Awesome Latin Quarter accommodations!!Very central LQ location; very proximate metro stations and the fantastic rue Mouffetard area. We didn’t have to ask for anything during our entire stay.Loved everything about this stay!

Traveling with my two daughters 10&12 first time in Paris, perfect spot! Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and central for great site seeing. The space was larger inside than I expected, and while it was hot the windows open for a nice cross breeze. Great spot!

We had a great stay. The apartment is located in a great area. It's smaller than it looks (like with any real estate listing), but it was serviceable, and the charm of being in a historic apartment with its classical Parisian views was worth so much!

Location is great. A block from the Pantheon, easy walk to Metro, gardens, many great food options. As previous reviews mentioned, it’s very loud until 2am most nights, as well as extremely smokey with all the cigarettes and vaping, which is strong in the apartment even with windows closed. Directly above several cafes and pubs.

Perfect Location

We very much enjoyed our stay. Communication was seamless and the location was perfect for leisurely enjoying the rich culture and history of Paris. The accommodation was comfortable and nearby so much to explore.

This was the perfect stay for my family and I. It was perfectly located near numerous metro stations making getting around very easy. We had just enough space for our two young children to play when we were not out. The neighborhood felt safe and we had no issues coming and going no matter the time of day.

We are a family of three, traveling with our 10 year old daughter from Canada. The Cosy 1 was the perfect size for us. Clean, easy access and simple check in. Entry and exit from buidling was easy, but the staircase is narrow, so be careful and take you time if bringing luggage. Bed was comfortable, pull out was good too. Nice size kichenette stocked with supplies (dishes, cutlery, tools). Secure building, with café on bottom floor. Cafe was busy spot every evening and into the night, but it didn't bother us at all. Great location, not overrun by tourists and in a good spot for walking and exploring. Short walk to the Panthéon, Place St Michel, Jardins du Luxembourg (about 10 minute walk), short walk to metro stops, and lots of small shops nearby to pick up any necessities/groceries.

A really great property with wonderful access to my favorite places in the city. Convenient restaurant and grocery stores close by. Great communication with the host. Highly recommend.

First of all,the location was tremendous.We felt like we were part of the local scene.Cluny Museum just a few blocks away.Notre Dame about a twelve minute walk.We did have a bit of trouble with the washer and dryer at first but finally figured them out.The apartment was clean and comfortable and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Location was excellent. Many things in the apartment were broken. Shower ran out of hot water quickly and door was leaky, wallpaper was peeling, chairs were broken, lights were wobbly (all in need of tightening), huge cracks in glass induction stovetop (but still functional). Supplies were limited - two rolls of toilet paper for a whole week, one small packet of dish soap, no garbage bags, etc.

Lovely neighborhood and apartment. Host was very responsive. Only downside, and this was communicated beforehand, was the downstairs cafe was quite "energetic" at night. Would stay here again.

Great Location

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay, it is close by to many shops, restaurants and landmarks. The neighbourhood feels safe. There is a bit of noise from the establishment below, but ear plugs fix this nicely. All the basics were provided.

Great spot in the 5th

A beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood, with easy access to the Metro. This is a lively area, and there is a bit of noise in the evenings - particularly on the weekend - but this is a welcome trade off given the great location. I would definitely stay here again!

The Latin Quarter is indeed a lively, beautiful and friendly area with the universities around and many tourists. We agree that the noise of the bars can unfortunately prevent from opening the windows on weekends. Let us mention the windows are soundproof and do their job well. The curtains also help. Great apartment, great stay!

We had a great stay in Paris. The apartment has a lot of space which was perfect for our family of four. Super easy to walk and metro to wherever we needed, and the restaurants and bars downstairs are very cute. It does get loud at night as the other reviews say, but it was fine for us and it never bothered the kids. Overall, excellent!

Quaint and Cozy in the Quarter

My wife and I recently spent 4 nights in this great apartment in the Quatier Latin. The apartment is an excellent location off Rue Descartes and just steps away from the busy Rue Mouffetard. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Jean-Noel was extremely helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend and certainly stay again.
