Dear future guests, When I first read this review I was socked. Usually I try o see things from guests’ side. But such a negative review can’t seem neither objective nor real. Not a single positive comment. This review is inaccurate and unfair. More specific: 1. There is no any construction area next to the property and I will be very curious to see the photos and the video.The neighbors should do an emergency repair for two days.When I found it out, I called them and ask them to start later as it happened and they started after 10am. After that everything was ok according to the specific guest. I have our Viber’s text messages as a proof. Any way this situation definitely is not characterize the house in general as the traveler conclude. 2. About the noise there is really a bar about 500m away of the property and yes, when you are at the terrace you may hear the music but it is not as loud as the traveler claims. Not loud at all... That’s why I suggest them to close the widows. The property’s area is full of 5* hotels closer to that bar and they have never complain about the noise because is not loud at all as the policy told me when I called them to check the situation. That was the official answer of the policy officer who visit the property that night. 3. I have done disinfestation a few days before the specific traveler check in as I ought to. I do disinfestation in regular periods. Also there is protection for inspects at each and every window. 4. There are no long and often blackouts. I have papers from the electricity and water company. Additionally, the area has many 5* hotels, and as you can imagine that could not be possible. 5. The traveler draws conclusions about population groups like disable people and small children while she does not belong to this category and she had no kids with her. 6. The private loungers at the beach are locked. 7. The house is 120 square meters and the terrace 100 square meters. Obviously everything else were clean but I left the dishes dirty.... 8.The barbecue is portable it is at the ware store on the first floor. They never asked for it. 9. There are two public garbage cans 100 meters outside the property....one on the lefthand side and one on the righthand side. Both are for public usage... And obviously the property is located on the beach with wonderful panoramic see view as listed in the catalog..... I believe that future reviews of other guests will also confirm the inaccuracy of this specific review.
