Benvenuto in 8 sulla 53rd Avenue! Questa è la casa perfetta per le famiglie attive. Questa casa ha cinque camere da letto e tre bagni e mezzo. È situato a 1 isolato di distanza dalla spiaggia in un angolo e include una tessera di accesso alle piscine, al centro fitness e ad altre attività del Wild Dunes Resort! Nuovo nel mercato degli affitti, offre molto spazio e numerose funzioni speciali per una vacanza ideale.

Il livello principale, o primo piano, è splendidamente decorato e offre uno spazio luminoso e aperto per intrattenere gli ospiti. Il soggiorno dispone di comodi posti a sedere con TV a schermo piatto da 60 pollici. Il tavolo della sala da pranzo può ospitare 8. Il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo sono sostenuti da finestre dal pavimento al soffitto che corrono lungo l'esterno della casa fornendo molta luce naturale e un facile accesso al grande ponte aperto. Ristrutturata di recente, la cucina è dotata di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito e paraspruzzi con piastrelle bianche della metropolitana.

Inoltre, situata al primo piano, appena fuori dal soggiorno, si trova la camera da letto principale che è arredata con un letto matrimoniale, TV e bagno privato. Il bagno principale ha una doccia e una vasca idromassaggio. Un accogliente salotto si collega alla camera da letto principale e offre un piacevole spazio per giocare o dormire in più sul divano letto.

Le restanti quattro camere da letto e due bagni si trovano al piano superiore. La prima camera da letto a sinistra ha un letto matrimoniale e TV a schermo piatto. Questa camera condivide un bagno con la terza camera da letto, che ha anche un letto matrimoniale e TV. All'estremità opposta della sala è la quarta camera con un letto king size e TV. Questa camera condivide un bagno con la quinta camera da letto, che ha sia un letto matrimoniale che un letto a castello con due gemelli. La terza camera da letto e la quinta camera da letto hanno accesso al balcone.

La casa ha ponti multi-livello sul lato oceano della casa. Goditi un bicchiere di vino sotto il portico o ammira le viste sull'oceano e il sole sulla terrazza panoramica. This was the perfect house for us and our dogs! We loved the layout and the space. There is a fenced yard for the dogs which is not in the description so that was a nice surprise. We will return to this house the next time we come to IOP.

Wonderful Beach Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It is located on a quiet street just a short walk to the beach. The beach in that area was relatively un-crowded with plenty of space to enjoy the sand and warm water. The home is very clean and well-maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Family Birthday Celebration

This house was perfect for our family vacation. With 3 adult couples and 3 young children, having multiple king bedrooms and one with bunks and a queen was ideal. The kitchen and living spaces were well equipped and comfy, and the porches were great for lunch, dinner and evening chats. Being so close to the beach access was also great with the kids. We look forward to next year!

Great house by the beach

We stayed with another family, and it was the perfect house for us. Lots of board games and a short walk to the beach. The outdoor shower in the garage was great for washing off sand before entering the house. The kids are already asking when we can go back!

Isle of Palms Stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and comfortable. Property manager was easy to work with. Shout out to Ryan who went out of his way to respond when we had some questions. Location was quiet and right by the beach. The house had everything you might need.

Wonderful home with great spaces. LOVED the screened in porch and all the decks. Was also nice to have the garage space. Would love to see a drying line in the garage for towels and suits.

Excellent experience with both the home and property management. Beautiful and well located, we were able to fully enjoy a nearly private beach just a short stroll from the house. Home was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped and garage space for 2 vehicles. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Very nice arrangement with master on primary floor. Lovely neighborhood. Walkable and safe. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic Vacation

I recently spent 9 days in Isle of Palms with my husband and 4 boys (ages 14-27) and had a marvelous vacation. The house was "as advertised." The house was clean, the beds comfy, the kitchen well-equipped and the outdoor living spaces inviting. The location was terrific as the beach was just a short walk away and grocery store, restaurants, airport and Charleston were easily accessible. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out and lovely common areas to enjoy or time together. We would definitely consider staying again should we return to Isle of Palms.

Great House

This house was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults and three kids ages 4-15. It was very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. Very close to the beach with awesome views of sunrises/sunsets on third floor porch. The only complaint was that the house was not very well cleaned upon check-in. Also, the mattresses were older and very noisy. The property manager, Ryan, was awesome!!! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful getaway at this perfect family house near the beach

My family and I had a fabulous three weeks day at this wonderful family house. The set up was perfect for us. The house is very well equipped. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook family meals which we did almost every night. The property manager was excellent. I’ve stayed in many rental properties and this company is the best by far! A shout out to Ryan for all his wonderful help when I needed it which wasn’t very often, but he was there immediately if I had a question. We will plan to come back!

Large living space with very comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. House is much larger than pictures show. Comfortably fit 3 pairs of adults and 3 children. My only comment would be for owners to update knives as they were extremely dull and perhaps replace some pans that have seen better days. Very responsive management company. Would return.

Perfect location, beautiful home, puppy friendly

The location of this home and proximity of the beach was perfect. The inside was just like the listing and the pictures. Everything you need for a family dinner is stocked in the kitchen. There is a drip coffee maker, which also had a first pot of coffee prepped.the only tiny thing Id day is the drink fridge needed a better cleaning and the master bedroom shower curtain should be changed. In a gorgeous home the shower curtain doesn’t do it justice. By the way the beds were SO comfortable. Best home we have rented in 10yrs in IOP maybe.

Perfect house for the right group

This house is perfect for middle aged and older adults looking for a quiet relaxing vacation. For kids aged 5 and 8 with some physical challenges not so much. If you want an ocean view with your morning coffee this is not it. That said the house is comfortable, clean, well provisioned and equipped. It's very convenient to the beach. The street dead ends at beach access with no cross traffic. We went in April and the weather was cool and rainy much of the week. There are many steps in the house. But for middle-aged and older physically fit adults this is a great house.

Fantastic stay

The property was just right for our family with kids and teenagers. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the golf cart as well. Great view from roof. The cushions on the roof have rips but was comfortable. We got some great family pictures from the roof. The batteries in the remote had to be replaced and within a couple of hours they were delivered by the property management. Only complaint was the internet was not working a couple of days. For the most part that was a good thing except one of us was trying to do some work. We had a wonderful week and will consider renting this house next summer.

One, and only problem.

When arrived, pet hair was all over main level, bathrooms were not cleaned, shower curtains were dirty and moldy. Called and two ladies came and cleaned extremely well next AM. Also, replaced shower curtains. Was concerned with pet hair because one member, who has serious lung condition, is acutely allergic to dog hair. Apparently, homeowner did not adhere to "pet free" rule!
