BENVENUTI IN PARADISO!

Entra in questa comoda, open space, unità terminale e sentiti a casa. Questa unità si affaccia sulla splendida Lemon Bay. La posizione dell'unità finale è dotata di un balcone aggiuntivo dalla camera da letto con vista a 180 gradi dalla spiaggia alla baia. Siamo a meno di due minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia del Golfo del Messico ea pochi passi dalla piscina riscaldata. Goditi il comfort di sorvegliare la tua barca parcheggiata sul molo. *** Cucina recentemente rinnovata (giugno 2018). Nuovo granito, frigorifero (con fabbricatore di ghiaccio), lavastoviglie, forno e altro.

*** PERCHÉ ADORERAI QUESTO CONDO

Questa proprietà è ben tenuta e pulita con una camera da letto, un bagno. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size e TV via cavo. Le finestre della camera da letto sono panoramiche e luminose durante il giorno e dotate di tonalità oscuranti per un buon riposo notturno. Puoi comodamente dormire quattro con il nostro divano letto matrimoniale estraibile.

La cucina è perfettamente funzionante con frigorifero, microonde, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, frullatore e tutti gli utensili necessari per cucinare una festa o mescolare i tuoi rinfreschi preferiti.

La zona giorno ha una TV a schermo piatto HD. Se decidi di non cenare sul lanai, la nostra zona giorno comprende anche un tavolo che può ospitare comodamente quattro persone. Questa unità è dotata di TV via cavo gratuita e WIFI. Il complesso dispone di una lavanderia a pochi passi dall'unità.

*** COSA DOVREMMO FARE OGGI?

Ecco alcuni suggerimenti (tieni presente che la maggior parte di quanto sotto puoi fare senza nemmeno salire in macchina!):

Inizia la giornata prendendo il tuo caffè e guardando un'alba maestosa su Lemon Bay direttamente dal tuo lanai. Fai una breve passeggiata e unisciti allo yoga mattutino sulla spiaggia.

Sei un amante della spiaggia? Attraversare la strada e fare una nuotata. Colleziona conchiglie e denti di squalo. Prendi il sole e ascolta i suoni rilassanti del Golfo. Fai una lunga passeggiata sulle sette miglia di spiaggia tranquilla e incontaminata. Vola un aquilone. Pesce nel surf.

Sport acquatici. Porta la tua barca e parcheggia al nostro molo. Non hai una barca? Approfitta delle numerose opzioni di noleggio barche locali. Puoi anche noleggiare moto d'acqua, kayak, stand up paddle board e altro ancora. Approfitta delle migliori attività di pesca in giro, dal nostro molo, una barca o la Gulf Beach.

Cibo, bevande e intrattenimento. Ci sono molti ristoranti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Gusta un pasto sul lungomare o semplicemente qualche drink mentre ascolti musica dal vivo. Se sei audace, potresti anche essere in grado di mostrare le tue abilità di karaoke!

Infine, ma sicuramente non meno importante, completa la tua meravigliosa giornata guardando uno splendido tramonto sul Golfo!

First thank you so much for how clean the room was. We went with a group and others complained theirs was not as clean. Also appreciate the key pad entry when others struggled with keeping up with keys or having to pick up or drop off keys so convenient not to have to worry about that. Great communication! Enjoyed!

Perfect Location

This condo was perfect for all my needs. Restaurants nearby were good. All kinds of fishing places within easy reach, beach, bay, piers and jetties. Very comfortable place to stay.

Clean, cozy, great view

John was excellent at communicating both before and during our stay. The condo was as pictured, and was very clean. Well stocked kitchen. There were beach towels and chairs for the beach which was great. Quick walk to the ocean. Would recommend to a friend.

50th Wedding Anniversary getaway

We absolutely loved our condo! I was so clean and had everything we needed. The Manatees come up to the end of our dock. That made our trip. Location couldn't have been any better. Beach was close and walking distance to the area bars and restaurants. John was so helpful, he got back to us right away if we needed anything. We will definitely be back to stay again Dori & Craig

Bay Watch

Awesome view from the screened lanai of Lemin Bay. Good fishing off of the provided dock. Adequate accommodations for 2 people. Short walk to the beach across the street. Stayed 28 days and saw 25 sunsets. Easy walk to restaurants; laid back area. Small bathroom with updated shower, no sink area. Kitchen well stocked with cookware and utensils. Bedroom has large closet for storage with plenty of dresser space. Small but comfortable lanai. Kitchen in need of update, but owner is planning that renovation for this year. Owner is easy to work with and cooperative. We have signed up to return to this unit next year. Excited to see the improvements to an already conveniently located, well stocked and comfortable unit.

Great Condo with a beautiful view!

We enjoyed our stay very much at the Manasota Key condos. We had everything we needed & the kitchen was stocked with more cookware than I’ve ever experienced in other condos. The condo was clean & decorated appropriately with a beach theme. It is a beautiful area with a lot to do. We visited Boca Grande Island, Stump Pass SP, Siesta Key Beach & walked across the street to the beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. My husband enjoyed fishing from the dock & saw dolphins close by. We definitely look forward to returning again to such a relaxing & enjoyable place. John is a great person to communicate with. He checked with us the following morning after our arrival just to make sure all was ok & he responded immediately if I contacted him with a question. The week passed too quickly & we hated to leave. Enjoyable Stay - Awesome Views!

Bay Watch is an end-unit second-floor condo on Manasota Key. The condo was clean when we arrived and John was very easy to communicate with. The unit faces Lemon Bay and has awesome views from the screened-in lanai. The private dock looks brand new and there are benches for guests to sit and enjoy the water. There's a grilling area and picnic benches for your use just a short walk away. The unit itself is older. The lanai screen needs replacing and the kitchen floor tiles are cracked, but it looks as if the owners are making gradual updates and improvements. The bedroom is spacious and the king bed was very comfortable. There are plenty of towels, hangers, closet space, and extra pillows if needed. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless appliances and all the essentials for cooking meals. The bag of coffee from a local coffee shop was a nice welcome gift! The pool area is clean and inviting and access to the private beach is convenient and easy to get to. There are older beach chairs and an umbrella for guest use on the lanai. There is a laundry room adjacent to the condo building. These are coin operated machines. Most of the machines are well-used and older but clean. It costs 2.00 per wash and 2.00 per dryer. It's important to note that the machines only take quarters and there's no change machine or laundry item vending machine for detergent, etc., so you need to come prepared if you're going to do laundry. There are a variety of restaurants and entertainment venues within walking distance. You can hear the music from the condo at night, but it normally quiets down between 10 and 11 pm and didn't bother us at all. Our stay at Bay Watch was during the off-season, so it was very quiet which is exactly what we wanted. It also rained a lot but we enjoyed watching the rain storms from our lanai at night while sipping some wine! Overall this was an enjoyable stay with awesome views!

The location of this condo is fabulous. You are in walking distance of many restaurants, beach access is close, and the view is gorgeous. John was very helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful week - I highly recommend this condo!

My husband and I had a wonderful week at this condo. The screened porch was a wonderful way to spend the evening after a day on the beach. Everything you can possibly want is available…. if you don’t see something, you’re looking in the wrong place! The owner was even kind enough to arrange a week of 80 degree sunshine 😊

Kathy and I were able to have the most amazing time over the past two weeks!!! Thanks to John for making his condo available for us. Best location on the keys

Another wonderful experience at El Galeon. Condo clean, furniture and bed very comfortable, well stocked with dishes, pans and even spices and a gift of coffee! Beautiful views and great location walking distance to food and live music.

We share a love for the beach. During some recent cold winters up north we were compelled to purchase a place that we could always get away to. We finally did and we couldn't be more happy with our choice. Now we own two and we love visiting and being able to share it with others!
