Le tue opinioni sono mozzafiato. Guarda i pesci mentre nuotano oltre il balcone del tuo soggiorno. Goditi il litorale del Golfo, i ponti della piscina e gli incredibili tramonti dal balcone al piano superiore della camera da letto principale. Circondato dal tranquillo villaggio di Carillon, Pinnacle Port è situato sulla sua penisola, circondato dal Golfo del Messico e dal lago Powell. Nessun traffico qui! Essere nell'attico ha anche il vantaggio di non sentire il rumore dall'alto, nessun passo di corsa nei corridoi sopra; migliore vista sul golfo e sul lago circostante e questa posizione è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dallo scivolo della spazzatura, tenuto pulito e appena fuori dall'entrata del piano principale.

Ti auguro giornate soleggiate al 100%, ma se dovessi aspettare una nuvola o due questa unità ha l'elettronica per goderti l'attesa. Chiave in meno, l'ingresso con meno carte elimina "perso nella sabbia" o "di chi è?" scenari tra ospiti. Crescere qui mi dà il vantaggio di sapere esattamente cosa serve per avere il massimo del divertimento per il tuo tempo, per favore permettimi di condividerlo con te durante il tuo soggiorno.

Perfect Stay

My family and I had a great time staying in this condo. The little touches Michael left for us did not go unnoticed! My son caught a few crabs using the crab trap and cooked them for us. Overall a great stay. Thank you!!

Great Stay!

The property is well stocked with amenities. Very clean, the floors were so shiny upon entry we thought they were still wet! Mike is a great host very accommodating and aims to please! Easy to contact if needed! Great stay, would definitely stay again! Thank you Mike!

Awesome!!!

This was the "best vacation, ever" according to our two teenagers!!! Pinnacle Point is a great family-friendly environment away from the hustle and bustle of PC Beach but close enough to easily enjoy the attractions and shopping. We were Very pleasantly surprised!!! This location is reasonably priced for all of the beauty and ammenities! We are looking forward to coming back for another stay!!!

Very accommodating owner

The condo was just as expected from the listing provided. The condo is supplied with all you need to enjoy your beach vacation. The entire building lost air conditioning for several days. The owner Mike went out of his way to purchase three air conditioning units to make the temps much more bearable. Overall a great experience.

Take only the essentials

If you are looking forward to going to a beach vacation, but dread dragging beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, tent, EZ up tent, beach toys, snorkling equipment, beach games, sunscreen and even aloe vera). This property has everything you need, only requiring you to bring your essentials. Water so clear you are able to see so much sea life (dolphins, sting rays, jelly fish, crabs, and shells) Property owner is very easy to contact, and communication helps clarify and make a vacation even more relaxing!!!!

Difficult Owner

Air wasn’t working. When tried to get fixed, owner tried to make us feel sorry for him because of how much he paid in ownership fees. We weren’t asking for money back, just to have some air. Then, he kept telling us how he did his own cleaning. Not professional. We had one week out of the yr to not work & have some rest. We know what it’s like to have bills & problems & didn’t need to be burdened with his. Then he was telling us how that week he was having surgery. I guess another way to get sympathy. We just wanted air & a nice week away from our hectic lives. We stay at Pinnacle Port every year but will never stay in this unit again.

I understand you were not happy about the added 100.00 cleaning fee and also that your review of me followed the notification of that charge. I rarely ever have to do that, but I felt it was warrented for the following reasons. 1. You departed 70 minutes past check-out time and you at the time admited to being intoxicated, having just woke up. 2. Many new towels were stained beyond washing, having been found used as cleaning rags for unkown spills. 3. The provided beach cannopy, chairs, and beach cart were found saturated in sand, also left in the middle of livingroom, nothing was placed back into carry casses or pre-cleaned. 4. New Area rug had stains with the smell from an alcholic beverage or beverages, it requred multiple hours of steaming to renew. 5. Not one item on the check out list was completed prior to your departure (including departure time), trash and towels were found scattered throughout. The guest room was acceptable, however, the master, kitchen, and livingroom had about enough sand to start an indoor private beach. 6. Due to the before mentioned items, my new guests were pushed back 2 hours for a later check-in time, this was in order to ensure the same quality of cleanliness as all guests should get. Also, New guests were compensated 100.00 for the requested later arrival time (the amount charged to your account). Maintenance Concerns. 1. Again, I apologise for the maintenance issues with the facility's central air system, as a result I provided 3 seperate 10,000 BTU portable a/c units. 2. You contacted me about the air temperature and I immediatly (within 30 minutes) responded and fixed the issue, there was a gap in the window about 2 inches that was closed. Prior to leaving I confirmed the issue was resolved, I did not hear from you again until I an hour following directed check-out time. the unit cooled quickly to 72 degrees once the window gap was closed Personal Comments 1. I made every effort to answer your questions rapidly, I answered your texts following your departure, at 11:30 at night, as you woke me up about the 100.00 additional cleaning fee charged to you. Every dime of that went to compensation for the new guests. I reminded you that upon your 70 minute late departure you left the place in very bad shape, it was so bad that it took 6 hrs to clean it right. 2. No sympathy was requested of you, just general conversation when I responded to your call, Just letting you know I would be out of town for the next 24 hrs on surgery, I am not very sure what you meant by this comment at all. With your damaging review as well as my own feedback, our business is concluded, your 100.00 extra cleaning fee was a very rare occassion, but also very warrented for the condition left of my investment paradise! This was our first VRBO stay, and it exceeded expectations. From arrival, it was clear the owner put great care into making the condo feel like home.The unit was spotless. The white tile floors shined, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. Updated furniture, comfortable seating, retractable ceiling TVs, and LED kitchen lighting gave it a modern yet inviting feel.We were especially impressed with how well stocked it was. The owner provided paper goods, toiletries, trash bags, and laundry and dishwasher supplies—extras many rentals don’t include. It made packing easier and saved us money.Beach amenities were another highlight. Chairs, fishing poles, a crab trap, aloe, and other supplies were available, making our stay more enjoyable without extra cost or hassle.The views are stunning. One side offers Gulf views, while the other overlooks the lake and ocean. Sunsets quickly became a favorite part of each day.The owner was excellent—responsive, helpful, and easy to work with before and during our stay.This condo truly felt like a home away from home. The cleanliness, updates, amenities, views, and hospitality made it a memorable vacation. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Panama City Beach area.

Very nice and clean. The owner was easy to contact. We had issue with a tv. The owner was contacted via text and responded was there within about an hour and a half. He was very pleasant and helpful and showed me and my grandson how it worked. Plenty of towels. No odors. My grandson enjoyed all of the fishing equipment. The PH to me has a home like feel to it. Would definitely recommend. My love was the massage chair, which was a winner with the baseball team too. Lovely view from all windows of the ocean. Spent mornings on the balcony .

Excellent!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo so much! It is exactly as pictured in the listing. It is fully equipped with everything you might need! I really appreciated having the extra supplies like toilet paper, paper plates, etc... My husband and kids really enjoyed the big TV's!! The beach was beautiful! We would definitely like to stay here again!

This was a great property and location and the owner was easy to communicate and work with

This rental did not lack for anything. The owner made sure all was provided right down to shampoo and soap! The unit was perfect for two couples and Pinnacle Resort is a great complex. Will definitely be back!

Good Times

Great location with easy access to the beach. Food options nearby were scarce, so we ended up eating in more often than typical on vacation. PCB restaurants were crowded with 2+ hour waits, Seaside was the same. There is a dope BBQ joint nearby which kind of saved us a few times. Condo was sweet with good views and all the accomodations. We were made aware on arrival that the AC was underperforming and therefore there were loud portable units going on and off all night which made it difficult for some to rest.

Pinnacle Port was amazing!

I absolutely fell in love with this location! The beach, an inlet, a lake & a gated community made for a small crowd & a fantastic vacation! The owner of Penthouse 21 was kind, honest, and went above & beyond to stock our condo with so many extras. Mike really cares about his condo. He was a phone call away when we couldn’t get our wifi to work. He went out, bought equipment & had it fixed within an hour of us contracting his cell phone. I can’t recommend this property enough & I could go on & on about how awesome Mike is! I’ve been going to Destin/ Panama City area my whole life & I think I’ve found my go to from now on.

Loaded condo & beautiful beach

I like to leave honest & detailed reviews so here's the good & bad: Good- less crowded PCB location, condo has tons of extras for the beach/kids, pool was large & heated, beautiful balcony views, quiet (didn't hear tons of neighbors), outside of the main PCB strip but close enough to it to drive there if you wanted to, shower/hose at beach access, in a gated community Bad- elevators can get backed up with a line of people, master shower head & bathroom sinks very weak water pressure..... That's about it lol *Great condo with loads of extras for the kids. Will definitely try to stay here again!

This property was the perfect location to enjoy PCB without the overwhelming crowds. The water was clear and the beach was clean. Mike was great to work with and supplied all the ‘extras’ to make the trip turn key. We plan to return!

Love all the extras!

We had a great experience at the Penthouse 21 condo... I was so thankful for the extra special stuff that the owner did to make our stay great... I mean toliet paper, paper towels, paper plates, laundry stuff, garbage bags even little shampoos and conditioner and deodorant... plus my kids loved loved the skim board and beach toys.... we loved the chairs and the smaller cooler that was easier to carry than our big one and beach cart was nice.... also my boys loved that the condo had you tube and smart TVs and gaming stuff x box and play station...probably the only negative was the elevator can get behind and you have to wait a little but we had no complaints on the condo and we are super grateful to have found this one... thank you soo much for a great stay!

Hi Amy, I am happy you enjoyed your stay last year. I am reaching out to know if you would like to stay again here. I took on the challenge of updating/upgrading the place with new trim abd moldding, costal colors, new air system abd ceiling fans, updated electronics and much much more (pictures not posted as of yet).

Love the gated Community

Very nice, roomy. Everything you need was stocked. New appliances , washer/dryer.

Just bring your suitcase!

First of all , Mike Goodman is a war vet! Second , This was my family's vacation away from my wife's cancer treatment. We have stayed in this building many times and when I say this I mean it, I have never seen a more well stocked condo , EVER! Mike literally stocked that place with everything but your suitcase. His customer service is excellent and you can tell he puts his full effort into making sure you enjoy your stay. Place was spotless also! I promise don't bring a thing but the suitcase! We have already booked him for next year!

It is one of the more inclusive family oriented facility on Panama City Beach. A salt water lake (Lake Powell) behind for fishing, boating and exploring. The Gulf of Mexico in front with it's warm southerly breezes and soothing surf to pour over your ears and body. Great place to explore, swim, fish, and experience a slice of heaven without leaving far from the comfort of your beds and kitchen.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball, fishing, crabbing, canoeing, saunas, weight room, relaxing. And did I, no place like it. I and my team do the cleaning and maintenance, so no generic sheets and towels that service companies only provide, here you get Solid quality with the comfort you deserve, if a lightbulb is out or something is broken, I fix and repair on the spot, we have been doing this for many years and have a competitive system that works well for everyone.
