Questo condominio con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni dispone di 2 piani abitativi e 3 verande sopra un garage sovradimensionato chiuso e situato nella baia di Sandy Pointe sulla splendida isola di Anna Maria!
Al primo piano c'è un ampio soggiorno / sala da pranzo con veranda esterna per mangiare e cenare con una splendida vista sulla riserva naturale. Molte finestre con molta luce e molte viste. Immersi nella natura vivrai la serenità, la bellezza e l'avifauna della riserva naturale di Grassy Point. Non dimenticare il binocolo! La zona giorno ha una grande TV a schermo piatto da 40 pollici con DVD integrato. Divano e poltrone.

Collegata alla zona giorno è la cucina con frigorifero, forno a microonde e lavastoviglie e completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare!

Sullo stesso piano si trova una camera doppia con 2 letti singoli. Lenzuola, cuscini e copriletto luminosi. Questa camera ha la sua veranda con vista sulla riserva naturale e sulla piscina.

Al piano superiore si trova la bellissima master suite. È una grande stanza con una porta a schermo che puoi aprire per goderti la brezza costiera e gli uccelli! Bagno privato e ampio armadio "walk - in". TV a schermo piatto 40 ". Biancheria luminosa, cuscini e copriletti sul letto. Lungo il pianerottolo c'è la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice. Finalmente si raggiunge la camera matrimoniale anche con una veranda con vista sulla riserva naturale e sulla piscina. C'è una TV a schermo piatto da 32 "in questa stanza.

La piscina riscaldata è una piscina sicura (con codice di accesso bloccato) riservata ai residenti e agli ospiti. Ci sono tavoli e sedie e uno spogliatoio a bordo piscina. Nel grande garage custodito ci sono giochi da spiaggia e attrezzature utili per le tue giornate in spiaggia, tra cui un carrello da spiaggia e un dispositivo di raffreddamento su ruote, per quei giorni divertenti in spiaggia. Ciò significa che è molto facile trasportare tutte le tue cose da spiaggia fino alla spiaggia. In pochi minuti sei sulle spiagge di sabbia di zucchero che si estendono per chilometri lungo il Golfo del Messico.! Puoi anche andare a piedi in spiaggia attraverso il supermercato Publix per rifornimenti da picnic e tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno! Proprio di fronte al complesso è possibile salire a bordo del carrello gratuito e sperimentare meravigliosi ristoranti, negozi e vita sull'isola

Un perfetto rifugio sull'isola ti aspetta!Anna Maria Island è un'isola tropicale a barriera lunga sette miglia e mezzo. Le sue spiagge di sabbia bianca fine sono aperte al pubblico con un comodo accesso, quasi alla fine di ogni isolato, lungo l'intera isola. È una delle spiagge più belle degli Stati Uniti. A differenza di alcune zone turistiche della Florida che sono caratterizzate da file interminabili di condomini e hotel a molti piani, Anna Maria è un'isola di case unifamiliari e piccoli resort.

Goditi molte attività durante la tua visita; nuoto, snorkeling, splendidi tramonti, pesca, canottaggio, tramonto, picnic, shopping, osservazione della fauna selvatica, golf, ciclismo, tennis (ci sono campi pubblici sull'isola), para-vela, jet ski o kayak.

Quiet and convenient

Nice and quiet. We had 5 adults, the amount of space was perfect for us. Pretty easy walk to the beach and great convenience of stores being close by.

Beach Holiday

The property was absolutely perfect! Very comfortable accommodations for all of us. We walked to the beach every day. Grocery store within walking distance as well. Overall fantastic!!

Great place for a reasonable price

Great size for our family of 5 (kids are teens and above) and nice location on Anna Maria Island. Poolus convenient and Publics is across the street. Master bedroom is nice with good views of sunset. Only downside is the beach is not really walking distance, but easy to get there and lots of options anyway.

Cozy, clean and close to everything!

We had a very comfortable stay. The condo's layout and amenities allowed both space and activity choices for three adults and three kids, ages 8-16. The pool is steps away, the beach and shops to meet every need are just a few minutes' walk. The condo is clean, bright and cheery. Thanks for sharing your home away from home with us.

12 days at Holmes Beach

The apartment was spotless when we arrived, well equipped and very comfortable. Having a code rather than a key was really convenient. The location is ideal, with the beach, bus stop and supermarket all on the doorstep. Incredibly comfy beds and lovely balconies to have breakfast or dinner on. The pool is really well kept and we loved seeing the local wildlife in the surroundings. Would definitely recommend and return, thanks for a relaxing, peaceful stay!

Sundowner capital of Sarasota

Perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Walk across the road to the beach or take the free trolley bus up or down the island. If you like good food, amazing beaches and sunset pictures to bore your friends with then this is the place for you! Beautiful apartment makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in - make sure you at have at least one sundowner on the balcony as the sun sets over the mangroves before you leave!

Hidden gem by the beach

Great location 5 mins walk from a beautiful beach and local amenities. Free trolley bus makes exploring the island easy. The property is clean and modern and well maintained throughout, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The pool and the views of the nature reserve were an added bonus. Anna Marie, island community with it's quirky shops and eclectic mix of bars and restaurants has a bohemian feel that sets it apart from the rest of Florida, a must see place to visit. We will definitely return.

Wonderful Anna Maria

We had a wonderful holiday recently in this lovely place. The house was really comfortable, clean and well maintained and exceeded our expectations. I loved sitting on the various balconies watching the sun rise or the wild birds flying over the mangroves. The owners were really helpful and gave us plenty of information about where to eat or shop. There was a real choice of lively or quieter bars and restaurants, a free bus around the island and good shops nearby if you wanted to eat in. Beaches were all beautiful too. I would thoroughly recommend this property for couples or families.

A lovely, relaxing holiday

White sand, clear blue sea and skies alongside good food. Everything we wanted! The house is near to the beach and useful ameneties such as a large supermarket and shops. We particularly enjoyed a trip to the very near by 'Skinny's' restaurant/bar! The house itself is clean, comfortable and very roomy with a lovely shared pool. The trolley bus makes getting around a breeze alongside the well written guidebook which was left in the house for us. We all had a lovely time!

Perfect location on AMI

Overall, we were pleased, especially with the location and the size of the space. The condo was clean but extremely outdated. The carpets upstairs, bathrooms and kitchen probably haven't been replaced in 20+ years and it shows. If they updated the place, we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful holiday home in a stunning location

Dear Susan and Gary, We have had a fabulous time at your holiday home. The property had everything we needed, is very clean and in an ideal location. We hired some bikes and loved exploring this wonderful island. There is an abundance of wildlife to see including wild dolphins, manatees and turtles. Lovely beach nearby with a great bar/restaurant. A short bike ride, walk or trolley bus ride give access to many more stunning beaches and restaurants. We look forward to returning in the not too distant future! The McCulloch family x

A comfortable and well located property

We had a wonderful holiday. The house was light and airy in a quiet spot with fabulous views. My favourite time was often early morning, seeing the sun rise from the balcony overlooking the mangroves, followed by a swim in the pool. Great local shops especially for food. The beaches were quiet and unspoilt and we enjoyed visiting local bars and fabulous restaurants. My husband loved fishing from the wooden pier with the locals and I was thrilled to see an abundance of wild life such as manatees and pelicans. We would definitely come back.

Great holiday

The house is clean spacious and well equipped. The landlord and the managing agent were both very helpful. The one small problem, we had was rectified within hours by the agent. The location is spot on, very quiet yet very convenient for access to other parts of the island and the mainland. The main supermarket and local beaches are a very easy walk. We liked Holmes Beach and Manatee Beach so much we did not want to jump in the car and go to another beach.

Spacious, bright, clean, great location

We had 9 days here after theme parks in Orlando. Perfect place for recharging batteries. Very tranquil and close to lovely beach and shops. Owner very helpful with queries and local manager excellent. The area is very family based and plenty of good restaurants. Property gets plenty of light which makes it seem even more spacious. Minor negative points, a/c not cool enough in the master bedroom, no kettle or chopping boards. Wouldn't stop us from highly recommending the property.

Wedding & vacation

We recently enjoyed a trip to Anna Maria Island for my daughters' wedding and were lucky enough to rent your property. It was relaxing and comfortable, and located in the most convenient place. We had some family staying close to Beane Point and others in Bradenton Beach and we were close to everything, and the trolley was wonderful. My grandson loved it- he even named it Charley Trolley. I just wanted to let you know that your home was our home in every sense of the word, thank you for sharing!

Christmas 2017/New Year 2018

Sandy Point Cove 114. House was just perfect for our family ( 4 adults and one child) we enjoyed our stay very much. It was very clean, well maintained and nicely furnished. Beach was really near by and also grocery store was just minutes away. There are lots of places to visit, we went to Mote Aquarium, Anna Maria Island South, Salvador Dali Museum, St. Petersburg, Ringling Bothers Circus/Art Museum, Sarasota, Manatee Viewing Center, Apollo Beach near Tampa and Disney World. We gladly recommend this house! Family from Finland.

Island paradise

Our property was immaculate. The condo was tastefully decorated. Stocked well with all linens, towels, a beach wagon, beach toys, and cooking utensils. There was also a Keurig coffee maker which was a nice surprise. I love my morning coffee! Susan was a Blessing to work with. Always very prompt to reply via emails regarding any questions we had about the Island or the property.

Great location,lovely condition & well equipped holiday home.we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a truly magnificent holiday.Anna Marie island is a beautiful place. With all the beaches just a few minutes walk we were able to watch the kids swim safely in the sea whilst we enjoyed cocktails in many of the beachside bars. There was a great range of superb restuarants to choose from. If we wanted to venture to other parts of the island the free trolley bus was always available to take us on our journey. The home was perfect for our family, plenty of room & we particularly enjoyed being able to sit on the balconies watching the sun go down! Enjoyable week

The townhouse was spacious and clean. Nice decor. The 3 bathrooms were nice. No one had to wait to use bathroom. About 12 mins from the beach. It was across the Publix supermarket and CVS which was a huge bonus! Btw CVS has nice affordable souvenirs. The beach had powdery white sand and green blue water; very warm. Some days, waves were calm, other days had some waves for boogie boarding. Definitely check out the sunsets-very lovely. Would come again.

Total relaxation...

Hard to put in to words how much we love this place! A beautiful apartment nestled in the mangroves and surrounded by everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. Anna Maria Island is much less developed than the neighbouring keys and offers something for everyone - fishing with a beer on Rod and Reel Pier, barbecuing on the beach as the sun goes down, grabbing a burger at Skinny’s or enjoying a Sunday jazz brunch down at the Sandbar. If all that is too much then the amazingly white sandy beach is just across the road. Thanks to Susie everything that we could think of was provided so all we had to concentrate on was our tans.
