Wayne and Annie who own the space were excellent hosts. The house was a dream and the destination almost felt heavenly.All in all we had an excellent holiday with a quality home with all the amenities required to make your holiday a dream.We were two families, one with teens and one with toddlers, and both groups managed to live it up.Every problem we had, the owner was there to solve for. We highly recommend this villa, a home away from home with special thanks to the hosts for making it a pleasant one.

Perfect home for 6 adults. Home had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend this property. Enjoyed the daily monkey visits and the breeze was great.

This property was as described. It had plenty of room, was clean, and had spectacular views. The property is convenient to Cockleshell Beach/Reggae Beach and is near the water taxi to Nevis. It is in a secluded area, which made it even more special. The property owner, Wayne, was very knowledgeable about the island; he was always accessible and great to speak with. Thanks, Wayne! We can't wait to book again.

This is a beautiful property with fantastic views of the gorgeous Caribbean water and of Nevis as well!! The villa is even more beautiful than the photos show! Everything about our stay here was absolutely perfect! Communication with the host before and during our stay was great! He answered all of our questions extremely promptly and gave us awesome advice of where to go and what to see while there.The villa was spotless and had all the comforts we could ever expect including Wi-Fi; AC; every kitchen appliance and gadget you can imagine; comfortable beds; and last but not least of all, a great pool!This is a wonderful villa with a great host which allowed us to have a fabulous experience here on our vacation celebrating our 36th anniversary. Can’t wait to come back!

That covered patio! That pool! That view!The kitchen is well appointed and easy to navigate, the living area is comfortable and inviting, the bathrooms are roomy and clean and beautiful.The front walk, with well maintained plantings - and a resident hummingbird! - was so welcoming every time we returned home!We had a marvelous week!Thank you!

Our host was great at giving us the scoop on all the great things to see and do on St Kitts! We had a wonderful stay and waking up to the most gorgeous view of Nevis was paradise. You can see the sunrise every morning from the balcony and watch the kite surfers from the deck. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Our local host- Dwayne was awesome- highly recommend renting one of his well maintained vehicles while on island. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Property was as described. Stunning views, monkeys to watch daily. I filled the hummingbird feeders and we also had visitors there. We rented a car through Dwayne, the property manager. It was effortless. Turtle beach area had plenty to do, but we also drove all over the island. I highly recommend renting a car. The only issue we had was timing showers with the washer or dishwasher as it affected the pressure, but we worked our way around that quickly. We had an A/C issue that was take. Care of immediately and did not interfere with our day. It was fixed upon our return in the evening. Thank you for having us!

Check in was simple as Dwayne met us at the airport and drove us to the house. The kitchen was well equipped and most meals were cooked at house other than special nights out and venture to Nevis. Great trip great island to slow down and relax. Of course views were spectacular.

Great house overlooking Nevis. Plenty of room, beautiful grounds, convenient to cockleshell beach / Reggae beach and the Nevis Water taxi. Quiet and secluded, the house is down a long dirt road then up a steep hill, but that's how you get solitude and views. Already thinking about rebooking.

The Empty Nesters had a wonderful time, staying at Namaste Villa, with a beautiful sweeping view overlooking Turtle Bay on St Kitts and Nevis across the water. This was a very secluded property with 4 air conditioned en suite bedrooms and a large pool deck for gathering and meals with a view, which was perfect for our group of 4 couples.Wayne provided lots of tips on places to go and things to do and check in went smoothly. This was the perfect location for visiting the South East Peninsula of St Kitts with easy access to beaches and the water taxi to Nevis. We had a wonderful time sailing with Leeward Islands Charters, who picked us up at Cockleshell beach for a great day of snorkeling and lunch at Sunshine’s on Pinneys Bay. (Try not to get stung by their Killer Bee!) We also made a return trip to Nevis via water taxi to enjoy another beautiful day on Pinneys Bay.The Spice Mill restaurant provided us with a great meal and enjoyable atmosphere for a nice night out without a far to drive back to the villa after dark.All in all it was a great place to stay.

Overall, it was a great visit. The spacious house has plenty of room for the family to spread out. The infinity pool was very nice. The host was accessible and responded quickly.

Family Vacation

We spent a week here to celebrate the 50th anniversary of my husband’s parents. The house was AMAZING! Wayne and his property manager, Dwayne, were always available and helpful. The pool and deck area were loved by all three generations and the bedrooms and bathrooms suited our group perfectly. There were nice restaurants and beach access nearby. We would definitely come back and hope to one day soon!

Paradise on Turtle Beach!

Our group loved this vacation home from the moment we arrived. Fantastic views, great sea breeze, spacious, and all the amenities we could ask for. Wayne and Annie gave us a list of all the must visit beaches and restaurants which didn't disappoint! Will definitely be returning to St. Kitts!
