Perfect Mexico City Visit

Andrea was an amazing host with an immaculate property in the beautiful Condesa neighborhood. We cannot say enough great things about our stay and Andrea! She welcomed us on our arrival and checked in frequently with us during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. She provided us with an extensive handout listing recommendations of things to do, places to see and restaurants to visit. We definitely will be staying here again!

Great apartment in an excellent location

This was our first trip to Mexico City and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Sophia was so helpful with preparations and answering questions, the apartment was very clean and nicely appointed, and we loved the Condesa neighborhood. Such a great find!

Great place in a great location!

Andrea couldn't have been a better host. She was extremely responsive, gave great recommendations, and was wanting to know what she could do better (not much)! The place was clean, comfortable for our family of 5 with 3 teenagers, and in a great location. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay

I would absolutely recommend this property to someone else. Neighborhood is a gem Sophia was excellent. Guidebook was excellent, she's accessible... and she made reservations for us at two Michelin star restaurants. Couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommend.

Excellent location for exploring Mexico City

Booking with Sophia was a brilliant choice for our family’s first trip to CDMX. The apartment is spacious, well stocked and quiet despite being in the heart of Condessa. The juice bar down the block was lovely. Plus Sophia kindly helped us connect with Eric (a wonderful driver and generous guide), Andrea (who gave an amazing tour of Teotihuacán) and Antonio (whose bike tour is exhilarating). Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience in Condesa

We are very pleased with this apartment. It was quiet, clean, comfortable, and we felt very safe. Sophia, the owner was extremely helpful from our time of booking until our departure. Her personal guide that she sends when you book was very helpful for finding stores and restaurants and other locations in the neighborhood. Eric, the driver she recommended, was on time, handled México City traffic like a pro and was very personable. He was an invaluable resource the day we went to Casa Azul and other locations. He also picked us up and returned us to the airport. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Mexico City.

Exceptional Stay for the Whole Family – Highly Recommend!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this property and cannot recommend it highly enough! The location is perfect—everything we needed was within walking distance, making it easy to explore the vibrant neighborhood together. The host’s hospitality was truly extraordinary, ensuring every detail of our stay was seamless and comfortable. One of the standout features was the warm shower water, available in abundance—a rare and delightful treat in Mexico City. After a long day of sightseeing, it made all the difference. While the beds were a bit firmer than we typically prefer, it was a small detail compared to the overall comfort and quality of the experience. A special shoutout to the host’s driver, Eric—having him pick us up at the airport was a fantastic decision. He was professional, punctual, and made our arrival stress-free. This property is an excellent choice for families, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay in Condesa

We had a wonderful stay in Condesa in July 2019. Sophia was a gracious host, who helped us with everything from transportation to dinner reservations. The apartment was exactly as described- very clean and beautifully decorated. Eric, our driver for the pyramids and airport transportation, was reliable and his rates were very reasonable. Magda, the housekeeper, came in a couple of times during our stay and did a wonderful job tidying up for us. The location was perfect, with lots of great restaurants nearby. Sophia's suggestions before and during the trip were incredibly helpful. She sent a packet of information on activities, restaurants, and tips for visiting Mexico City. We'd definitely stay here again. Many thanks for a great trip!

Wonderful apartment, wonderful neighborhood

I can't say enough good things about Sophia Andrea and her apartment. First of all, Sophia is a standout host - she has a very detailed written guide with apartment information, practical advice about the city, restaurant/activity recommendations, etc. that she sent before we arrived. It was so helpful in terms of our planning and having a better understanding of what to expect in Mexico City. Communications throughout the process, including our arrival went so smoothly. She also stayed in touch during our stay to make sure all was well, offering to help if needed. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location (close to good restaurants, shops, parks, markets, etc.), spacious and comfortable. It had everything we could need. Highly recommend!

Spacious, Attractive 2/3 Bedroom-Flat

I was a VRBO owner for 11years so I recognized a kindred spirit right away. Sophia was helpful, kind and responsive any time we contacted her. We used her driver to pick us up at the airport the evening we arrived from San Francisco. After that we UBERed everywhere, including back to the airport when we left 8 days later. The booklet she emailed in advance covered just about everything we wanted to know. We needed two bedrooms and two baths; the third bedroom was extra. All three were good sized and nicely furnished, a hard combination to find. The unit is well laid out: the public areas are in the front and the bedrooms are down a long well-lit hall in the back. The kitchen was perfect for our quick meals and light cooking. The neighborhood felt safe and was convenient to places we wanted to see, like the Palacio National and the Palacio des Belles Artes. The nearby Parque Mexico is a large leafy oasis in the midst of big urban area. All in all, the lovely apartment and Sophia’s gracious assistance were major factors in our very successful trip.

Impeccable host and absolutely perfect property. This is where you want to stay! If I could give more than 5 stars I would :)Spotless rooms, fully-stocked with everything to relax after a busy day of touring around. The location is perfect for everything we came to see. Only needed transportation to the airport, otherwise the location is central enough to enjoy everything possible! Perfectly tucked away on a quiet street, we felt safe and relaxed walking to fantastic shops, bistros, cafes, parks and more! Andrea went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and her thoughtful recommendations were our guide for the entire stay. Definitely will rebook and recommend to anyone and everyone!

Charming Stay

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint home in a great area in CDMX. The home has a very laid back and casual lived-in feel with plenty of room to spread out and super comfy beds. Andrea was very attentive to our needs and provided a detailed guide to make things easy. All the shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby made our daily strolls so enjoyable. One word of advice is that you keep a tidy kitchen to prevent ants from showing up! We learned that early on and never had another issue. All in all, it was wonderful vacation!

The property was exactly as described by our host, Andrea. It is perfectly located near restaurants, shops, parks, etc. in a busy neighborhood but on a quiet street. Inside the apartment was perfectly quiet. It was beautifully appointed with everything one needs and, in addition, we all loved the decorative plants and artwork. Andrea not only responded almost immediately to all our questions, she checked in with us daily to be sure were doing well. We look forward to staying in the apartment on our next visit to Mexico City.

Lovely Stay in Condesa

My sister, a friend, and I recently stayed at this spacious and comfortable apartment. It is perfectly located on a quiet street in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. We were able to walk or easily Uber to all our destinations. Andrea was a wonderful host who initially supplied a very thorough guide to the apartment and the neighborhood. She also arranged a trip to the ruins with her driver and suggested tour guide. Andrea met us at the apartment when we first arrived and kindly provided a bottle of wine and fresh flowers. She was always communicative and helpful. We were pleased with our choice and would happily stay there again.

I am bicultural: an American-born father of Polish parents, and a Mexican mother. Have lived in the U.S. east coast, San Francisco, Paris, and the rest of the time here in MC. Live a 15-minute walk from the apartment. Worked in journalism covering Mexico's politics, economy, social issues for foreign publications, such as TIME magazine in the 80s when it was still a somewhat in-depth analytical magazine. Also worked for The Washington Post, the San Francisco Chronicle, WGBH radio in Boston, among others. For years now have worked as a simultaneous conference interpreter and translator.

Have lived in Condesa for 40 years. It's been amazing to see its transformation, from a purely residential neighborhood to one bustling with shops, restaurants, bars. I love the fact I can forget the car and walk to get anything I need: excellent coffee, French and Spanish cheese, artisanal bread, gourmet goodies, wine, ice cream, the best pastry shop, flowers. Plus, we also have a cobbler, sewing repairs shop , hardware stores, ATMs, pet shops. Parque Mexico, is a jewel a lush green oasis in this city. I would not consider living anywhere else in town.
