Great time on Dauphin!

We had a great time at DeSoto Landing and the house was in a great location-- quick walk to the pool and beach. The pool was nice, but the beach was amazing-- very clean and not too crowded. The house was well equipped with everything we needed to have a nice 1-week stay. Would definitely stay here again! Pat was wonderful and very easy to communicate with.

Beautiful Home

Our stay was wonderful. Communication with owners was great. Great location, easy walk to the beach and pool. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay for our family.

Amazing

This house and location is absolutely perfect if you're looking for a little getaway. So spacious and beautiful inside and the screened in deck was one of my favorite features.

Awesome House

It was a wonderful experience! Perfect house! We can’t wait to stay again. Loved the beach so close. We walked 2 hours everyday. Great pool! The house was so clean and stocked with everything you need. It had all the beach supplies under the house which we enjoyed immensely. Looking forward to next time

Great home, great neighborhood!

Wonderful home in a very private community with an easy walk to the beach, pool, or tennis court. Loved the back screened porch to watch and listen to the birds.

Clean House, Great Location

The home was clean, and the proximity at the end of a cul-de-sac to the pool, tennis courts, and beach boardwalk was excellent. Good communication with the owner too. Would recommend!

Great place to be

We had a great week on Dauphin Island. This house is lovely. Spent lots of time looking at the dune and listening to birds. Great location for exploring beach, bird sanctuary. Hosts were very responsive

Great stay in DI!

House was great. Up to date and with everything needed for the week. Location makes for easy access to beach boardwalk and pool. Communication with owner was easy. Great time in DI!

Terrific home, great location

We loved the home and enjoyed the dunes in the backyard. Great location with a short walk to a beautiful beach. We'll definitely stay at this house again in the future. It's nicely decorated and well equipped. Pat was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to questions.

Spring 2025

We loved this spacious well appointed home. The kitchen had all the dishes and cookware that we needed. There was a grill and beach supplies provided. We were a short walk from the pool and beach.

Terrific home, great location

We loved the home and enjoyed the dunes in the backyard. Took photos of a pair of bluebirds nesting in a tree behind the house. We'll definitely stay at this house again in the future. It's nicely decorated and well equipped.

Dauphin Island

Homeowners were wonderful. House was perfect for our family. Desoto Landing never disappoints. It ia a great place to rest and relax away from the daily demands and chaos!

Great stay!

This was our fourth visit to Dauphin Island but first to this property. The rental was exceptionally clean and well organized and had everything we needed and more. Rental was a short walk to the beach and included a pool. We loved the screened in back deck and had lots of space for our family to spread out. We’d definitely use again when in the area. It’s our favorite place we’ve rented from!

October perfect weather

This house was very comfortable and has everything you need in working order, well appointed kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella and wagon, Beach toys and pool noodles for children, a grill, Amenities too numerous to name. The beach is beautiful here, too! It’s new construction, very clean, and family friendly. Highly recommend this property!

2nd Stay-Still Amazing

This was our second stay at this property and we would absolutely return for a third round. The house is perfect for our group of five-it is super clean and well stocked. The owner communicates regularly and is very accommodating. We love everything about it!

Island Jewel

An excellent choice to experience Dauphin Island. This home is up to date, well kept and equipped for a great time. The natural landscape and privacy this development offers and promotes sets it apart from the typical beach experience(Lagniappe). The owners rental process is very professional and accomodating.

Great Family House

This was our first stay at Dauphin and won't be the last. The house was perfect for our family of 5. 3 bathrooms, beds for everyone, space to spread out inside, space to play outside, and a very short walk to the pool and beach. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is on a cul-de-sac so no traffic while the kids were outside. Fully stocked inside with a closet of beach toys downstairs Communication with the owners was great too. I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Great property and owners

Good communication from owners. Easy check in and check out. Comfortable. Easy walk to beach. Good amenities. Two new homes being constructed nearby, one almost done, one just started but neighborhood was still very quiet. For grandchildren we wish the outdoor community pool was heated.
