Questa struttura di lusso è una residenza cittadina su due livelli nel Mountain Village, situata nel luogo in cui si fondono 3 piste da sci. È luminoso e spazioso, con pareti di finestre che si affacciano su Misty Maiden e Lower Boomerang.

Questa unità è stata ristrutturata nella primavera del 2016. Entrambe le camere dispongono di nuove TV intelligenti da 32 "con lettori Blu-Ray. Il soggiorno ha una nuova smart TV da 55 "e un lettore Blu-Ray e un sistema audio SONOS a cui puoi accedere tramite l'app gratuita per smartphone per riprodurre la tua raccolta musicale. C'è una piccola videoteca con titoli adatti sia per adulti che per bambini. Viaggiare con bambini piccoli? Place is unfortunately in need of some major TLC. Furniture was worn, damaged, and soiled. Cleanliness was very subpar—for a 350 cleaning fee, I expect more than just laundering sheets and towels. The floors had sticky messes left on them, there was considerable dust, the windows obscured the beautiful view because they were so dirty. I could see the price being worth it during ski season when you can ski right out your door and you probably don’t care about cleanliness as much, but in the summer when we wanted to enjoy the deck and the views, it was really disappointing and we did not get value for what we paid.

There is no excuse for sticky floors, dust inside the home, or other cleaning issues, and I have already addressed your comments with our property management team to ensure this does not happen again. Over the years we have been fortunate to receive 90 guest reviews, with 89 being perfect 10/10 so this experience is clearly not representative of the standard we strive to provide. Many of our guests come back year after year. While I don’t know what went wrong in this instance, I take your comments seriously and appreciate you bringing them to my attention. As a gesture of goodwill, I will be refunding your cleaning fee. I wish I had known about the issues during your stay, as our property management team is typically able to respond very quickly—often within an hour—to resolve concerns. I also provide guests with my personal phone number so they can contact me directly if they are ever unable to reach the management team. Had I been aware of the situation, I would have done everything possible to make it right while you were still at the property. Thank you again for your candid feedback. It has prompted us to review our cleaning procedures so that future guests receive the experience they expect and deserve.

The location is close to everything at Mountain Village, but best of all it is just steps to the slope! The outside deck has a great view of the ski slopes and you can watch all the ski action from the hot tub. Mike was great to work with and responded to questions quickly. We had some flight delay issues that made getting to Telluride a little challenging but once there at the townhouse all our travel issues melted away. If you are looking for a great place on the slopes close to just about everything this is the place. Thank you Mike for making our time with our family in Telluride so special.

Great place to stay

Home is true ski in/ski out location. It was perfect for two families. The home was nice and clean with all the amenities that we needed. Mike provided great communication and fast response. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location and excellent property! We were 4 people and had plenty of room. We loved the ski in /ski out convenience and the spa to relax in after a hard day of skiing. The host was always quick to respond and gave great tips and recommendations. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Telluride Condo

This was our second year staying at Telemark unit J. The location is perfect. Ski in/ski out, and a very short walk to the center of mountain village and the gondola. The condo is well stocked and very comfortable. And we love the hot tub!. We will definitely be back again.

Great property. Perfect for 2 couples or family of 3. Well stocked. Location for ski in/ski out was even better than I could have imagined. Had a small problem with the hot tub but it was fixed quickly. We hope to be back!

Perfect location

Might be the best ski in ski out property I've ever stayed in. 100 ft from the door to the snow couldn't be more convenient. Hot tub on the patio after skiing was great. The place is as advertised, very clean and inviting. If you want a true ski in ski out experience this is it!The host was easy to get in touch with and welcoming. We already started planning for next year and this is the first place I'll check for availability.

We have been coming to Telluride for many years, after skiing and hiking most of the areas in Colorado and Utah. We fell in love with Telluride from the beginning, and started looking for a place to spend our summers away from the Texas heat. We also try to spend several weeks here in the winter, as school schedules permit. We are thrilled to be able to share this place we love with newcomers and experienced Telluride visitors alike.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We purchased Telemark J in 2016 after looking in Telluride and Mountain Village for years. We were searching for that perfect place; one that combined livability, proximity to restaurants and shops, comfort, views, a great patio, and most importantly, amazing ski access. We have always loved skiing, but didn't like the process of carrying gear, walking long distances to slopes (especially at 9,500 feet!), and having to do it all in reverse at the end of the day. It is actually easier (and less expensive!) and takes less time to pop in for lunch than it does to enjoy a meal at one of the very good lodges, restaurants, and snack bars on the mountain.
In the morning, you can leave the house at 8:55, put on your skis and ski a short distance to the Village Express lift, and still be early for the first 9:00 ride up the mountain. First tracks are always a possibility.
In the summer, ride your mountain bike to the free gondola and take it to the St. Sophia station. From there, you can either go uphill to See Forever and some very challenging, spectacular trails (maybe give yourself a couple of days to acclimate), or let gravity take over and head down the Bike Park trails, or the Village Trail, and connect via Jurassic and Meadows Trail down to the Valley Floor. From there, head to Telluride and back up the gondola and do it again! Total time around 90 minutes.
You will also enjoy the close proximity to the shops and restaurants of Mountain Village. Ski rentals are quick and easy, coffee shops and restaurants are nearby.
Enjoy some Thai fusion at Talay, or small plates and sophisticated entrees and deserts at Bijou, stop in for craft beers and a meal at Tomboy Tavern, tapas at Village Table, ice cream and sandwiches at Tracks, Taco Tuesday and tasty meals at Black Iron - plus many more. For additional variety, 13 minutes on the free Gondola takes you to Telluride, with even more amazing dining and shopping opportunities.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Some of the best ski access in Telluride, easy in and easy out. Also one of the largest patios in Mountain Village, with a hot tub and gas grill. Sunny and bright, with beautiful views of the ski area, and spectacular yellow aspens in the fall. Right in town, but feels secluded due to it's location and position on the ski run.
