93 HIBISCUS COTTAGE è un delizioso cottage luminoso a 150 metri dal glorioso Mar dei Caraibi.
Comprende 3 camere matrimoniali, un salotto, 2 bagni e un ampio patio.
Camera 1 ha un letto matrimoniale, letto a 5 piedi, ventilatore a soffitto e ampio spazio guardaroba. Le camere da letto 2 e 3 hanno letti gemelli che si trasformano in letti da 6 piedi di dimensioni superking. Queste camere sono dotate di ventilatori a soffitto AIR CON, per favore, ricordate questo a pagamento e un ampio spazio guardaroba.
Ci sono due bagni con cabina doccia.
Il salone è luminoso e arioso, con due ampi divani comodi, poltroncina, tavolini e TV via cavo. Due porte con pannelli in vetro conducono ad una zona pranzo.
La cucina è ben attrezzata e offre tutti i comfort e le attrezzature per una facile vacanza in piena autonomia. La cucina si apre su una grande e attraente zona pranzo coperta all'aperto, che può ospitare comodamente 6/8 persone. Questo patio è circondato da un giardino tropicale privato.
Dal giardino, un cancello conduce attraverso la strada per le spiagge e BEACH CLUB, un club di proprietà privata che può essere utilizzato nel tempo libero. Dispone di una piscina di 50 piedi, ombrelloni, sedie a sdraio, spogliatoi e doccia. Vanta anche The Beach House, un delizioso ristorante e bar sulla spiaggia.
Il cottage ha anche 2 monolocali collegati, che formano una forma a L. Questi 2 posti letto ciascuno hanno ventilatori a soffitto e aria condizionata e hanno un uso privato del giardino anteriore.
Tutte le finestre sono dotate di zanzariere e barre per consentire una costante brezza di raffreddamento.
93 HIBISCUS AVENUE si trova a Sunset Crest, Holetown, St James. L'erea è conosciuta come la Costa del Platino ed è famosa per le sue sabbie d'argento e il mare blu scintillante.

Amazing place to stay! Communication with Wendy , Janice and Mark was excellent. The location was brilliant walking distance to everything you needed. Taxis and buses to get around were just a minute walk away. Spotlessly clean and great kitchen facilities .Would definately go back.

excellent in all respects. Property, information, etc all really good. Location is particularly good with cafes, bars and shops close by but in particular, access to the Beach Club, over the road was a real positive.

We really enjoyed our time at Wendy's cottage at Hibiscus Avenue, it was the perfect location for getting around Barbados and everything you might need is on your doorstep.The house was exactly as described, all the facilities worked perfectly, the beds were comfortable, good pillows (always a great find when travelling!) The beach club was also amazing - just a few steps away across the road, it really was just 3 minutes walk. And a really nice touch to be able to use that if you like the pool for a change instead of the beach. Thank you for having us Wendy - you have a great house there in Holetown and we hope to see you again soon.A highly recommended holiday home in a great location and at a great price.If you're looking to book - don't hesitate - just do it! My first day home after a week away, I wish I was still there... Thanks again for a wonderful holiday.

Awesome stay on a Beautiful Island

Great relaxing stay at this property close to the beach in Holetown. As advertised. Beach club and pool right across the road from the house, situated in a great spot right on the ocean. Any questions we had were promptly answered by Wendy. The family had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful stay. Clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to nearby beach club pool, beach, restaurants and shops. Lacking some basic supplies (e.g. dish soap, face cloths, hand soap, garbage bags). Good communication with host.

We had a wonderful stay with Wendy. It’s a beautiful space in an incredibly convenient location—everything is within walking distance.Wendy greeted us personally, and every question was answered promptly. The house was spotless, and the kitchen was well equipped. Janice, the housekeeper, came by a few times to change the towels, refresh the sheets once, and tidy up the space.The pool, located just across the road, was also spotless and made a lovely change from the beach now and then.Overall, this was far more than I expected from a self-catering property!

Amazing find

Brilliant location with very short walk to beach club and beautiful small beach with very few people on it. Accommodation perfect for 6 and fabulous outside dining and lounging area. We did not see manager but Janice very friendly. Would stay again. Thank you . Easy to contact Wendy the owner.

Ideal for beach pool buses shops....

We had a comfortable two week stay at the villa. Lovely clean tidy pool within easy reach. Very handy for buses into and out of town. Everything that you might need is within easy walking distance. Wendy, Jeanette, Mark all very friendly and helpful.We appreciated being able to leave our luggage in a safe place as we had a late flight on departure.We enjoyed the birds and the monkeys too as we sat on the patio having breakfast.

Barbados holiday

The property is well located. Walking distance to Limegrove, Massy Supermarket, Chattel Village and restaurants. Easy access to highways, if renting a car, or just for walking and enjoy the West Coast tranquility. The cleaner, Ms. Janice is very helpful. Instant communication with Wendy, the property manager for any assistance. Overall we had a good time! Barbados is a fabulous destination which we know very well.

Amazing location and easy to deal with

Amazing location in holetown. Great to have access to the private pool right next to the beach for the properties in the area. It was never too busy while we were there (end of the season / crop over). The rooms all have good air cons units that worked well (despite the extra humid weather!). Ideally the kitchen could benefit from a fan as well, but we didn't use it that much due to all the places around us. The bedrooms and living areas all had fans too which was great, plus the outdoor patio was very useful every day. Great communication with Wendy the owner and Janice who came and did the cleaning and new sheets / towels. Happily stay again!

MY STAY IN BARBADOS

The property is nice but could be much better. One air conditioner worked but that too died after 2 days. The owner gave me a studio apt. attached to the villa. It was very nice and the air conditioner worked. However, there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Janice, the housekeeper bleached it, but the smell returned. Should the owner fix the air conditioners so they work properly and get rid of the sewer smell, this would be a nice property. Barbados was very hot and my family had difficulty sleeping at night.

sorry you had this happen while you stayed. one of the air con units was new and not cooling the room, unfortunately the other decided to not work. there are now two new air con units waiting to be fitted with in two days. apartment smell, this indicates its time for its septic tank to be emptied . which has now been done. very sorry you had these problems,they have now been addressed.

Family Trip Succes

Found this property after a few day search for other VRBO’s. We contacted Wendy to inquire about the listing and to ask about a large family. We have 5 kids plus us two adults. Wendy was very accommodating and assisted with getting an extra bed for our 7th person. After a long day of travel it was refreshing to get into the property with no issues. Very clear instructions from the host. We did rent a vehicle from the airport for ease of exploring the island. It would be nice if the parking area was a bit easier to get into, instead of having to open and close a gate. We asked about the parking and Wendy advised us that the parking lot right at the back door is a good place to use as well. We parked our vehicle in the parking lot for the entire trip. The area was fantastic, the weather was beautiful. If we had any issues Wendy was very quick to respond to our questions or requests.beautiful.

House in Need of Repairs

The location is ideal and the house lay out is spacious and functional . However, the owner has not maintained the house and this made for an uncomfortable stay. There were holes in many of the screens so windows could not be opened without bugs coming in and it was hot. The main door handle was fussy and then broke right off. The bedroom ceiling leaked which I only found during a rainstorm in the middle of the night when I was awoken with water coming down on me. In the morning, I checked the rest of the room only to find another leak with a basin already in place so...the leaks were know. The wifi is only available in part of the house, we had to buy a router. The kitchen sink plugs don't work so a basin is in place to wash the dishes, although I needed the basin to catch the water from the leak ! The air conditioning is only in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and not in the rest of the house which was deceiving. Should I go on...? We are in Barbados 1-2 x a year as we have family living there and we will be sure to warn others of this absentee owner.

A little confused,received a mail from guests Aug 3 rd. this is a beautiful cottage well maintained and clean. I am sorry you got wet,due to the drip from the ceiling.while guests were there I be leave there was very heavy rain for several days. This has now been fixed. The door handel,due to heavy rain the door swelled .hence difficultly with door handel, I be leave door Handel was replaced with a new one while guest were there. Mosquitos nets on Windows. No holes in bedrooms,no holes in kitchen window,no holes in both bathrooms, in sitting room which has 5 Windows,yes there is 2 Windows which do have holes in screen,plus the sitting room has patio doors that open onto garden room which has a large opening 5 ft X 5 ft with mosquito nets with no holes. Sink plugs. They are metal designed to collect food waste and let water drain through. Washing up bowl to wash dishes. Wifi it works very well in two bedroom and garden patio, correct it does not reach 3 rd bedroom or far end of sitting room which is near 3 rd bedroom. On advert it does say Only 2 of bedrooms have Air Con and there is a charge. Absent landlord, I do spend 6 months in Barbados.house manager,and cleaner have been with me for 23 years,and are great at helping guests.

The house was in a fantastic location, a very short walk to the beach club, the beach,shops restaurants & supermarket. Bus stop just on the road & didn't need to hire a car. The beach club was fab, and never busy. Wendy, the host, was a great communicator who always responded quickly to solve the minor issues we had in the house.

i came to barbados in 1989, and fell in love with the place and all its happy people.
i bought the villa which had 2 berooms 1 bathroom. now it has 3bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
in 1994 i added 2 studio apts which over look front garden,the property has a large garen,there is lots of space for all.the villa has its own garden at the rear. i spend 6 months a year in barbados,the rest of the year i am in morecambe uk i have mark
the manager who has been with me for 19 years and janice the maid who has been with me for 10 years. they are both gems. so they would take care of you if i am in the uk.
