Una straordinaria casa contemporanea nella perfetta posizione di Manhattan Beach (bordi sulla collina e sezione di sabbia). Situato a 2 isolati dal centro e da tutti i ristoranti, boutique, ecc. Solo un altro paio di isolati dal molo. Incredibile vista sull'oceano, sul PV e sulla Catalina, ma situato in una sezione più tranquilla di MB. Questo contemporaneo su misura progettato dal famoso architetto offre oltre 2600 sf, 3 ampie camere da letto e 3. 5 bagni.

Il livello più alto offre le migliori viste e una cucina gourmet aperta sulla grande camera familiare con camino a gas e TV UHD da 80 ". La famiglia / sala da pranzo adiacente e il balcone (con camino a gas) rendono questo spazio perfetto per il divertimento e l'intrattenimento della famiglia.

Il livello intermedio offre la camera da letto principale con vista sull'oceano, ampio balcone, TV HD, bagno personalizzato (vasca e doccia separate) e uno spazio ufficio. 2a camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto matrimoniale nella zona soppalco in grado di ospitare 4 in totale, nonché il proprio bagno. Lavanderia anche a questo livello.

Il primo livello offre una camera / 3a camera da letto unica e favolosa, circondata da grandi porte in vetro che possono sollevarsi completamente per offrire una sensazione di vita all'aperto, ma privata (vedi foto e parete della privacy mobile) e brezze oceaniche. Love it

Terrific place just 7 mins walk from the beach and 1/2 that to Simzy’s. House feels like CA and has a nice ocean view from the rooftop deck. Great for couples retreat or in our case two families with kids. Suzy is a terrific and extremely gracious host and does everything she can to make sure your stay is the best it can be (I.e. local restaurant recommendations, what to do, etc.) Hope to stay there again!

Séjour à Manhattan Beach

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour, la maison est très confortable et bien située (plage et centre ville à pied). Nous recommandons vivement. Suzanne est très sympathique et toujours à l'écoute pour nous aider.

Manhattan Beach rocks!

We had a fantastic stay at this Manhattan Beach home. It was perfect for our family of five. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The house had lots of interesting architectural features. The kids loved the soccer goal in the backyard. Susan was an attentive host. Would definitely recommend this property!

Exceptional!!

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) recently stayed here on our family vacation to Manhattan Beach! This home was AMAZING! Our kids were so excited to see the ocean views from the top floor. The home was spacious, Wi-fi worked well, A/C kept us cool, and inside was nicely decorated just as in the pictures! We were able to walk to different places within the area since it’s centrally located in Manhattan Beach. Target and Ralph’s are a super short drive away. Eateries are steps away from the property. We bought a few groceries and everything you could possibly need was already in the kitchen to help prepare meals. We were able to wash our laundry before flying out which was wonderful! It was clean, and perfect for our needs. Also, it wasn’t too far from LAX. Suzanne, our host left nothing to be desired! She really thought of everything. For us, simplicity is key and she made everything so easy! Communication and customer service exceeded our expectations. Our flight got in early in the morning and she was willing to make accommodations for us before check in time; however, due to a hiccup at the airport once we landed, we ended up just checking in at the normal time. She even left us a sweet surprise and handwritten note (which we really appreciated), and messaged us to see if everything went well with check in. We had a great family vacation and a wonderful experience booking this home! If we decide to visit Manhattan Beach again, we will definitely book again if her home is available!

Easy modern living in heart of Manhattan Beach

Our family of six was very comfortable in this home, which was a fun departure from our own home with its modern design and decor. The owner was a pleasure to work with and we found the whole experience very easy. The outdoor space is great and the interior furnishings are high quality.

Fantastic...

Wonderful place to stay with 4 kids. The owner suzanne was a joy to work with you as her main concern was our enjoyment. The house is modern with a great layout and proximity to everything you need. Our family of 6 look forward to returning!

wonderful home with full amenities and fabulous attention to detail

We came to Manhattan beach to attend a conference and have just loved the Beach and the house. The home is wonderfully modern, clean and bright. Loved all the attention to detail and being allowed to eat anything in the house we wanted! Took 5 minutes to walk to Vons supermarket and 10 minutes to the amazing beach. Loved it!

Awesome place, great location, wonderful host

We had a great stay at this house. It had great space, was very well decorated, and was in perfect shape. Our host, Suzanne was really organized and thoughtful. The place was well stocked. It is an easy walk to the shops of Manhattan Beach as well as to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, stunning house and well appointed amenities

This was a beautiful house in a great location. Really close to manhattan beach. The house was 3 bedrooms and was perfect for our group (two adult couples and three kids) as one of the rooms was a kids room and the two bedrooms on 1st level gave the second couple some space (the second adult room was on ground level and separate) Up on 2nd floor was kitchen and dining room. Suzanne was a great host and the house was a great place to spend time near the beach. Thanks Suzanne

Cool place, great location

Our family enjoyed the uniqueness of this house, especially the open kitchen on the third floor and outdoor view of the water and town. Location for us was great as we walk everywhere. Only issue was lack of air conditioning at times.

Perfect location. Amazing house.

This property was perfect. Very spacious and comfortable. Location couldn't be better. So close to everything you need for a great vacation. The hosts were amazing as well. I would definitely recommend this house.
