shorewalk 2023

The only problem was the pool passes because we had other kids and their families staying near by that came over to swim with their cousins and you only get 6 passes, we tried to buy more but couldn't. We have stayed here before and it is always clean. There has always been stuff to use at the beach like chairs and umbrellas.

Nice place

Very cute condo for our family, stocked with everything we needed including high chair and baby activity seat which was a plus traveling with our 7 Month old. The lady who manages the clubhouse was quite strict about the pool and facilities , didn’t allow the kids to jump in etc , but we spent most of our time at the beach instead.

We Loved the place!

What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get except, those pictures were taken when everything was "new". What you don't see is the stains on the couch, the faded bedspreads, the carpet on the porch is dirty but, who cares? What you don't notice is missing ceiling fans but you get a couple of box fans to tote around room to room as needed. Everything wrong with this unit is just cosmetic and after you get settled you realize the unit has been used hard by previous renters. Many of the screens are ripped but again the uniit was amazingly clean inside and the kitchen and closets have every amenity you may have forgot to bring including tide pods for the washing machine, dishes and silverware, pots and pans for cooking. We are seniors and many other guests/residents are seniors also which made visits to the pool and hot tub extremely enjoyable as did having a ground floor unit. I watched other residents struggle with 2nd floor stairs and we would have had the same issue. The grounds are well kept and attractive. The TV's all have lots of channels to watch so when it rained all day one time I was extremely comfortable in the big recliner and just relaxing. Plenty of stores and resturants nearby but, ask the locals were to get legitimate Gulf seafood.. We were disappointed with fare from the Northeast at Beachouse resturant although the sunset was beautiful. Tide Tables with fresh Grouper was so tasty I ordered a plate to go. Would we stay at this unit again? Absolutly!

Fun place to stay!

The condo was spacious and just what we needed! The pool, basketball court, and pickle ball courts were very fun to have right next to the condo! We would love to stay here again!

Property Is Dated

The condo itself was clean, but very dated. The hot tub near our unit was closed. The pool near us was closed during our last day there due to some electrical issue. The VRBO host didn’t provide directions to our unit until check in date. Directions should be provided at least a day in advance. Our stay was “ok” but definitely below the standards of previous rentals.

Warm Vacation

I really enjoyed staying in this Shore Walk condo because it was very comfortable for a warm and quick vacation. The condo is well cared for and clean. The location is wonderful too. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of supplies. Thank You.

Last Minute Vacation

The property itself was great, very clean, spacious, close to everything. The only horrible thing that happened and this really has nothing to do with the actual property itself, was my truck was broken into and had our personal items stolen which included my husband's wallet and my purse. This did put a damper on our vacation but honestly the place was still great, location, amenities, everything was great, just an unfortunate incident that happened.

10 minutes from beach/ nice pool

The property was just as described. Things are a little dated. Good price for the week though. The pool was crystal clear and so warm and nice. Some lightbulbs were burnt out throughout the condo and a new living room recliner is a must! Overall, it seemed pretty clean.

Nice place to stay for IMG tournaments

Typical florida condo. Little dated but close to everything you need... Publix and some restaurants for food, IMG for games and not too far for a beach day.

Great rental!

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach is about 20 minutes away by car. The apartment was really clean and comfortable even though the appliances are a bit old. The services of the condo are very well organized with loans of rackets and reservation for the tennis courts and jacuzzi. The agency responsible for the rental is great and we thank them for everything they did to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this rental for its price.

Interesting vacation

Moved bed in guest room , not very clean. Sheets did not fit the bed, kept coming off. Master bedroom had sheets that were too big and mattress pad that cracked No real seating for four in the living room unless you counted the footstool. Rug on lanai should be cleaned. Washer knobs were broken. Some paint needed. We loved the location although circumstances took away the pool which was the most important part.

Great condo property but needs update!

We loved the Shorewalk property. They have lots of amenities and keep the grounds, pools, tennis courts, hot tubs, etc. in very nice and clean condition. However. The specific condo we stayed in was in need of an update. The carpet was filthy and the couch and chair were worn out. The condo was fairly clean upon arrival but badly in need of a paint job and fresh flooring or at least a carpet cleaning. The refrigerator was moldy and needs replacing.
