Extremely clean convenient and having the first floor entrance for elderly residents was perfect. We we’re conveniently close to anything you would need.

Great stay

We had an overall great stay. We were in town for the Devon Horse Show. It was super convenient to the show grounds and had a lot of places to eat around it

Pat's place is wonderful - close to location to Villanova campus and near major shops such as Target, Trader Joe's, etc. Pat is also very responsive and generous. She makes sure we are clear of the check-in instructions and prepared the house with a full kitchen and everything else we needed for our stay. The only con of the house is creaking floors noises from the apartment above us. Other than that, everything was fantastic!!

Lots of mouse from apartment above

Our only complaint is that the people in the apartment above us were so loud -I realize it might be just the way the apartment is but it did keep us up and for that reason we wouldn’t want to book another stay there… Pat was very nice and helpful and in other ways we were happy with the place-

Good Choice

Overall this property is very nice! Just be careful in the master bath because the tub is very slippery and you could fall if you're not alert. Also, if you like to play games on a rainy day you might want to bring your own. We were not familiar with one of the games and wanted to play but the rule book was no where to be found. Note that if you like chess there was a set there. There was also a nice collection of magazines and books. Finally, the WiFi signal and cell signal are both quite weak and the TV reception was poor. I did find the property owner to be very responsive but I was surprised because when we left we sent her what I thought was a very, very nice text to thank her and she never replied in any way. So if you don't mind an occasional slip in client relations I highly recommend this location. It's not glamorous but it is very nice.

It was a great experience for our family. The place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Extremely convenient to everywhere we needed to be. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and apartment but thin walls.

This is a great apartment in an excellent location. Easy to get to everything. Very nice and nice amenities. The only drawback is the apartment above. Depending on who is renting upstairs, you might hear a lot of noise. I told Patricia and she politely reminded the guests to be quieter and it did help so we appreciated that. I would stay again but upstairs next time.

Great apartment

Very clean, and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. I definitely recommend this place.

Pleasant and convenient

Great location, quiet, private and comfortable space, yet right around the corner from a major arterial connecting to all local attractions. We enjoyed touring the Valley Forge National Historical Park, which combines history with lots of hiking trails. And of course if shopping is your thing the fantastic KoP mall is just a couple minutes down the road.

Nice stay close to Philadelphia

Very nice and clean. Easy access to Philadelphia without all the trouble and big city prices. If back into the area, a definite go to accommodation.

Clean and cozy

This apartment was perfect for my two daughters and me. It was very clean and had lots of extras that you don't always find in a rental. Like spices for cooking, an umbrella, and some games. We enjoyed it very much!

The property is as described, very clean and inviting.

The property is in a very convenient location, allowing privacy, yet close to shopping. The walls were a little thin, we could hear the people moving around on the second floor. Would definitely recommend.
