Great location!

This cabin was super cute - great kitchen. Loved the location - easy to get to the beach, local fruit stands, hiking/walking trails and restaurants.

Perfect Stay for a Relaxing weekend

If you're looking for a relaxing way to spend your weekend during any time of year, this is a great spot. We traveled out of the season and were not disappointed with the accommodations. Nice hot tub, great space for hosting and games. Would definitely go again.

Convenient location

Comfortable home with great outdoor spaces; nice bedrooms and baths; spacious kitchen. It’s in a great location, close to Warren Dunes and to interesting towns and shops.

Great spot for Family get away

We love the location; close to beaches, restaurants, breweries and wineries. The space is great. Both inside and out. Our 4th year and we love it!!

Spring Break Chill Time

We had a lovely and relaxing visit to Sawyer. The hot tub was spacious and relaxing. We watched some movies and built a fire. We even got to check out the dunes nearby. The space was perfect for our group.

Loved it!

Great house. As advertised. Everywhere you look there is something interesting to view! Comfortable beds, great seating spaces, wonderful yards. Can’t wait to visit again.

Such a cool place

Honestly, this place was so cool. The decor was perfect, the proximity to the beach was perfect, the instructions to get in were super easy and helpful. The beds/pillows were super comfortable. The hot tub was divine. Loved every bit of our stay. No notes!! :)

10/10 Excellent Stay

My friends and I had a wonderful time. The home is fun and funky with lots of space to gather and relax. It was the perfect location for launching our day trips to wineries and other attractions nearby. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub, which was perfect. Very clean and lots of towels. We easily found everything we needed. Thank you!!

Fabulous vacation home

My family of 6 plus a couple of the kids friends stayed for a week at this lovely home. I was impressed with all the amenities. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Hot tub was a huge hit! The deck had so much seating, as well as the dining room table and living room. The kitchen has everything you could need for all meals. It was such a close walk to the Warren dunes that the kids walked most of the time. We loved that we could bring our dog! I hope you have the chance to come back for another stay at this home!

Awesome Weekend

The house was very nice. The beds were comfortable. We used the fireplace and loved it. Kitchen had everything we could use. The hot tub was wonderful! There were hooks on walls in bathrooms and bedrooms to hang extra towels and clothes. Hangers in closets. 7 ladies enjoying a relaxing weekend.The hosts communicated with us very well.

Pure Michigan Magic

We loved our stay at this house! As a group of 6 adults and one kid (7), this place allowed for both privacy and warm spaces for gathering. Very welcoming, comfortable space --we were obsessed with the eclectic and fun decor. Close to some cool lakeside towns, but also secluded enough to feel like you have some space and privacy. House kitchen was STOCKED in a way that made cooking super easy for our foodie group! Outdoor space was lovely, beds were comfy, and the location to the lake was perfect. We hiked from the house to the Warren dunes, and took some great walks around the neighborhood. Everything about this place was absolute magic. Hope we can come back someday!

Measured up!

Had been wanting to stay here for years, but it was always booked the week we planned to vacation. When it finally worked out for us, I was worried I had hyped it up too much. Not at all! The home is really fantastic! Each room unique and eclectic. The kitchen is well stocked with plates , silverware and pots and pans. We used the grilled but didn’t even get around to trying the hot tub. Next year! The beach access is not the most straightforward., so we drove to a couple of beaches and learned more about the lakefront. Loved our stay! Oh and the fenced in yard was great for our dog! Would stay again!

Great home!

We stayed here with a few friends (and 3 kids) and the house was just right. We had enough room for every family to not feel crowded. The pocket door separating the bedrooms from the living space was great! Although the kids (ages 3, 6 and 18 months) had to get used to stepping over the threshold and the 1 stair separating the living/ kitchen - it was fine. The kitchen was perfect!!! Had everything (and more) we needed! The deck and hot tub in back were also just wonderful. Tim responded very quickly to any questions/ concerns we had and was extremely helpful with everything we asked for!!! I would recommend this house just based off our experience with Tim. The walk to the dunes/ beach was a little bit more then just a "walk". I would almost call it a hike (gravel road and a hiking trail where we had to walk through water knee deep). Although it did only take 15 minutes with the 3 kids (and a stroller) it was more then difficult (and maybe that's because we were all over 35 : ) We were all also wearing flip flops and carrying toys, a cooler, etc. But glad we ventured out there at least once (worth it!). From then on we went to Cherry beach down the road (maybe a 5 minute car ride). That was amazing! Park and walk about 60 stairs down. The beach was close and clean. We spent everyday at the beach. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax in a nice clean home with a nice backyard setting and close to the beach. We did drive into New Buffalo one day (and we all decided we'd rather stay in Sawyer). We ate at the Greenbush brewery twice! Would go back for sure! Thank you again Tim!! We look forward to booking with you in the future.

So glad you had such a good stay!! We look forward to having you back in the future. Fall and Winter are wonderful in the area as well, so keep in mind ;) The extreme rains this year have flooded the beach path a bit compared to normal, though with the check-in instructions I did update the walking directions from the initial info with another option that takes you totally through flat/dry land right through a side entrance to Warren Dunes. Especially with a stroller/wagon, this is probably the best way to go all the time, so definitely keep in mind for upcoming stays!

Michigan Comfort

Great home near Warren Dunes and Grand Mere state parks. Extremely quiet, very well appointed, comfortable, one story home with four nice bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. A bit of traffic noise can be heard outside but the road is not part of your vision anywhere. The backyard has a nice deck, hot tub, grill, and table seating for everyone. Easy drive to coffee shops, antique stores, and restaurants of all types. Owner is quick to respond to any and all questions. Would definitely return to and recommend this gem! Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay in Michigan

We enjoy our stay! The beds were comfortable. The property was clean and the kitchen was so well stocked with equipment and everything needed for entertainment. What a lovely stay. Thank you the welcome bottle of wine and delicious chocolates. We’ll be back!
