Great Condo

This is a beautiful condo located in Leeward building in the Edgewater resort. The owner is very nice and helpful! We look forward to staying there again.

I recieved a very nice note when they returned the keys about the wonderful time they had in our condo. In fact, I just received an e-mail that they want to book it for next year- same time-same place.

Finally found it!

Awesome place! We will never stay in the big towers again after this visit. We literally tried to rent it again while we were there but it was already booked. You can be from the room to beach in about 1 minute, best convenience we have ever experienced. Incredible views. Thanks for sharing your place with us, we will def be back!!

The location is perfect but there was several items in the condo that should be addressed: The sheets on the master bed were rough, the air conditioner could not be set below 70 degrees therefore a fan had to be used to sleep (we were not use to having a fan blowing on us). In addition, there is no reason to pay extra for the condo facing the ocean because the curtains had to be pulled closed the entire day due to the heat.The shower has some mold in the caulking. VRBO did not email me specifics on the check in until the day of so I had to call the owner of whom did respond and assist me right away. There was a maintenance issue in the condo on the first day and the maintenance guy responded within minutes.

Kim. I'm sorry you had some difficulties as you mentioned. I'm not sure what the reason was for not being able to lower the temperature below 70 but will have that checked out. We try to keep up our units and sometimes have to rely on our guests to inform us of any problems. Thank you again for renting from us. I hope your stay in PCB was an enjoyable one.

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY! Planned a surprise get away for my wife’s birthday and was not disappointed. I spent hours looking for a place to stay, and I’m glad I chose this one. This was our first beach trip, without the kids, so I wanted it to be perfect. Host was very accommodating, even with the last minute booking. Condo was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. We had everything we needed, including a fan in the bedroom (which my wife cannot sleep with out.) The bed was very comfortable. We loved waking up to an incredible view of the beach. Condo was on the second floor, so we had a great view of the ocean without the long elevator ride. Besides the initial trip to the grocery store, we really didn’t have to leave the resort. There was great restaurant in the resort as well as a pool with live music. We literally had no complaints the whole trip. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, relaxing vacation or weekend trip. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Beach getaway with my grand babies

Check in was easy, all we had to do was go to the Condo, no desk check in etc, which was nice. Overall the condo was clean and it has a perfect view of the ocean. You go out of the condo down the stairs and right there is the beach entrance. We used both the small pool at the condo and the resort pool, our grandchildren loved it. I will definitely stay in this condo again. WiFi worked great and we had everything we needed. You may want to check on the clothes dryer as it does sound really loud and like it may be on it’s last leg so to speak. We sadly had to cut our trip a day short due to a family emergency, Mrs. Brunel was very nice and understanding. This condo and owners get a 10 from us.

Great property, great location, great communication

The condo was great; everything was just as listed. Kitchen was well stocked, lots of toys for the beach; no check-in and condo was available early. Being on the 2nd floor made things super easy. The only small complaint that I would have is that the bedroom doesn't seem to get as "cool" as the rest of the condo. There is a fan and that sure helped!

Gateway to Edgewater Resorts at Panama City Beach

People watch to your heart's delight with this second floor unit overlooking the walkway out to the beach. Can't get any closer to the beach as the pool is off to the side instead of between the building and the Gulf of Mexico; you can hear the waves at all times. Super relaxing and if you want a little action, go next store to the sister units with three party pools that include a bar and top notch restaurant (all part of Edgewater). Unit is fully stocked with kitchen amenties and well kept. Finally, Sharon is a delightful owner. We will be back!!!!

Amazing ocean view!

This unit has beautiful views of the ocean! We loved being on the second floor. Very quiet and family friendly during our stay in June. We were unable to check in at the 4:00 check in time due to the cleaning service. The unit wasn’t ready until 7:00, which wasn’t the owners fault. We would love to rent this unit again.

Most relaxing 10 day vacation ever!

Clean. Beautiful Ocean front view. Bedroom needs to be a little cooler or redirect the air vent, it blows in the wrong direction but there was a fan. Could use an update with the decor. Loved the fact that we could see the ocean from our bedroom and the living room. Balcony was spacious along with the condo itself . Well stocked with kitchen supplies, extra bed linen, and towels.

Bad

This could be the first bad review I have ever given. When we arrived at the room it hadn't been cleaned at all. The sheets and towels were in the floor. The owner called the cleaning crew and instead of bringing clean sheets, they put the sheets in the washer and were planning on waiting for the sheets and towels to wash and dry. This would have taken hours and interrupted our first entire night. We weren't reimbursed for anything and couldn't get in touch with the owners for the WIFI password and there were no instructions left about anything. It was a "work trip" for me so it made for many trips to the coffee shop instead of the room. Beach was wondef, edgwater is a great resort. We had a different room in edgwater our last three nights and it was FABULOUS! Room was clean, owner was attentive and ended our vacation on a positive note!

Brad, I'm sorry for the condo not being cleaned on arrival. I was not aware that you were even going to rent it at the last minute due to the fact you did not answer my request for further information. You arrived and did not have the specific information I give each guest Before arrival such as parking pass, keys or door code, WiFi password, my additional contact numbers if not able to reach me on cell. As far as reimbursement for your trouble on this, you have not given me the chance to do this. I would be sending a check back to you but still do not have a mailing address for you. I try to keep all my guests happy and when I found out you were there without my knowledge, I immediately called to have it cleaned for you. All of my other guests have been very satisfied and happy with my condo and the cleanliness and service I give them.

We will be back

I just got back from Leeward 205. I highly recommend this rental. This beach front condo was big enough for my husband, 2 kids, and myself. It felt like home. Being able to cook breakfast, lunch in dinner and never have to leave the beach. Sharon was great to rent from. She was easy to get in contact with and everything went smoothly.

Great Condo!! Excellent balcony!!

I highly recommend this rental!! My wife, daughter and I loved the Condo. The Kitchen/Dining area was especially nice with the granite counter tops. We really enjoyed the large balcony with unobstructed views & comfortable furniture. You can see the beach and ocean from every part of the condo, through the huge floor to ceiling windows!! The two onsite restaurants were wonderful! The fried cheese cake at Oceans was incredible and so was the pizza from Paradise Pizza!! The weather and ocean didn't cooperate very well but with the onsite Lagoon pool and other pools, there is so many other things to do on site and the surrounding area. We particularly enjoyed the Sea Screamer Site Seeing Cruise around the PCB Bay and ocean front!!

Great location!

Retired couple - spent a week at the beach in October. We wanted something ocean front, not gardens, low enough to use the stairs and parking close so we didn't have to tote luggage and groceries a long distance. This condo met our criteria. Any problems we had were resolved quickly by Sharon. Even though I would give the view and location 5 stars, the condo itself gets 4 stars because the wall coverings, carpet, bathrooms etc are somewhat dated. The kitchen has been updated with newer cabinets, countertops and appliances.

What a View!! Stop Looking this is the One!

Gosh, where do i begin? The condo was fabulous, it had everything we could ever want or need. The beach was amazing. If we were any closer, we would have been in the ocean. When you rent from Sharon, (who BTW was wonderful) you get all the amedities of Edgewater...Pool and parking passes are included. We started our day at the beach, then migrated to the lagoon pool, grabbed the best coconut coladoa i have ever tasted then ate at the Oceans resturant. The resturant on the resort had the best shrimp po boy sandwich and the nachos were piled high. You get your monies worth and wont be disappointed- each plate can be easily shared. i loved this place. The location was perfect. stop looking and pick this one...you will love it! PS: Dont forget your Shade canaopy 10 x10...you can set it up right on the beach w/o paying for the Beach set up the resort offers...which can run you a steep 40.00 a day!

My husband Dave and I moved approx. 40 years ago from a small town in northern Wisconsin to Rogers, Arkansas with our three children. We have always loved the beach but now have too many roots in NW Arkansas so decided to purchase property in Panama City Beach so sometimes could enjoy the salt life.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We have been coming to PCB for several years because we love the gulf. Leeward/Windward condos are both beach front with unobstructed views. There are so many amenities not offered by the other condo complexes in the area. And, everything is close-by.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Great on-site security, restaurant on-site, golf course, two pools and so many amenities not offered by most condo properties. Gulf front and can't beat the unobstructed views.
