Quartiere tranquillo con strade per andare in bicicletta o camminare se non sei in acqua o nuotare. Questa pensione è situata su un lotto molto boschivo che è recintato e privato. Ci sono capre che puoi osservare attraverso la finestra della cucina e sono amichevoli e divertenti da guardare e da mangiare. La casa ha una terrazza privata con un grill a gas e balcone esterno dove si può godere l'alba o una serata rilassante. Rilassarsi nella sauna o intorno al camino.
La proprietà si trova a Mabank, molto vicino a Gun Barrel City ea 30 minuti in auto da Canton (mercato delle pulci del primo lunedì). Nelle vicinanze si trova il Pinnacle Golf & Boat Club.

Glen, amazing host, made our stay very welcome, fishing was great, the lake view and weather was perfect, the house was very cozy and cool, lots of entertainment downstairs to keep us busy with our family

Wonderful Property

My husband and I have a lovely time staying here. The guesthouse barn was perfect and had everything we needed. The fishing was great, the firepit was perfect, the accommodations were comfortable, and the property owners amazing.

Perfect

Beautiful property. Loved the lake access and great fishing at the pier. Cabin nestled in the back so we could take a break from fishing and enjoy the air conditioning.

Fishing get away

This place was nothing short of amazing the place was super nice had plenty to do when not on the water and foremost the property owners were absolutely enjoyable to be around and very help full. I have stayed a lot of places and this one has been the best. Thank you for a memorable weekend.

Relaxing Get Away

Debra and Glenn were very welcoming hosts. The property was beautiful. We had fun fishing off the boat dock, enjoying coffee on the deck and the goats were adorable. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. The location was ideal.

outstanding for a couple of old fishermen

This was an excellent place to stay. It was very clean, quiet, and a perfect location for fishing to the north or south. It was very convenient to have a private boat ramp and mooring whips on the dock. We made good use of the fish basket and cleaning station.

AMAZING PLACE

The perfect place to stay for a group of friends getting together for a fall fishing trip! The boat dock was a huge benefit for us. Debra was a lot of help and communicated well with us. Very clean and well equipped house.

You just can't lose!

This place is absolutely perfect. Our mistake was not planning a day just to hang out! Booked for a girl's weekend and shopping at Canton. Everything was exactly what we needed.

Triptastic!

We throughly enjoyed this property! Beautiful lake, perfect place to fish and caught several, watched the baby goats, we had great weather and the hosts just genuinely want your stay to be enjoyable and fun! Great game room set up! We cooked several meals and really had no need to leave we had everything we needed. Rest relaxation and peace is what we took back home! Many thanks to Glen and Debra for their hospitality!! God bless all you have and share with others!

Great Place to Rest & Recharge!

My husband and I work a lot of hours and needed to recharge. We decided to take a quick weekend trip away at the last minute. We had a wonderful weekend at Tournament Quiet Retreat! The property is well-maintained, beautiful, and quiet. We fished off the dock, played games in the game room, took a walk on the long driveway, and visited the goats. The accommodation was perfect for us. The kitchen had more kitchen gadgetry than a typical VRBO (nice!). The sauna was fun. The Temperic master bed had a remote with different positions and massage choices. We hope to return!

Rustic Lake Retreat with Sauna & Fireplace

We chose this place for the beautiful natural setting right on the lake, nestled in a wooded area. The rustic style is cozy and relaxing with a round copper topped fireplace as the focal point in the main room and a fabulous sauna in the bathroom! The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed preparing our meals on the huge island with black granite counters. Loved the location not far from Athens and wineries. While the area has some sketchy looking places on the drive in, it is safe nonetheless and the entire home is located on a gated property. The owners are fabulous people that immediately respond to questions.

Great hospitality

My sister and her family stayed here while we were in another property just down the road. We were grateful to be able to keep our boat at your dock since the other property was too shallow for our boat. Also, thanks for allowing us to launch our rental pontoon boat at your boat launch. My sister said the kitchen and bathroom was very roomy. She did mention that some sugar ants got into her cereal in the kitchen. We all enjoyed watching the goats and I enjoyed fishing from the dock in the early mornings

Great owners

My husband and I chose this place to fish from the dock. The dock is in great condition and the owner Glen was there to meet us on our check in day and not only showed us where the "honey hole" is but went out of his way to get us live baits and jigs and showed us how the fish like it rigged! We saw and caught some sand bass, crappie, carp and catfish. He also started the firepit for us so it's ready whenever we want to take a break from fishing. We had a great time fishing on day one but then it got pretty windy on day two so we just stayed in and watch movies on netflix/tubi.

We hope to be back next year!!

My husband and I were bringing our kids to summer camp and decided to have a little lake weekend before dropping the kids. Glen and Debra allowed us to bring our boat, use their private boat ramp, and helped us get the boat in and out as it was a little tricky. They both wanted us all to have a great time while we were there! They gave great recommendations around the lake and in town. The back house is a nice, clean, very comfortable apartment over a barn/garage. There is a porch with a gas grill that was great to have. The main room in the apartment has four beds. All very comfortable. There was more than enough room for my family of 4, with kids aged 12 &13. We have stayed at several Vrbo properties. This is one was one of our favorites! Glen and Debra were so welcoming, the lake is beautiful, the house is situated perfectly in a semi-private alcove. We hope to return next year when we make the trip to east Texas to get the kids to camp!
