Beautiful resort!

We loved the resort! The nicest property we’ve ever stayed on and we travel a lot. The Ritz staff are top notch and made everything so smooth! Would highly highly recommend staying here!!

A wonderful stay!

This property is beautiful! We enjoyed the stunning views, the dining options at the resort/hotel, and the pools. The sea grapes on the beach provided shade without ruining the ambiance and getting a lounger was never a problem. The villa was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. My kids enjoyed the daily special offerings of things like cookies or snow cones and we enjoyed the drinks. The only negative would be you need to take a cab for most off site dining options but we were happy with the resort/hotel options so it didn’t bother us. The beach did have a small amount of sargassum but they had a mitigation process and I have seen MUCH worse in Mexico. Again, not a major issue for us. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the booking process was easy and included helpful tips.

FANTASTIC SPOT FOR FAMILY VACATION!

Our trip was unbelievable. The ritz club has everything (water sports, water slide, multiple pools and hot tubs, amazing food at the restaurants, boat charters, full kitchen, great sunsets)…. This vaca was so easily booked… we just showed up and everything was perfect! Will come again!

Our family visit to Ritz Club St Thomas

Our stay and experience at the Ritz Club in St Thomas was fantastic! The staff is outstanding and very attentive. They responded to every request very timely. This was our first experience with VRBO and the Ritz Club and we are extremely pleased. Ken was great to work with. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Amazing property

I cannot say enough good things about the Ritz club. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The property is gorgeous and has one of the most amazing views you will see. The pool and views are particularly beautiful on the hotel side which we had full access to. Great communication from ken who we booked thru. He gave us many helpful tips. We will be back. Highly recommend!!!

Another Great Stay!

This was our third visit to this property, and our second time renting from Ken. We had another wonderful family vacation. Ken is a great host and the residences in the Ritz Club are perfect—comfortable, well appointed, with laundry in room and daily housekeeping. Perfect for a relaxing family vacation. We love having the space of a residence/condo combined with all of the luxury and convenience of staying at the Ritz. We will definitely be back again!

Gorgeous unit in the best property on the island

A very well-appointed unit, commensurate with the Ritz-Carlton brand. Extremely attentive membership services (concierge) staff. As there's only one restaurant on the club side, buying groceries (Moe's Market—at twice mainland prices) and making breakfast (and some lunches) in the kitchen was key. We'll be back!

Fantastic Family vacation!

Just returned from a wonderful stay in St. Thomas. The 2 bedroom suite was clean and very convenient. The kitchen had a full fridge (which made it convenient to keep groceries and take home leftovers from dinners for snacking during the day). My husband and I had a separate bedroom and bathroom from our kids which were each very spacious. The Ritz Residence pools were quiet and not crowded so we generally preferred this area to the hotel pools. The kids also enjoyed the hotel pool with the slide at times though. The Concierge was very helpful with everything from restaurant reservations to getting taxis to directions to St. John. ( special thanks to Ariel and Delta) Overall, this was a fantastic value. Ritz quality service and accommodations at a great price compared to other RC properties. We loved St. Thomas too. The island was clean, safe and accessible. Highly recommend!

Perfect set up for families

The Ritz-Carlton club was a perfect location for a family holiday - having the laundry and kitchen in the unit was a big plus, and we enjoyed how easy it was to go from the pool to the beach. Plenty of dining options on site. Would recommend and would go back!

The property and customer service FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!!

The property was better then I could have imagined. Ken was amazingly helpful starting when we originally booked 3 months before our trip. He checked in with us several times and was immediately responsive throughout the entire process whenever we had questions. He truely went above and beyond expectations to help make our trip amazing!! I would definitely return to the Ritz and stay at Ken's suite!

Wonderful condo with great beach and service

The property is amazing, the beach is great. The pools are great. Everything was really first class. And Ken is really good at making sure that all questions are answered and everything goes well. First class and we would gladly return. Spacious bedrooms and useful kitchen and washer/dryer

First time using VRBO but the host Ken made it easy

I celebrated my birthday, my kids graduation, and college graduation. It was as described and Ritz had a great staff. Only thing we had to change rooms which you have gap with no room. I would suggest to book in one room for your stay. Other than that five stars room and service. Btw all the amenities included. And our concierge sent me a lovely gift fruit basket. We will definitely book again.

Nice place and price is right. Ken is fantastic to deal with. Beach is not great and has so much seaweed. We had to move to the pool bec they were cleaning it up w/ a tractor for 2 days of our stay.

Fantastic St. Thomas Vacation

Communication from Ken was fantastic from start to finish. We appreciated the extra tips and tricks that he gave us to make the stay more enjoyable. The 2 bedroom condo was absolutely massive and had everything that my family needed. The faculties at the Ritz Club and Hotel are fantatic. We had a wonderful time on the island with many magical memories. Would highly recommend renting through Ken and staying at the Ritz Club in St Thomas.

Ritz 2 Bedroom Condo

Ritz Carlton property was wonderful. Ken was great to work with- got back to me right away with any questions/recommendation. Rented 2 bedroom condo- was spacious, clean, amazing views. Ritz Carlton staff wonderful. Amazing snorkeling right off beach resort. I would highly recommend!

Ritz stay!

The property is gorgeous and the condo itself is very spacious! It was updated, but it was not as updated as the hotel side which was a bit disappointing. Overall though, it’s a great place to stay and we really enjoyed our time!

Great Property and Location

Excellent property. As advertised. The location and access to the property couldn’t have been easier. Ritz Club makes it very nice to get in and around St Thomas and St John. Would highly recommend.
