The Perfect Spot!

This beautiful condo is an ideal ski getaway spot. A few minute walk to the hill and you’re on snow. It’s quiet, spotless, and very comfortable. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Highly recommended!!

Amazing Property!

Absolutely loved this unit! Easily can ski out in the morning, down to Elkhorn lift. Can ski home easily as well at the end of the day on Creekside way via strawberry park lift. The property was beautifully decorated, very clean, well stocked, and so comfortable. Highly recommend!

Very clean, newly renovated

We stayed with our two boys for the week skiing. Short jaunt to elkhorn chairlift from the property. Extremely clean, well decorated, and newly renovated.

Wonderful place!

It had everything we needed. Comfortable furniture, great location ( a short walk to village center). Text reminders were very helpful. One note: Their email with check in directions comes from Berkshire- not VRBO. Their email was sent to junk and we had a hard time finding it. But other than that it was perfect!

Perfect Ski Getaway

Wonderful stay! 5 minute walk to the base of the mountain or a 1 minute shuttle ride. Kitchen was fully stocked, along with dish soap, new sponge, and the cleanest refrigerator I have ever seen. The in apartment washer and dryer was clutch for a week of skiing and my girls loved the pull out couch. I did as well - very firm and comfortable. Thanks for everything!

Better than expected

This property was beautifully upgraded to a modern clean look with new appliances and furnishings, flooring cabinets countertop and tile. Way better than photos on the website. Very clean and everything worked fine

Overall Very Nice

The condo itself was very nice-the kitchen was updated and modern. The linens were clean and the condo had a nice feel. The complex is ski in/ski out if there is enough snow which there was. As we are snowboarders, on the way home we had to walk about 200 hundred yards before continuing to snowboard to the condo. The elevator was broken during our stay which was a bit of a pain. Especially carrying luggage down to leave. The other issue with the complex is the check in and out time. There is not a manned lobby nor a place to store your bags while waiting for the unit to be ready. I e-mailed when I made the reservation and was granted a 1 p.m check in time. Two days before leaving, the manager e-mailed me and told me the 1 p.m. was no longer granted and it was back to 4 p.m. Fortunately, after a few more e-mails, they allowed me to check in at 2:30 instead of 4 pm. We arrived at 1 and basically had to sit somewhere with our luggage waiting. For reference, check out is 10 a.m. and you must leave the unit. Even though I liked the unit and complex I would most likely not stay again simply due to the check in/out time.

Fantastic communication with management company/owners. Fantastic! Any question we had was answered within 30 mins or less.The hot tub was very much enjoyed. Quiet, serene and beautiful. The only thing that got in the way of 5 stars was the noise on the condo side of the bldg. Between the all day construction across the street, much clunking by the neighbors above (starting at 7 am), and traffic noises from 5 am to 1 am… not the quiet wknd we’d hoped. On the other hand, I mean it’s BC! So the noise is a 1st world problem… grateful for the fans in the closet to help somewhat mute the outside stuff. Would LOVE to know if there are other properties under these folks. THEY are worth it!

Beautiful Place As Pictured

This is beautiful place, within walking distance of everything in Beaver Creek. It is along the main road, so in the winter with doors and windows closed and if you are out skiing, you won't notice it. But if you are hoping for a quiet summer experience with windows open, the road noise may be a bitt too much. Daily hot tub was great! We had everything we needed there!

Convenient location/Clean and Modern

Great location. Walkable to everything that Beaver Creek offers. The unit has been updated recently and is in great shape. One of the nicest VRBO's we have stayed in. We ski Beaver Creek once a year and will definitely be staying here if it is available.

Absolutely beautiful condo

The condo was meticulously clean and the finishes were beautiful. It was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. In fact, I want their kitchen in my house! The location was great for ski in/ski out. My only complaint is that it was by the main road so the snow plowers would wake up my daughter (18month old) early in the morning. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay and we would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Property & Location

We stay in the Vail Valley often and this was such a beautiful property with a stellar location to Beaver Creek and Avon! We will definitely be back, 10/10 recommend!

Beaver Creek Bliss

The property was just as advertised. Beautifully remodeled and updated throughout. Spotlessly clean. Perfectly located. I can't imagine a better location to spend time in this majestic location. It's a 3-minute stroll down a picturesque path to the heart of the village, the ski lifts in winter and several hiking trailheads. A walking and biking path is just outside the door and across the street from a beautiful golf course. Oh, and there's an oversized hot tub for relaxing after a day on the slopes, hiking or playing golf. Yes, this is Beaver Creek bliss.

Perfect location

We have stayed at Townsend Place in the past. This unit was fantastic. Great location and amenities. The condo in particular was very clean and modern. Check-in and check-out was effortless. No complaints whatsoever. Will be looking to stay again when we return!
