Che tu sia seduto in salotto a guardare tutto il traffico delle barche, o sul ponte martini vicino al molo, non perderai un momento dell'azione, che si tratti di barche che volano o di tramonti tranquilli. Il soggiorno vanta anche una TV da 65 "con audio surround. Il soggiorno comprende anche un bellissimo camino a gas che si illumina al tocco di un pulsante e riscalda il tuo cuore e la stanza in quelle serate invernali.

La cucina è arredata con tutti gli utensili, elettrodomestici e gadget necessari per un ritiro estivo e puoi sederti al tavolo della sala da pranzo e goderti quella vista da milioni di dollari.

Tutte e tre le camere vantano letti king size e biancheria da letto di alta qualità.

La master suite vanta più di quella vista sull'acqua, un letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato. Siediti al tavolo degli scacchi e goditi un gioco tranquillo mentre rifletti su quella vista.

La seconda camera da letto vanta 1 letto king size, più di quella splendida vista, un altro bagno completo e un divano letto. Fateci sapere se si desidera utilizzare quel dormiente e avremo le lenzuola pronte per il vostro arrivo. Anche questa stanza ha un televisore a schermo piatto da 50 "per il tuo divertimento.

La terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale, e c'è un letto pieghevole nell'armadio per una giovane, se necessario. Questa camera è una suite executive con una scrivania per le vostre esigenze aziendali e un rifugio tranquillo per completare il progetto prima dell'inizio della vacanza. Anche questa camera ha un bagno privato e una TV a schermo piatto da 50 ".

Sopra il "ponte superiore" c'è una straordinaria area di ritrovo dove puoi guardare il tramonto, goderti una cena romantica e tranquilla o prendere l'abbronzatura. Questo è il posto preferito da tutti i nostri clienti abituali!

Perfect Labor Day weekend!

This house has fascinated me from the time I was a little girl boating on LOTO. When it popped up as a vacation rental I was stoked to have a chance to stay at this iconic place! We brought our 6 children and every one of them loved the house as much as we did! Views are amazing and the location is very convenient!

Iconic experience for anyone who has seen the pedestal house when boating over the years. Never thought we would have a chance to stay there. Sarah was great to work regarding communication and scheduling.

Best house on the lake

Me, my friends and my family came to the Ozarks and stayed in the amazing pedestal house! It was everyone’s first time in the Ozarks and not only did we have a great time but the house was amazing. It is a lot more bigger and spacious that expected. Very clean and well stocked with necessities. The outdoor deck/dock area is also huge. We had so much fun spending time on the roof and taking in the beautiful view. The owners are quick to respond too with any questions you may have. 10000% recommend staying here and we already can’t wait to come back!!

The house was extremely comfortable and great location. The amenities were ideal. Just one thing under the couch on the main level was dirty ( could see it when sitting on chair). I would recommend this house to my friends. Thank you.

Neat view

This house has unbeatable views, but is in desperate need of some maintenance. The a/c in the master bedroom was out, but the owner quickly took care of it. The ice maker doesn't work. The lock to the door that gives you access to the roof needs repair. The door stop for the mater bathroom was lying on the floor. The roof in the master bedroom leaks. All in all its reslly a nice place, ot just needs some attention.

Very Cool House

Very cool house with a wonderful location and beautiful views. It was very confortable for 6 adults. Only comment is it could us a bit of a facelift (new carpet) but you can kind of tell that from the pictures. The water pressure was really low in the showers, probably an old house thing though.

AWESOME Weekend Getaway!!

Beautiful home right on the lake. Dock to swim on. Tons of beds to sleep in. Clean, cool, and so much fun! Sunsets were outstanding, as well!

Perfect secluded lake spot!

Me and my friends had an excellent weekend celebrating our bride to be at the pedestal house! It was far enough off the main stretch that there wasn’t a ton of boat traffic, but close enough to get to bars quickly. Be advised that it’s a lot of steps, but we got a good workout.

Yearly friend getaway

My friends and I have stayed at this property over the last 5 years. We keep coming back because of the incredible space in the house, flexibility of the property owners, and direct access to the lake. We tried staying somewhere else, but we were sorely disappointed. While some things are in need of repair and a good clean, the property owners are good about responding to feedback and making improvements. We will continue to stay at the Pedestal House for years to come!

Great location!

My husband and I had a great time at the Pedestal House. It has a great view and was in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to many pool bars and state parks for hiking. Our key code to enter did not work, but the property mgr came right to the unit to help us get in and reset the code. Our dog was over the weight limit to bring with us. With that said, the carpet has MULTIPLE pet stains in almost all rooms and stair areas that did not appear to be cleaned or are unable to be cleaned. The gas grill on the small deck is not usable due to rust, but there is a charcoal grill near the parking area which was great. The property itsself could use some maintenance, updates and cleaning. The view and location is worth the price.

Recently stayed over Labor Day weekend. Sarah was very responsive and attentive to any needs. House was beautiful and seeing the sun rise and sunset from the roof was spectacular. Will definitely be coming back!

Amazing house!

The photos don’t give the home justice! Great location close to Margarittaville. The upper deck has amazing views and the dock has a wonderful seating area.

Location Location Location

No only was this house an archeological beauty, the location was perfect. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Can’t wait to come back in the summer and enjoy the upstairs patio. The house is in the perfect location to easily get the dining and shopping. We had a wonderful time and will be back soon.

We had a great stay!

Stayed for a short visit to Lake of the Ozarks over my fiancee's birthday. We had a great time. It took a little while to get in touch with our listing agent, but when she did get back to us she was able to accomodate our needs. The property is very interesting and has a lovely view. The area is nice- there are many other lakeside homes nearby and the hilly landscape is great for stimulating walks and very scenic. The only thing that left something to be desired was the wifi- it was unsecured and very slow. I wouldn't want to work from the location. Overall great time; would come back to stay in the future!

Fabulous house and location

We Loved Loved Loved the house and our stay. We added another night. We will be back. only items incorrect on the Vrbo site were: it is a gas fireplace, no need to bring wood, gas grill is tiny, no ice maker, the sliding doors in the master were padlocked but sad not to get fresh air in there. But the even with that all, it was awesome!! The top deck makes everything worthwhile. Nice and private and quiet.
