Beautiful Home in Rodanthe

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful, spacious home. The beach is very accessible, which is nice. Would highly recommend this home!

The house was very large and spacious. Lots of room for our large group. The outside deck areas were very nice and had nice furniture. Great views of the ocean, pier and sound. Hot tub was nice and loved the swing on the one deck. Our group really enjoyed the game room and especially the pin ball machine. It would have been nice if it wasn't partially broken, a plastic spoon had been shoved in to keep the ball from getting stuck. Very close to the beach and just a short walk. The pier was also a nice addition to the rental. Unfortunately the house was very dirty that was very disappointing. For the amount of money the rental cost a clean house is expected. Sand all over the floor, piles of dirt in room, under the beds previous renters trash and socks. I dont think the floors have every been scrubbed or washed. Ceiling fan caked with dirt. Bathrooms looked half clean some hair on the counter. Furniture very dated and many had stains. There were small rugs everywhere and where very weathered, stained, and just very old. Over all the house needs a lot of tlc and maintenance to make looking nice again. The pool had a lot of sand in it when we got there. Also the hot tub was overflowing because someone let the hose in it and it seemed like it had been running for hours. Grill seemed to only work and cook on half of it.Really wanted to love this place but unfortunately with it being quite dirty made it difficult.
