We had 25, and did not even have to use all the couch beds. Great view! Fun games in the basement.

Great venue. Lots of room for our family activities at our family reunion. Close to the marina where we did our rentals and the beach where we had our shade and chairs. Stores close by as well. Garden City is a wonderful place to visit. Crowds were getting busy, especially on Saturday. Grandkids asked to come back another time.

This cabin is fantastic and the hosts were easy to work with! We had 30 people here and everyone had a bed to sleep in. We were able to cook for everyone in the kitchen and the games were fun. The view is incredible. I’d stay there again!

Great Property!

Property was awesome with an amazing view! It had everything we could possibly need and was very comfortable. The kids loved the arcade games.

Awesome view, great host

Host was super easy to communicate with, very helpful. Perfect for our family reunion, pics don't do the view justice!!! Plenty of room for all of us.

Great house

This was a great place for our family vacation. It was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. The snack basket and local coupons were fabulous and very much appreciated and the location was excellent. We really enjoyed our visit and would recommend this house to anyone.

Great location

We had such a great time on our stay at Beat Lake! Everything We needed was in hand! Plenty of fridge and freezer space, All the cooking supplies we could want, and even a surprise treat basket! Beds were comfortable and the place was sparkling clean!

Husbands birthday

Our stay was the perfect family get away. The hosts were welcoming and super friendly. House was clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend.

One of the BBQ had no propane in called and left a message Water pressure is poor in showers and kitchen sinkFridge upper area has a problem with being cool enough...freezer worksShower head in first floor...fancy but not practical for a mountain cabin...needs a regular head for better showers Needs better quilts, comforters on beds...the light weight weighted ones are awful to sleep under...you cant move and you sweatPillows on beds need to be replaced most are soooooo flat Maybe add a few pillows to the couches to just be a comfort to guests who want to stretch out or nap..perhaps a thow Loved loved the washer ...p.s. I washed all the towels for not only hot tub but baths and put them away before we left with the exception of a few used the am we checked out. loved all the picnic tables on the deck...great for lunches, etc.

Perfection!

Our families stay was such a great experience. Loren is a great host and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. The cabin is beautiful and spacious and there was something to entertain everyone. You can’t stay here without trying to figure out a time to return.

Great home for a large group near beautiful Bear Lake.

We had a fun Family reunion here. Fun for all ages. Beautiful views of the Lake! Handles a large group well. Equipped with most things we needed.

Family Reunion

We had a great time at this cabin. It was close to the marina, great amenities, we were never bored or lacking for something to do. There were plenty of beds for our group of 30. We would definitely book this place again. The game room was a hit with the younger kids, everyone loved the hot tub, the seating on the patio was great for all the meals.

Great stay for our large family!

We had a really nice stay at Eric's place. The location was great, and Eric provided everything we needed and more. The place was clean and well maintained, with plenty of room for our group of 30+ people. Eric communicated well with us and gave us all the information we needed before we asked. All around, it's a great spot. Highly recommend!

Bear lake reunion

We had a great time while staying at this cabin. The kids enjoyed using the big screen in the basement and playing games. Some even enjoyed sitting around the campfire and visiting. We also appreciated having 2 refrigerators to use. We look forward to going there again.

Family Reunion

We had a wonderful time with family in this home. Even with 30 people there was room to spread out and have fun. We loved that there were several tables on the deck to eat at. The view was amazing. The only down side was that one of the beds collapsed in the middle of the night! Hopefully that will not be a problem for the next guests.

Everything you need!

This may be the beat rental I’ve stayed in. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need and more. Plenty of room to move around and an amazing view. We ate every meal on the deck and the slide was hours of endless entertainment. Host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Ski Lodge

We had a lovely time skiing at Beaver Mountain and then coming home to this lovely cabin. It easily hosted our family group of 14 people. The house was immaculate. The fireplace didn't work, which was a bummer, but everyone warmed up in the hot tub instead. Super thoughtful and gracious hosts. Would highly recommend.

This was a great house for a family reunion. Lots of extras for the adults and the kids. The 2nd fridge was such a nice touch for us because we brought our food and cooked all our meals at the house. The appliances worked great and there were so many seating options. The old school video games and air hockey kept the kids, young and old, entertained as well. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. The view was beautiful and the owners were quick to help and answer questions. Loved our week there.

Well stocked kitchen

Very clean. Kids loved the games and slide. Awesome view. Exterior is looking a bit worn in spots. Our queen mattress sloped to the center, as did we. Good air conditioning. Some upstairs windows/blinds were a bit sticky to operate. Hosts were easy to work with.
