Nice condo & good location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo in Key West (Truman Annex). The condo was clean, nice balcony, large shower, nice loft (we used it to store our suitcases) very nice pool, the outside area/community landscape was well taken care of. We rented a golf cart during our stay. The parking lot was about 5 min of walking time away. The condo also has bikes. Tracy the owner; was very nice, great communication And answered all my questions. Me and my wife would stay here again.

Sunset on Southard is a prime location. Having 2 bikes is a bonus and adds to the fun. We enjoyed the pool, Fort Zachary Beach and walking to Blue Heaven for breakfast multiple times. The balcony is a great place to relax and still enjoy the weather.

Great for a small family

Great location, sufficient space for me, my mom, my brother and my daughter. Pirate's cove loft was great for whoever wanted to go to bed first!

Great location

We loved the location of this property. It's so close to everything we wanted to do. Also we enjoyed the bikes. The back porch was a wonderful place to sit and drink coffee.

Great Location

The Truman Annex is a great location. You are within walking distance of everything downtown and the Fort Zachary Taylor State Park and Beach. This unit was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and has a nice deck.

Key West getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay again. The condo was great, very clean and had all the things you could need for your stay. Perfect location within walking distance to all things. No complaints!

Nice property one bedroom with a loft. Balcony with a table and 4 chairs and 2 lounge chairs which we sat out for breakfast Great location within walking distance to fort Zachary and downtown. Would stay again

Great location!!

Very well maintained property. Easy walking access to everything Key West had to offer. Park pass was great, used it everyday to go over to the beach. Tracy was very easy to work with.

Great property!

This was our second stay with Tracy. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our family vacation. The new washer/dryer and sofa are very nice. Thank you for another great get away Tracy!

Perfect for two!

This was a great place for 2 people. There is a loft bedroom but there isn't enough comfortable living room and dining seating for more than 2 people. The condo is super clean, well supplied and in a most perfect location near the beach!

Wonderful Condo

This is an awesome condo! It is very clean and well maintained. The location could not be more perfect, a short walk to everything. The deck is also great with a table and 2 chaise lounges, you can get sun or shade. I highly recommend this property!

Mother daughter getaway

It was great from start to finish. The property was and is perfect everything you could need right there at your fingertips. Property is close to the pool which was super nice. Nice walking distance to a lot of places to eat drink or shop Close to activities Highly recommended
