OCEANFRONT Waves - Sea Vista Drive. Se le viste sull'oceano aperte spalancate sono in cima alla lista dei desideri delle vacanze, ti consigliamo di fare un giro in WAHOO. Situato nel premier St. La comunità di Waves, avrai difficoltà a decidere se andare prima a piedi verso il mare o trascorrere un po 'di tempo rilassandoti presso la piscina privata con un bar a bordo piscina. I rarely leave negative reviews but this was a very challenging stay.From check-in, there were several issues. The primary bedroom was missing a fitted sheet, some doors would not lock, and the property did not appear thoroughly cleaned. The refrigerator was dirty, there were crumbs on the counters, significant trash in the fenced area, and the pool contained a noticeable amount of sand and appeared unclean.Following a storm, the refrigerator, hot water heater, washing machine, internet equipment, and several GFI outlets failed. I spent about an hour on hold with the on-call service, and a replacement refrigerator was not delivered until approximately 3:00 p.m. the following day. As a result, many perishable items in the refrigerator and freezer spoiled. An electrician restored most services, though one GFI outlet remained inoperable.The plumber was unable to repair the hot water heater, leaving us without hot water and requiring cold showers for several days. Spectrum replaced the router, but internet service was still unavailable. A hotspot was eventually provided, but my text message to them regarding the ongoing internet issue went unanswered (screenshots available).To make matters worse, the replacement refrigerator began leaking water onto the living room floor.Given the premium cost of this rental, the condition of the property and the number of unresolved maintenance issues made the experience disappointing and not worth the significant expense

We’re sorry to hear your stay at Surf Shack - #609 was more challenging than expected, Patrick. We understand how disruptive it can be when multiple issues arise during a vacation, and we regret the inconvenience these circumstances caused. We’d like to clarify that many of the major maintenance issues occurred after a lightning strike affected the home shortly after your arrival. Our team worked throughout the stay to coordinate the necessary repairs and provide temporary solutions, including an after-hours electrician, a loaner refrigerator, a hotspot while internet service was being addressed, and replacement of the water heater the following morning. The refrigerator was also subsequently repaired. We also addressed the missing fitted sheets and checked the reported door locks, which were functioning once our team demonstrated how to properly secure them. Some of the other cleanliness concerns mentioned in the review were not brought to our attention during the stay, and we would have welcomed the opportunity to address those concerns had we been made aware of them. We know that dealing with maintenance issues is not how anyone wants to spend their vacation, and we appreciate your patience as our team worked with vendors to resolve the storm-related problems.

It was a perfect location with great views! Unfortunately upon arrival the carpets were dirty and the floor was sticky. There was no welcome booklet or little favors to get us started for the week as advertised. Our house was missing clean linen, so we had to call for new linen and the old linen remained in a garbage bag on our front steps the entire week. One of the bathrooms had mold on the shower curtain and some of the outlets were missing their covers. The pool deck had rust on it and some nails were poking out of the main deck. The hot tub was broken, but a maintenance worker came to fix it so we could use it on our third day. Overall we had a fun time, but the house needs a lot of little repairs and maintenance.

Everything was good with the place other than the dryer stopped working and we had to get it repaired and one bathrooms had a leak but was fixed

Very nice property

Lovely house with everything we needed. Cleanliness of property at check in was not perfect. Must like stairs in this property as there are a lot. Overall a relaxing tone, close to the beach and great pool and hot tub.

Very good.

All very good except the outdoor grill was filthy when we arrived and the microwave worked sometimes and sometimes didn’t.
