Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the area and condo. Only complaint they should have supplied more toilet tissue, trash bags and just some every day stuff. Also the screen on the patio door was all ripped. Seemed like a very septic smell in the condo at times

Not quite up past experiences

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo only had 2 chairs (one not stable) for a huge balcony over looking the beach. So with 4 guest we could not sit outside and take advantage of it. There was also a sour smell filing the air. Could have been sewer backed up or garbage disposal. We ran water a lot down kitchen sink which helped. Condo was clean, location great.

Great Holiday trip

The property was as advertised. The views were incredible and the condo was clean. The check in was very simple and the resort had more than enough amenities to meet our needs. We would stay here again in the future.

Perfect in every way!

This place is so conveinient to everything, but you feel like you are secluded. The HUGE patio and balcony allowed us to spend lots of time outdoors! We will DEFINITELY be booking this property again!

Exceeded Expectation!

We stayed at 4122 Beachside I for our family Spring Break trip and we were absolutely blown away by the rental. Perfect size for a family of 4 and the location and view could not have been any more perfect. We will definitely stay here again!

Fall vacation

The location was great. Pool and beach access was very convenient. Check in and check out was a breeze. The only negative was the patio furniture was old and in disrepair. Could be a safety hazard.
