Situato su un 3 + acri che è condiviso dal proprietario, questa guest house 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni è un luogo perfetto per le famiglie che vogliono essere vicino alle attività Sun Valley, ma lontano dal trambusto della città. Questo nuovo affitto della Valle del Mezzogiorno è a pochi passi dal fiume Big Wood / accesso alla pesca e pista ciclabile, di fronte al campo da golf Valley Club, a 3 miglia da Hailey e ad una veloce corsa di 8 miglia a Bald Mountain.

I servizi includono una nuovissima e ben attrezzata piccola cucina, completa di fornelli, forno a microonde e piccolo frigorifero. La zona cucina è ben fornita con articoli di dispensa di base, prodotti di carta, contenitori di stoccaggio, ecc. Abbiamo una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size nella guest house.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con lenzuola di alta qualità e un bagno privato completamente ristrutturato. Camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale con biancheria da letto di alta qualità e bagno con box doccia. Entrambi i bagni hanno un sacco di asciugamani morbidi! E tutte le camere hanno ventilatori a soffitto per mantenere la temperatura confortevole.

Soggiorno accogliente separato con TV / via cavo, wifi e lettore DVD. Abbiamo anche molti giochi da tavolo! Ci sono belle viste soleggiate sulle montagne, frequenti avvistamenti di alci, volpi e alci. Offriamo una grande strada privata, barbecue, 1 box auto (principalmente per la memorizzazione di oggetti). Vieni alla casa principale per vedere le nostre galline e persino aiutarci a raccogliere le uova!

Nel periodo invernale, è solo una breve passeggiata per piste da sci pubbliche e breve tragitto in auto per sentieri BCRD. Bald Mountain è un disco vicino. Ci sono 2 biciclette disponibili per il vostro uso e grandi sentieri escursionistici nelle vicinanze.

Jennifer's coach house located a comfortable from her main home in the woods was perfect. We did not want to be in downtown Sun Valley. Her place is 20 minutes away from the restaurants, shops & activities in Sun Valley and Ketchum.2 comfortable bedrooms with private showers. Kitchen was adequately stocked and the dining & living areas were well appointed and comfortable.We would definitely stay there again.

What a great house! We really appreciated the cleanliness, the comfy bed (with nice cotton sheets!) and the peaceful setting of this home. Everything was nicely and thoughtfully stocked as well.

Great, clean location that fit my family just right. The guest house felt just like being at home. Jen provided great recommendations for places to go for skiing and to eat. Will be looking to stay here again when we come back for a weekend away.

Wonderful Guest House!

We had a great time staying at Jen’s guest house. It was comfortable and clean! It is also in a great location and was easy to get to. Jen is also a great host and checked in frequently. We will definitely be recommending her place to others!

Great place

Nice property in a scenic area between the two towns with easy access to either.. house was clean and open when we arrived. The owner was easy to communicate with but had no issues to speak of.. will use this property again if available next time..

Lovely place to stay!

Our stay was fantastic! Jen's place was like being at home! The cottage was comfortable, stocked with all you need and offered some special touches from our host. The location was perfect for us as you could get to Ketchum, Sun Valley, and other locations with a short drive! Our visit to the area was overall perfect! We'd definitely stay here again!

Great cottage in Peaceful setting & nice location

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this cottage and look forward to staying here again. The owner was so great to work with and the cottage was clean, nicely decorated and very well stocked. The location was convenient to Ketchum, Hailey and Sun Valley.

Our experience at the guest house was wonderful. It was clean, well organized and had plenty of space. There are plenty of amenities like coffee/tea, bathroom products, extra blankets, even bikes to explore the trails. We felt right at home. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive to Hailey or Ketchum. Jen was a responsive host and gave us great suggestions for dining and hiking. We highly recommend this place.

Great, convenient guest house with short access to Sun Valley, Ketchum and Hailey

The place was home-like, comfortable, and has all the amenities you need. It was clean, quiet and a short drive to Sun Valley, Ketchum and Hailey. The host was very responsive to our requests and needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent

So glad we picked this place for our trip. It was super close to Ketchum and all the things we wanted to. The property was very clean, cozy, and in a beautiful location. Check in/out was a breeze and Jen was helpful with local recommendations. I highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay for your Sun Valley vacation

Beautiful guest house with great attention to detail. Super comfortable beds and all the things you need to make for a comfortable stay. Just check out the pictures. It's exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay there again.

We will be returning here! Perfect place to enjoy Sun Valley and have a peaceful place to relax. Jen and George are excellent hosts and attentive. One of our favorite Home Away destinations!

Our property is special as it is situated on 3 acres of land with sunny, unobstructed views of mountains. While we do live on the property it is very private. We are here to assist and help you during your stay as your private concierge if needed! You can walk to the river to fish, drive a few minutes to the ski lifts or skating rink. We have plenty of parking and two bikes to ride along the path or even around the neighborhood.
