Everything was nice. Close to beaches and shopping. Beautiful view. Check in really easy and communication with host was easy. Left a few items and he mailed them right away. Parking was a little hard to get to until you find it lol

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this unit—it is a fantastic option for families!Communication from the host was timely and accurate, and the unit itself was very clean and in great condition. As a family of five, we found there was plenty of sleeping space for everyone, and the place never felt crowded. The partial ocean view was a great bonus, making it the perfect spot for watching the sunset.The building is a bit older, but it is well-maintained. It's worth noting that the building is managed as a hotel by a third party, and this specific unit does not include access to building amenities (such as on-site parking or pool access at the sister hotel across the street). However, parking wasn't too bad—just about a 5-minute walk in a very large lot where we always found a spot. The location is unbeatable: just a 5-minute walk to the beach with Kalākaua Avenue right around the corner.The only minor issue we experienced was the weekday garbage collection around 3:30 AM, which was quite loud. Aside from that, everything was wonderful!

Perfect in every way!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to a clean, modern, condo. The living room opens to a large lanai that lets you truly appreciate Hawaii's best asset - the weather! It is located right in the middle of all the action just moments from the beach and/or shopping. The beach supplies were a big help and we were left with plenty of towels for our four adults. It was perfect!
