Unit # 1 è un accogliente appartamento con 1 camera da letto e 1 bagno in un ambiente eccezionale e privato. Questa unità è situata al piano terra del lodge ed è completamente accessibile ai disabili. L'unità è stata di recente costruzione e dispone di una cucina aperta, sala da pranzo e soggiorno con camera da letto privata e ampio bagno. Forse la più grande caratteristica dell'unità è la sua posizione imbattibile a Joseph. Il lodge si trova su Main Street, a pochi passi da servizi quali ristoranti, negozi, negozi di alimentari, gallerie d'arte e altro ancora. Wallowa Lake è a pochi minuti di auto.
All'interno, i pavimenti in piastrelle scorrono attraverso lo spazio abitativo per un aspetto pulito e fresco. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con stoviglie, pentole e padelle e utensili e dispone di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile tra cui un fornello a gas, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e frigorifero di dimensioni standard. Due ampi sgabelli siedono nell'ampio bar per la colazione. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con un armadio fornito di una piccola cassettiera. Il divano del soggiorno funge anche da comodo letto matrimoniale estraibile. Ogni camera è dotata di riscaldatori murali Cadet zonali per personalizzare facilmente la temperatura. Sono forniti saponi di base, asciugamani di carta, asciugacapelli e lenzuola e cuscini extra. La cucina ha alcuni condimenti e spezie di base, oltre al caffè. C'è la connessione internet wireless e una TV a schermo piatto. v. con Dish TV nella zona giorno. Il bagno e la cucina hanno entrambi acqua calda istantanea e ottima pressione dell'acqua.
All'esterno, rilassati sulla veranda coperta e goditi i suoni tranquilli di Big Bend Creek che attraversa il retro della proprietà. Barbecue e goditi la vista sulle montagne Wallowa da uno dei patii o pergola. I cervi spesso frequentano la proprietà per osservare la fauna selvatica locale. Mt. Joseph Lodge offre sistemazioni notturne con tutti i comfort di casa.

Great location and the host communicates very quickly. This is the most handicap accessible place I’ve ever stayed. I always look for accessibility due to mobility issues, but the flat shower floor and oversized doors were a bonus. I would only suggest to the owner that a comfortable chair with arms could fit under the window in the main room, that would be easier to get in and out. I wouldn’t even mention it except it’s clear the owner cares about accessibility. Maybe a bench for luggage and why not refillable toiletries in the shower instead of the little throwaways? We had a great time in Joseph despite the smoke from fires and would definitely stay in this property again.

Nice comfortable room with a beautiful property. Overall the building and room need some attention: doors won't close easily or swing open, deck needs paint, etc. This is to be expected for an older property.

Great place in Joseph

We really enjoyed our stay at the Joseph Lodge. We were there for 6 nights. The location is really good; on a creek, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The unit was clean, roomy with a nice bathroom and kitchen. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the families of mule deer roam around the property in the evening.

The unit was comfortable, and kitchen supplies easy to find and use. However, the cupboards were a little high for my use...especially to safely lift down plates, glasses and mugs.

Great condo in a wonderful location!

We had an awesome time in Joseph for three days while attending the Dragon Boat races at Wallowa Lake State Park. The condo was perfect for my husband and I, when we came back from the lake sunburnt and tired. Great kitchen, bathroom with a powerful shower head and comfortable bed. You might want to bring a hairdryer, since i was unable to locate one. Easy location to walk to the local brewpubs. We will be back!

This was a wonderful place to stay for a few days while visiting the Joseph/Wallowa Lake area. The process from start to finish was easy and well communicated. It is located right in the heart of Joseph, easily walkable to everything in town. The unit was clean, roomy and had everything we needed. The kitchen seemed to be well stocked for cooking, although we did not have need for doing so. There was a Keurig and coffee pods as well as some creamers which was appreciated. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was nice. The one bedroom was the exception as far as space. It is small. There was barely enough room for luggage for two people. Not a big deal, we managed fine. Our least favorite thing about the unit was the bed/pillows. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were the worst. A new mattress and pillows would make a huge difference for the enjoyability of this unit. Also, an extra blanket or two would have been a nice touch. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend.

A Nice Spot in a Spectacular Location

We enjoyed our stay. Our unit included table and chairs outside where we enjoyed our breakfasts and lunches. We we close to the town yet still very quiet. This area is worth being on everyone’s bucket list.

Our first Joseph visit

This property was really conveniently located- within walking distance of shops and restaurants . Our room was clean and nicely appointed. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice place with good amenities

We stayed in room 1. Though there were lack of windows the interior was more than I expected. It was relaxing, inviting, and even had a small air conditioner which cooled the room nicely. I enjoyed the size and type of shower and bathroom as well. Best thing of all is the location. Walk to anywhere you want in Joseph and only minutes from Wallowa lake or Enterprise. Good work, recommended stay. Only complaint...... no DVD player or TV in the bedroom. However we have Netflix and they had a smart TV which allowed us to connect to it!

High Walkability Score

Nice to be right there on Main Street. This unit is on ground floor at rear of building with a front and back door, adjacent to irrigation ditch. The sound of water is a nice touch and completely drowns out any traffic sounds from out front. Unit itself is modern with well outfitted kitchen with full size stove and fridge. Bed is comfy and bathroom is large and spotless. In fact housekeeping gets an A++ here and were kind enough to keep us stocked up throughout our stay. There is also an in room A/C unit that came in handy. Internet connection was fast and uninterrupted. Grounds are quite nice. The only downside at all are the two dogs across the ditch from the gazebo. Their barking makes use of the gazebo iffy. VRBO probably can't do anything about this and that is a shame because they also started up before 6am on 2-days of our stay. Fortunately they don't go on for long, but it is a drag. Again, a great experience all around.

Very nice

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was modern, well appointed with appliances, furniture, etc. The unit was very clean. The shower was fantastic! It was quiet and accessible. We stayed in unit 1. The only caveats are that there are only two windows in the unit, so it can be a little dark, and the bedroom is small but not impossibly so. Our friends stayed in unit 7 a two bedroom that faced the mountains, and their unit was very light and open. All of that said, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The condo at Mt Joseph Lodge was great. It has been remodeled really well with lovely decorative accents. It was comfortable and spacious. Great kitchen! Great location, right in the heart of Joseph.

Great condo, great location

We loved our stay here in Joseph. The place was bigger and nicer than it looks in pictures and in a great location. The grounds are awesome and peaceful. Joseph is a beautiful place and I hope we get another opportunity to visit and stay here again!

Very clean and modern, but not comfortable. Walked in to inspect after arrival, walked out and rented another place. This is not a negative review-it just wasn't what I expected when i viewed it upon arrival.

Comfortable in Joseph, Oregon

To all, Our stay was a very comfortable and quiet 5 night stay. My wife and I could not believe that the property was as nice as it was and the quietness of the surrounding building and grounds. Our space looked of recently new construction with many new and very nice upgrades of amenities through out. With finishes such as, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, nice size bath area to a comfortable covered porch/deck area to also relax in, the property was nicely/professionally landscaped with a common area that include many outdoor/backyard amenities as well. And all this.. is in downtown Joseph, Oregon at a very reasonable price of lodging. With a very short walk to the center of town to experience all the eateries, shops, art galleries and the quaintness of Joseph's small town atmosphere. The weather happened to be in our favor the entire stay, with sunny skies and warm comfortable temperatures to enjoy all outdoor activities We are already planning our next visit to Joseph and stay at this same facility again.
