Great place and location. House is very clean and beds very comfortable. Kitchen is stocked well also. House could use a little updating/refreshment on kitchen cabinets and lights over the mirrors in downstairs main bedroom. Entertainment/sitting area was very comfortable. We'd come back again

Older house, but very nice location and we loved all the king size bedrooms. We were in town for the marathon weekend and loved being right on the course to cheer on the runners. Easy access to the shuttle stop and beach. Only a 10-15 minute walk to The Sanctuary. We loved our stay!

Perfect location, great home

Perfect for family (ies) with kids! Downstairs game room/ bedroom with bunk beds is ideal! Location perfect, less than 5 min walk from beach. Screened porches are a huge plus.

really amazing location on the island, home was great on space but in need of some updates/repairs (like a stove burner didnt work, fridge had a filter light on, AC wasnt functional in basement), communicative rental agency

Incredible Fall Weekend

This was one of the the most memorable vacation houses my family and I have ever stayed at. The serene views of nature and the good course, close access to the beach and shops and the beauty of the neighborhood contributed to a truly amazing stay. We will be back !

Family Beach Vacation

Excellent location - easy access to the community pool and beach. Fabulous front and back porches which provided some "escape" space and great for a rainstorm. Four bathrooms and four bedrooms helped with families coming in from across the country. Would rent again!

Location was fabulous. On the 18th tee of TurtlePoint and a waterway on the other side. House was well laid out and spacious. Great screened in porch to enjoy the surroundings. Would certainly stay again. Great accommodations and guest instructions were clear. Thank you Sweetgrass.

A great house for our family to spend a week together.

This was our first time to visit Kiawah Island and this house was a perfect fit for our family. The location is close to the beach and close to the middle of the resort community. The house is well stocked with the exception of a few things in the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to our net trip to Kiawah.

We had such an incredible stay in this gorgeous Kiawah home! It was perfect for our family and 2 toddlers, we loved the screened in porch and bathrooms are all updated beautifully. Every room has a king bed and its own full bathroom which was lovely. The home had everything we needed and was a perfect location to walk or bike to the beach or pool (you do however need to rent bikes, beach chairs and beach towels separately). Only a 10 or so minute bike ride to night heron park with playground and 5-10 mins bike to the sanctuary. Would absolutely stay here again!

Would be nice to have more than one cycle’s worth of dishwasher soap. Going to buy a whole pack for just a week is a bit of a waste, but that certainly isn’t a ding on the house. Great place and very easy process b

The house inside was well appointed and clean. The master bath had a sliding barn door that did not stay closed. The outside decks and seating needed a good cleaning and the grill was dirty. (someone did come and clean the grill). The property is on a golf course, so be aware that mowers and lawn equipment run in the morning. Also, it was our luck that the neighbor next door was having a deck redone, so it was constant building noise from 8 am until 5 pm. It is an hour drive to Charlston from Kiawah Island, which we were aware of. You need a pass to enter the property. The beach was lovely and a five minute walk from the house. You can rent two chairs and umbrellas from a local company for the day for 45. Overall, it was a good find for four adult couples.

Overall, a very positive experience! Proximity to beach and golf was perfect. Enjoyed everything the island has to offer and enjoyed relaxing back at our rental property!

A perfect house

This house was perfect for our family stay at Kiawah. We loved the location beside the lagoon, the golf course and the bike path. The house was furnished very comfortably and attractively. We loved having 4 bedrooms all with king size beds. My favorite feature was the screened porch with nice furniture and ceiling fans that work! The kitchen was well equipped and we prepared every meal there during our week long stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Great House, 7 min walk to the beach, 12 min walk if your are 92! Loved having 4 master Bedrooms, great porches. Location offered views of lagoon and golf course. Would rent again.

Family vacation

Cleanliness was a problem. Appeared to be pet hair on living room furniture. Outdoor furniture was covered with pollen and tabletops had not been cleaned in some time. First floor bedroom shower did not drain and tv does not work. Kitchen sink does not drain likely due to improperly installed garbage disposal. There was mold in both 2nd floor showers. Poor selection of cookware. Bring your own cleaning products. Lower level driving net and putting green are not as pictured. It’s just a storage area filled with trash. There are only 3 wine glasses. The coffee maker uses basket filters which are not sold at the grocery store on the island. The refrigerator needs a new water filter. The pool opened on the day we left. We did not contact the property manager regarding these problems during our stay. Overall I would look for another property on returning to Kiawah. The island is beautiful.

Summer at Kiawah 2020

We have been coming to Kiawah for well over 20 years. This was the best house we have rented in the nicest location. The Sweetgrass staff was very helpful with issues(which were very minor) and responded promptly! The house was very clean and well equipped. We will return!

Lovely home with.great location!

I stayed here for a month and loved the brightness of the house, location and the wildlife overlooking the bridge. The house was newly painted and all new beautiful hardwood floors. This home is on the 18 fairway and you can walk to the beautiful clubhouse which by the way has delicious food. Would recommend this to all who want to play golf, go to the nearby beach, visit Charleston, and take the tourist boat rides and much more.

great stay

Had a great visit in Kiawah. The house is a great location near the beach and on a golf course. It was nice to see all new floors in the house and new paint. We enjoyed seeing the big alligator that sometimes is on the golf course behind the house. My kids had a great time playing on the bunkbeds.
