This is a wonderful home and location. We were beyond happy. Well appointed kitchen. Large bedrooms, each with a private bath. Incredible views from inside and from the outdoor terrace and patio. We loved the pool, the different seating options outside including on the private beach, and the kayaks, which we used nearly every day. We loved kayaking to Pinel and to the smaller island between the villa and Pinel for snorkeling. We also loved the neighborhood. We visited the nearby French boulangerie several times. The Super U is close by for groceries. Many restaurants, both casual and fine dining, also nearby, including excellent pizza and sandwiches at Pepe Pizza. The property management team was extremely helpful and attentive. Excellent recommendations for dinner and activities. We appreciated the great service. We highly recommend this home!

What a beautiful villa! We felt lucky that we chose such a great location on Orient Bay. We enjoyed the pool, hanging out on our private beach, kayaking to Pinel Island - sharing dinner/drinks on the property. Our hosts - shout out to Kevin - always responded if we had questions. Beautiful island - it was the perfect get-away! We hope to return!

Wonderful beach villa

We really enjoyed the villa. Very quiet residential neighborhood. We enjoyed kayaking to Pinel island for lunch. Nina was an excellent house manager and available during our stay. Thank you for a great vacation!

We just returned from an incredible two-week stay at this villa in St. Martin, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. We were all (2 couples) celebrating our retirement and this was the perfect way to kick off this next leg of the journey. The property was beautifully maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The villa itself was fantastic — spacious, comfortable, and designed to take full advantage of the beautiful surroundings. Waking up each morning and enjoying coffee became a staple to starting every day. The outdoor spaces were especially wonderful and made it easy to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beautiful ocean breeze.The location was ideal, giving us easy access to beaches, restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore while still feeling like a peaceful private retreat. One of the highlights of our stay came from one of the hosts' recommendations. We used their suggested private chef for four evenings during our stay, and it turned out to be an amazing experience.The hosts (Mel and Kevin) were fantastic — responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly from beginning to end. After two weeks, we honestly weren't ready to leave. This villa played a huge role in making for a memorable retirement vacation, and we would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Great house for a great vacation

The house was beautiful and very well appointed. The location was ideal with many restaurants and attractions nearby. Nina was an awesome host with great communication. We wanted for nothing. All in all, a fantastic stay. We would certainly stay here again.

Family & Friends Trip to St. Martin

My group of six had a great time in St. Martin. This property is definitely one to stay at. Kayaking to Pinel Island was easy and enjoyable. Communication with Nina, Melissa, and Kevin (Property Managers) was great. Thanks again to all of them!!

Great Island Stay

The property is amazing — just as described! Would 100% stay again. Next time though, we would skip the concierge service, as we thought it was too expensive for what we received. Overall, the property, cleanliness, and proximity to island adventures were perfect!
