ok, first a while house was clean it had been cleaned by the same ladies that came in a second call, plumbing start leaking because guest spill coffee in a sink, and plumber come even in sunday and holiday, and we paid plumber double. we have photo with approval of coffee congestions. it wasn't broken master bed like he mentioned, just close to the legs side, -you feel it if YOU sit on this spot-and we did not noticed that, apologised and fixed next day. Pans were brand new in packaging , he probably did not see them under the stove. also we gave electricity and water for free for those guests, obviously he did not mention this, same as a gift for christmas, did not said thank you, also we provide them with woman driver , that was with them for 30 days. honestly we did not feel comfortable with those guests. re; pool ; after the heavy rain it was disbalanced , we fixed right away. re; linens were brand new and this is out off discussion. re; dogs ; probably we on purpose during the night were barking. We are very friendly with the guests, and ready to help, for years working with major booking sites, have rewards and superhost awards. Real reason for complaining was different i think , it was meeting with Russian ladies from city of Irkutsk, that probably had grater expectation.
