Ristrutturato, bellissimo condominio fronte oceano con vista libera sul bellissimo mare.
Prendi le tue borse e vieni a provare il piccolo paradiso, chiamato Rocky Point MX. Questo condominio si trova al 3 ° piano di un edificio (più vicino all'acqua) con una vista indisturbata Mare di Cortez e il Point (Malecon) con il faro. Il Princesa Beach Resort si trova nell'esclusiva zona di Sandy Beach di Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), una destinazione turistica situata contro il Mare di Cortez, noto come il Golfo della California con acque cristalline e profonde. Il condominio è completamente arredato e dotato di tutto il necessario durante il soggiorno qui, tutti gli utensili forniti. Condominio dotato di nuovissimo frigorifero, lavatrice e asciugatrice e lavastoviglie. L'elettronica include una TV a schermo piatto, un lettore DVD nel soggiorno (oltre 33 film in DVD) e una TV a schermo piatto nella camera da letto principale. TV diretta collegata con oltre 1000 canali !!! Inoltre, non dimenticare di portare il tuo computer - Connessione WiFi nell'unità. Entrambi i letti con materassi nuovissimi ti aiuteranno a rilassarti dopo aver giocato tutto il giorno in spiaggia e la nuova aria condizionata ti manterrà bello e fresco mentre dormi. Supporto per acqua filtrata nella stanza!
Scegli il tuo posto dalla sedia a bordo piscina con ombrellone, tavoli da pranzo all'aperto vicino al barbecue, il tuo balcone privato nel condominio, sedie a sdraio sotto il Palapas (baldacchino) sulla sabbia o nel bar-ristorante per guardare la partita. Assicurati di provare molti ristoranti in città con musica e intrattenimento.
Bambini e adulti possono godersi un giro in banana boat a soli 5 $! Un sacco di venditori con chicche MX e camion di cibo con Pina Coladas illimitate o cestini di frutta direttamente sulla spiaggia. Non c'è bisogno di andare da nessuna parte!
Visita MX Rodeo Drive per regali a te stesso o ad amici e parenti. Il mercato del pesce è un must da visitare !!! Raccogli gamberetti o pesce fresco per cucinare durante il soggiorno o portalo a casa per gli amici! Visita l'isola degli uccelli (esperienza indimenticabile) o noleggia una piccola barca per praticare la pesca d'altura, il tramonto o lo snorkeling dalla riva! Parla con infiniti venditori per multare e comprendere la meravigliosa vita di Rocky Point. Crea i tuoi ricordi duraturi con amici e familiari. Non aspettare, la vita è breve, condividiamo questo piccolo paradiso con te!

Princesa Beach Resort offre resort custodito 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, con una serie di piscine (una riscaldata in inverno), vasche idromassaggio, piscina per bambini, club house con centro fitness, campo da pallavolo, mini mart e ristorante. 8 palapa extra sono stati installati nell'autunno 2016!

Great place!

Lovely place with a great location. The only thing that I would like to mention is that the mattress on the main room is too old. Almost impossible to sleep in that King bed but other than that everything else was great.

Mother’s and daughter trip

The room was so convenient with it being by the elevator. Big plus! (For us)It was so nice and cool and welcoming. Super easy process to check in and out. I love staying at this location and would stay here again.

Rocky Point

I've been visiting Rocky Point for many years and this is one of the best condos I've stayed in. Directly on the beach, we love Colin's restaurant right on the grounds, and this particular condo is very well decorated and furnished. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Perfect updated beach condo

Spacious condo, updated amenities, and right on the beach! Could not ask for a better experience for a vacation. Multiple near by restaurants to choose from, including a nice cantina on site. We would recommend to any of our friends and family to stay. Will be sure to contact Lana again for our next trip!

Amazing place!

Wow! This condo was perfect! The property was clean, well maintained and had a million dollar view of the beach. The beds in the unit were very comfortable too. Lana was amazing to work with. I would absolutely rent this condo again.

Everything was perfect, the condominium beautiful, super clean, super comfortable, perfect location, its owner; very friendly and cordial, every time we had a concern she always responded to everything very well. My family and I are delighted with everything. The super beautiful and perfect place, we didn't want to go home 😩. Obviously we plan to return again.

Princesa de Penasco

This place is incredible! Their swimming pools are really clean, the beach is very adjacent. The view from our (room 305) condo's patio is breathtaking! Most of all, the owner of this place, Lana is amazing! She is very nice and helpful from check in to checkout. We will definitely recommend this condo to our friends. Thank you so much Lana for making our stay unforgettable!

Happy Stay

Wake up to the waves and the pool in this beautiful well-stocked condo. We had a worry-free stay and enjoyed the beach every day. Lots of security, and it felt very safe here. The condo was very clean. You will need to bring a hair dryer, shampoo, and shower gel, which I didn’t realize. Otherwise, almost Heaven.

Princesa getaway

We were three unattached friends needing to step off the merry-go-round of life for a long weekend to do absolutely whatever we wanted when we wanted. This condo was perfect. All of us had time and space just to be. Everything we needed was there. When we wanted to hang out, we had 3 pools from which to choose, a poolside bar, a balcony overlooking the ocean and an on-site restaurant. Nearby shopping, restaurants and ocean view bars with live entertainment added to “relaxcation” and we will return.

Paradise at Rocky Point, Mexico!

Lana's 2 bdrm 2 bathrm condo is in a perfect location on Sandy Beach. 3rd floor with an ocean front balcony and steps from the sand. Her unit is immaculate. Upgraded flooring, grante countertops, nice furniture and decor, and amazingly comfortable beds. I learned while I was there that this is not the case with every unit (especially those booked through the resort). Lana is a fantastic host, giving tips as to where to eat, what to do, and how to avoid being pulled over while driving. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Little Condo - Excellent View

We have stayed at lots of other resorts in Rocky Pointe and this one was great. A little smaller but it was clean, updated and super close to everything we wanted to do. We liked that it had great pools for the kids and steps to the beautiful beach. Collins Restaurant on-site was super nice and very affordable. There were 5 of us. 1 person slept on pull out couch. Kitchen was well stocked. Lana was excellent with communicating so we knew exactly where to go and what to do. All in all a fantastic place. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Princesa de Penasco A305

Great Beach Front and pool front views, just a few steps from the beach and property's palapas. The beach vendors generally did not approach the palapas area which worked well for us. Unit is updated and and very clean, very comfortable for us and our children and everything was in working order. The property is well maintained with wristband access and 10 pm quiet time was well enforced by security. There are three large pools that were heavily used while we there and they were beautiful. There are showers available to rinse off beach sand which was great. Owner responded promptly to our inquiries before we left, made check in easy, and was just a text message away during our stay. We definitely recommend this unit for your next stay.

Great place... great location!

We loved this condo and the entire complex was great. There are many friendly owners who come here and we met some great people who showed us around the area. I am a former VRBO owner so am very picky about certain things when I stay at VRBO properties. This place is one of the cleanest properties I've stayed at. I dropped an earring and it rolled under the bed and was afraid to look for it but there wasn't a single dust bunny... just my earring. The location is perfect as well. Lana, the owner was super responsive to our questions and needs and was in constant contact with me from beginning to end. If I go back to Puerto Penasco in the future I would definitely stay at this condo!

Awesome Week In Rocky Point

We rented a two bedroom two bath condo in Bldg. A305. The rooms were cozy, the view from the balcony overlooking the Sea of Cortez was breathtaking to say the least. We were so close to the water it felt like you could reach out and touch it. One of the three large pools sits right outside the window as well. Location of building offered us an abundance of evening shade for swimming in the pool. Resort offers volleyball courts, fitness center, a wonderful restaurant on site as well as a convenience store for the little things that you might have forgotten. The restaurant has a bar in it as well that offers any drink you might think of and at a decent price. Go to town and you will find some wonderful eating. My favorite was Mary's Seafood. We also bought fish and shrimp and cooked it on one of the outdoor grills this resort offered. Not overpriced as you might think for all it offers along with the memories that were made there.

2 Week much needed vacation

The property was very clean, beautifully decorated and directions from the Hostess were very clear. Our Hostess was VERY easy to work with. She was friendly in her communications and replied to every request right-away. The view was good both inside and out. The grills they have for guests are charcoal. Note: Bring lighter fluid from the states as it’s not always easy to find in Puerto Peñasco. The dishwasher and stove seemed new. Very good kitchen for cooking (and cleaning up). Overall the Condo is very well laid out. Perfect size for a Couple and maybe a couple with small children. There are a couple minor reasons I took off a star. 1) Lack of some basic supplies: - Bathroom Soap - Shampoo - Beach Towels and chairs - Minimal paper towels / TP 2) Lack of comfortable chairs on the deck To be fair, the Hostess did advise of the items they didn’t have ahead of time. We have stayed at 4 other 5 star places in Puerto Peñasco that all provided these items. Thank you for providing a nice clean beautiful place for our vacation.

Beachfront, A building is closest to the water,pools. Princesa has 3 pools with lounge chairs,umbrellas and 2 hot tubs. Pool with swim up bar by E building.
Volleyball court,handicap area,restaurant,convenience store and clubhouse with ping pong table and exercise equipment right in the resort.
Many palapas on the beach with lounge chairs.
Many food/drinks vendors on the beach.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

This condo is the beachfront,closest to the beach.
You sleep in until the sound of the waves wakes you up. Put on sunglasses and hats, make a cup of coffee and walk down to the water to pick up shells or look for sea treasures on the beach. Visit the Princesa Colins restaurant/bar with amazing Sunday brunch and endless mimosas ,Bloody Mary is a must. Food is great and reasonably priced. lay by the pool or under la palapa. If shrimp is on the menu for dinner just drive near the Malecón /old Port and see many fish vendors. Drive to Encanto beach for oyster bar called El Barco,right on the water to eat those fresh oysters and look out to beautiful blue waters. At night,if you like life music,head to Wrecked at the Reef or Banditoes bar. Max,s is a great breakfast place with best Bloody Mary in town. Boo Bar has good food,music and wonderful sunset views!!! Try Leo’s bar. Always great music and good food. Princesa is the smallest of the condos and the size allows great personalized service from the staff.
