the beach and swimming around the dock. We also rented the boat with the property, and that was a nice feature to have that allowed us to explore all around the different lakes. We definitely would recommend!

I appreciated the lawn chairs, picnic table, kayaks, sandy beach for kayak put-in and a fire ring. Since the weather was perfect, we spent most of the week outdoors. Nice location for sunset each night.

Great stay with the family!

We had a great week with the family at the Yellow Cottage. The house was clean, easy to find, and had everything we needed for a fun stay at the lake. My kids enjoyed the beach area, swimming, and slept easily in the twin room each night. Communication with the property owners was quick and cordial. We’d recommend the Yellow Cottage if you’re looking for a fun stay along the lake!

Perfect Weekend

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and this cottage was absolutely perfect! My granddaughter (who is almost 2) loved playing on the beach. Many fish were caught from kayaks and the pier. The cottage had everything we needed for cooking meals. I would recommend staying here and will definitely be booking this again!!

Relaxing retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at the yellow cottage. It was very relaxing! Weather was beautiful , so we were able to spend time on the lake. Caught a few fish and soaked up some sun. It was nice to be able to dock our boat right at the cottage. Doug was great to work with. Will plan on spending time in the yellow cottage again.

Total Relaxation

The Yellow Cottage met all our expectations and more. The location was perfect. Spent the day watching the traffic going and coming in the channel. Over the years we've rented many cottages but none of the owners come close to these owners. Thank you for allowing us to use the Yellow Cottage. We loved it! And hope to return.

Relaxing lakefront cottage!

This cottage on the lake was a perfect getaway. The booking, communication with Doug, arrival…everything was easy and efficient. The cottage was tastefully decorated, clean, nice layout and great view of the lake. The fire pit by the water provided evenings of star-gazing and s’mores. It was an added bonus being able to rent a boat vs hauling ours. We had never been on a pontoon but thoroughly enjoyed it. We definitely plan to come back!

Excellent property & location. The owners were quick to respond and easy to with with. I works recommend this small cottage to any couple wanting a relaxing week away. Room for 2 couples but no more without being over crowded. One small issue, when the A/C kicks on you have to raise the TV volume a lot to hear over it. Not a deal breaker but would be a lot better if the inside unit was located in the laundry room or garage rather than the bathroom.

Great cottage, clean and decorated nicely.

We enjoyed every bit of our last minute five day getaway! Or plans were to bring our own boat and do some fishing. The weather was great overall— so mission accomplished! We really enjoyed sitting on the waterfront deck watching boats going through the channel just one house away. Perfect place some R and R! The only thing I would suggest is a pedestal sink in the bathroom—might help with the tight space. But in no way did that take a way from our great experience at the Yellow Cottage. Thanks Doug for working with us on our last minute reservation!

The cabin was nice, the host was easy to communicate with, the only complaints we would have would be about the bathroom, it was not friendly for seniors like us and our friends who stayed with us, they could use a taller toilet, and you could not sit straight on the toilet because of the vanity, also it could use a walk in shower as the tub is hard to step in to get into especially without any grab bars, the pontoon we rented from Doug was a nice boat it started and ran good. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked good.

Doug & Marcy McKinley purchased the Archer Lake cottage in Fall of 2015. The cottage was purchased so we could enjoy summers at the lake as a family, and to have enough room for friends and family to visit. During the remodeling/renovation performed over the winter, we decided to rent it out for other families to enjoy as well and make Lake memories of their own.

We loved this property because of how large the lot was that allows plenty of room for playing outside, as well as the fantastic view looking right down the center of Archer lake.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

It's rare to find a lake front property with 100ft of private lake front. There's a large yard, plenty of parking in the driveway or parking in the roadside lot, fantastic views of the lake, great swimming area, and fantastic sunsets.
