Home away from home

Loved the place. Views out every window. Restaurants within walking distance. Just steps to the beach. It was a dream and we hope to come back again. Thanks for sharing your home with our family. 💕

Home away from home

I loved this unit; the location, the space, the building. It felt secure, people were very friendly and well built building. I enjoyed the low key location yet there is enough great places within walking distance. Views were amazing from all sides; intercostal and gulf views. Falling asleep listing to the waves every night was so relaxing

Outstanding

This is the second time that we have stayed here. It is both an outstanding unit and outstanding property. Mangers easy to deal with, unit very spacious and equipped with every thing that you go need. You feel as if you are home in this unit. Look forward to staying there again.

Review

The condo was beautiful and what you see online is accurate. However, I would not recommend this to people with small children. It has way to many breakable things. The people who live there do not seem like they want renters there. Not very friendly. There were several things that were in need of small repair. I did not appreciate the constant calls/text about what needs to be fixed and trying to schedule repairs while I was there. I did not go there to deal with maintenance people. It was my vacation, this should have been addressed either before or after my stay.

Fantastic Place

We have spent one month each winter season at La Vistana and have fallen in love with the facility, the unit in which we stay, the proximity to the beach and the offerings in the greater Tampa/St. Petersburg/Clearwater area. We intend to return again next year!

ABSOULTY STUNNING PLACE!!!!

We couldn't be happier with our month long vacation here!!! The condo is all you could want from a dreamy beach vacation. We love the location, close proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The owners are so wonderful, they truly care about the happiness of their guest. The condo has it all! Bring your suit and your drink let the atmosphere do the rest. Kick back in fine luxury! We definitely will be back!!

Wonderful!

We've stayed at this beautiful place twice and plan to return again. The condo itself is extremely comfortable, with ample space for just the two of us or visiting family. We enjoy spending time on the seventh floor balconies each morning and evening, many relaxing hours by the pool, and long, vigorous walks on the beach, which is just steps away from the pool. We have a long and growing list of restaurants and other attractions we like to visit in the area. A definite five-stars!

Beautiful LaVistana Condo

We had a wonderful vacation stay in March at this beautifully decorated and comfortable condo. It is very spacious with large balconies and is equipped with everything a person needs. The pool, hot tub, and patio area is the best we have seen. There is an ample supply of chairs and umbrella tables as well as three grills. The owner, Mark Hanson, was great to work with. He provided names and numbers of contacts if we had questions or needed anything, and checked with us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. It made for a fabulous vacation, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Honestly this Condo is like a 4 seasons resort.

From the minute to drive up you realize that you picked the right place. Entrance to the building is beautiful, parking is plentiful and the unit has its own private parking space. Several luggage carts, and 2 elevators (although these are a bit slow). Big open breezy corridors, which clearly indicates that you are staying on a tropic island. Upon entering the unit your taken back with how beautifully appointed the condo is, top notch everything (from the bathrooms to the beds to the kitchen appliances)! Outstanding views of the Inter-coastal the beach and fishing pier. The pool area and hot tubs are wonderful and the unit comes with a fully stocked cabana (rafts, paddle boards, kayaks, life vest and sand toys). The location is prime lots of restaurants and shopping close by. I can say without questions you will not be let down. Ill be back.

Spacious and beautiful beach vacation!

We really enjoyed our visit, what a lovely condo. The pictures don't even capture the ocean and beach views and feel you get while inside. The property was clean and upscale, well maintained. I used the grill poolside many times, here are 2 of them and I got to meet some neighbors and tourists while grilling, who gave us some great restaurant tips. I was skeptical to rent a condo that was not on the 'beach' side of the building, but this one really felt like it with the views, especially right from the living room, and it saved us some money. We spent much of our time downstairs anyhow. Everything was just as described or better, we hope to visit again.

Beautiful Condo on a beautiful beach!

This condo is lovely and has been highly upgraded! The interior has been decorated beautifully. We travel with our on vehicle and this was a nice location to view a large part of the Gulf coast and was also an easy drive to Orlando. The pool cabana to store our beach toys was a huge plus along with the use of the kayak. My 12 year old son really enjoyed it. We would definitely recommend this unit!
