Ti piacerà sicuramente questo condominio dai colori vivaci con dettagli meravigliosi! Dipinta di fresco diversi anni fa. C'è un letto matrimoniale in ciascuna delle camere da letto e un divano letto matrimoniale nuovo di zecca. Il proprietario ha fornito una splendida tana e un salotto dove rilassarsi. Il proprietario ama il suo condominio e si può sicuramente dire dai dettagli! I soffitti 10 piedi e le porte a 8 piedi ti fanno sentire come se fossi in grande stile! I ripiani in granito e gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile renderanno la cucina di casa un piacere se decidessi di fermarti per una notte.

Si trova al primo piano, a pochi passi sia dalla vostra scialuppa privata che dalla piscina. Puoi sederti sul tuo balcone privato e goderti la piscina a sfioro che si affaccia sul porto turistico. Accanto alla piscina è una vasca idromassaggio per immergersi. La spiaggia è a pochi passi di distanza.

Everything was clean and just what we asked for. The only problem was there was little ants in one of the bathrooms and we didn't have electricity for a few hours but that hardly bugged us because we were out most of the time. Host was very understanding and accommodating to us changing the dates of our stay as well. Pool and hot tub was amazing the hot tub stayed hot the whole time. We were walking distance from the beach (about half a mile or so).

Enjoyed the condo, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The only thing we wished it would have had, was a bbq pit. Other than that, we plan on returning once more before the end of the year.

Great place to stay!

This was such a great experience for me and my daughter. The condo was lovely and the location was great. I like to stay at the north end of the island, which this was. I would stay here again for sure!

Great family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Las Marinas, the condo was great, clean, staff was very helpful! Our only issue was there were a few roaches on the kitchen counter, apparently they came up from the drain.

Great location, especially if you own a boat and like to fish. Being able to pull right up to the dock was a plus! I didn’t agree with the 30 per person wristband to pay for security on the property especially since our boat trailer spare tire (it had a lock that they busted) was stolen on the last night we were there. Other than that, it was great!

Great Place! Great Value

My wife and I have stayed at Vrbo properties before. This one, this was the best value and biggest property we've enjoyed. It may have been an off-season stay, but it was a great time. The pictures in the profile are not as good as they are in person. Some were outdated. The kitchen was huge. It is at the far end of So. Padre Blvd, but it is an easy travel to any other part of the island or the area beyond the strip. Stay, you'll truly enjoy it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my 6th time staying in these condos. The location is awesome and we enjoy the boat slip steps away. Im glad you replaced the mattresses (thank you). But the condo does need attention. (Oven handle, microwave, and cabinet doors, and sofas need to be replaced). Over all we have always enjoyed our stay..

Spacious condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo in quiet location. Definitely figure out how to bring a boat with you because dock is included in your stay. The pool and hot tub are crystal clean. The condo is quite lovely and actually has an additional sitting room that I’m guessing was the pull out sofa. The one downside to our stay was housekeeping had overlooked quite a bit, however management was very responsive and had someone out there quickly to take care of the things I had mentioned on the phone (change bed linens and take out the trash). The rest we either took care of ourselves or blew off to beach life.

Theyre not right on the beach but theyre cheaper, still super close and its very peaceful on this bay side. I do love this building and have loved all three condos that I have stayed in here. I have always had excellent customer service with this company! Ill always use them cause ive had some bad experiences with others.This condo in particular had nice linens,every kitchen utensil youd ever need and the furniture was not all cheaply made like some rentals are. The bed was great and the TV and cable worked. Also the showers were great and good water pressure. No complaints about this condo other than its so dang bright in the morning but thats a personal preference. Its right next door to the pool.we loved it!

This is an awesome place to stay, I’ve stayed many times at spi by far this place has been the best clean reasonably priced ease of parking nice we will definitely rent this condo next year

Great Place To Stay

The condo was clean, spacious, and has a great location. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool/hot tub/covered area was clean. The beds are comfortable. Public Beach access is close by. You can fish right out back. The cleaning staff even went the extra mile and made cute little animals out of the towels. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautifully designed home. The heated pool is just steps away, as is the ocean. The restaurants cater to winter Texans and we enjoy the food on the island and Port Isabel. There are a variety of activities to participate in also.
