Excellent place to stay! Enjoyed our time with family there. Quick access to beach and downtown Pismo. Home was very nice and clean with everything you need for meal preparations which included bbq. Host was quick to respond and very informative and offers up beach items for use in garage. Upper deck has fire pit and lots of seating with ocean view which makes for a nice relaxing area. We would definitely consider another stay in this home!

Wonderful property stocked with more staples (like balsamic vinegar) than any other we have stayed at. Perfectly clean and super comfortable for us, my parents, and our baby grandson. Thank you for hosting us!

Well-appointed home, convenient location, family and group friendly set up, very responsive host. There was a slight hiccup at check in but James was super responsive and it was fixed within three hours of check in. Can't wait to return!

We were so impressed and the home had all you needed to feel comfortable and happy. We enjoyed the roof top fire pit and how cozy and clean the house was. Host was easy to work with and very helpful with a few things that are important tips for the house. Lots of beach amenities to use as well. Kids room sleeps three, with 2 beds, and extra fold out cushion beds to use as well. Blocks from everything We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at this house. Everything was great -- the house is clean, very spacious, and supplied with everything we needed. We loved spending our evenings up on the rooftop. Communication with James was great -- he was very quick to respond to questions or calls. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, easy walking distance from the beach. Well stocked in the kitchen and w beach equipment and toys. Patios were lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Minor things: plastic plates for kids would be nice. Compared to other rentals, this one has a few extra details to take care of at check out.

This home was the perfect stay for our annual trip with two families — 4 adults and 4 kids ages 2–9. The location can’t be beat: an easy walk to the beach and restaurants, and we loved not having to rely on cars all weekend. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the 3.5 baths provided plenty of privacy for everyone.One thing to note: the bunk room is on the first floor. We had planned for all the kids to stay there together, but some of the younger ones didn’t want to be so far from the parents on the third floor, so we adjusted.The patio and deck offered great outdoor space, and the garage was stocked with everything you’d want for a beach day. James provided excellent guidance and tips that made the stay wonderful. He was a pleasure to work with, gave very clear instructions, and even offered us an early arrival. Highly recommend this yellow house!

We loved this property. It had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend at the beach. Loved all the nice beach gear, it was really nice not to have to pack our own. The house was clean. The furnishings were comfortable and nice. We were close to everything and were able walk everywhere!!! We would stay here again!!!!

4th of July Get Away

We stayed at this property for 5 nights with our family including under one year old grandson. The location was perfect to walk downtown, to the pier, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and the rooftop for the fireworks was amazing. Property was as described and ideal for the 6 of us.

This property was phenomenal. It is perfectly located in pismo with walking distance to everything! The home itself is beautifully decorated and the views are amazing. It is located in a beautiful residential community. Absolutely no issues whatsoever. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. I can’t recommend this property enough. Would love to stay here again.
