Great for family

Our party of 8 adults 5 children had a wonderful time!! Quiet, peaceful, & beautiful! Close to all Branson has to offer but enough away for quiet!!

Great getaway!

This was an amazing place to stay. Lots to do and the home was amazing. We had an age range of guests from 71 to 1 and everyone was happy and loved the stay. Will definitely plan on coming back.

Beautiful- exactly as advertised!

The home was beautiful and very clean. Stocked with what we needed, and the views were amazing! The lake out of one side of the place, the mini golf course out of the other. Everyone enjoyed all of the resort activities.

Great Stay in WaterMill Cove

The house was perfect for our large extended family! Resort was great with tons of things to do for all ages. Our group enjoyed the mini golf and the arcade. The house had plenty of room and was clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Location was perfect as well. We come to Branson every year around Christmas and this was by far our favorite house and resort we have stayed at. We will definitely be back

BRANSON CHRISTMAS 2020

This property was even more beautiful in person!! The house was clean, beautiful, AWSOME in every way!! I highly recommend this property for family gatherings!! Loved the playground & put put golf right outside the front door!! ❤️

50th Anniversary Family Gathering

All the booking and pre travel process was easy and very good. The unit was big enough for all our family under 1 roof (13) and the kids had plenty to do. Lots to do in Branson even though it was off season. Kids want to come back in the summer. Bailey with resort management was awesome.

Every amenity possible!

If you have children, this is the place for you! In addition to a fabulous pool area, with a water slide and a lazy river, they have volleyball, pickle ball, basketball, shuffleboard, ping pong, a sand box, swings, and an arcade that is free. We rented one of their pontoon boats, which was awesome. We are definitely coming back next year!

LOVE THIS RESORT!

This is the PERFECT place to spend the holidays, especially if you have kids/grandkids. Tons of stuff to do on property (bikes, putt putt, basketball, pickle ball, game cabin, etc.) and the cabin was beautiful! Plenty of room to spread out or get together at the table for some spirited Uno. We had a tree and the perfect spot to take all our holiday photos. The hot tub was even open! Communication was quick, detailed, and friendly. Plan to stay again soon!

Great location. Family friendly

Perfect place for a relaxing family get away. We had 10 kids ranging from 2-12 and 7 adults. We all something to enjoy. We were directly across from the play area, which was very nice for the kids. They spent many hours enjoying playing at the arcade, the treehouses, the various game areas, mini golf and riding bikes. The pool was closed but we did enjoy a day on the lake kayaking and swimming. We will definitely be back!!

We Are Family Christmas Vacation

The property is beautiful and our Villa was perfect. There were 17 of us, ranging in age from 3 - 76 years of age. This was the first time my family traveled for Christmas and everyone was pleased. The villa was stocked with everything we need, including a griddle for pancakes. We had 3 levels, each with access to an outside balcony or the screened-in patio on the lower level. The Christmas tree and decorations really contributed to the vibe. The family would love to visit again; perhaps in the summer when the pool is open.

A Quick May Getaway

We loved the resort. The house was roomy and comfortably accommodated our group of 14, ranging in age from 70 to 3 1/2 months. We ate most of our meals at the house and the kitchen had anything we needed. A gas grill was provided. All the amenities at the resort are free. Our group particularly enjoyed the pools, hot tubs, mini golf, water trampoline, shuffle board and game room. There are a large-sized washer and dryer (detergent and dryer sheets provided) in the unit. In mid-May, the resort was not crowded and the temperatures were warm. We rented a pontoon from a nearby marina and did some cruising and tubing on Table Rock Lake. We did some touristy activities in Branson but we probably enjoyed the resort most of all! I would recommend this resort.

I don't say this casually. We were incredibly impressed. The condo and grounds were immaculate. The miniature golf was very well done. The grandkids loved the playscape - two connected treehouses, two slides, wings, monkey bars, and an airplane. The grandkids were in heaven. The parents and grandparents were tired. Basketball, pickelball, sand volleyball, arcade, pool table in the house, looked like a great pool area (still too cold). Thanks for a great time. We will be back. The Hargrove Family

Christmas family vacation

We decided three years ago to quit buying Christmas presents for 17 people and pay for a family vacation instead. this is our third year to go to the lake and by far the best. we stayed in a vrbo home the first two years and Watermill Cove exceeds any expectations we could have had this year. We have 7 grandkids under 8 years old and 10 adults. we stayed in the six bedroom villa and it was perfect had two sets of big bunks and all the kids stayed in one room they loved it. The pool and amenities for the kids and adults was great. the private boat dock and swim area at the dock were great too. the kids and adults enjoyed the kayaks and boards down there just cooling off in the lake water. we really didn't have any need to go to branson except for groceries , there was more than enough to enjoy at the resort. I would recommend to everyone.

Great...but

The resort is awesome for families. Tons to do, houses are large and have everything you need to be comfortable. However, our house had one very dirty bathroom and the toilet wasn't seated properly which caused the entire floor to stink. We were only there for 3 days and I didn't want an entire floor to be unusable while it was fixed so I didn't call on it. Just kept the door shut and the exhaust fan running. I'm sure they would have fixed the issue immediately as they were very responsive too all of our requests.

Overall beautiful

The location and house were great we a beautiful view! Amenities were perfect for family. The only downfall is late check-in time and early check-out. Most people want to arrive for a stay earlier than 5pm.

Perfect for all ages

Water mill cove is beautiful. The unit was clean and in the best location possible. Right across from the playground and mini golf. Arcade and pool around the corner and easy walk to everything. The unit had everything you need with an amazing view. We can’t wait to come back! Perfect for all ages.

Family Getaway in Branson

This was a great stay for our entire family. The amenities were excellent. My kids were constantly moving from mini golf to arcade to pool. The proximity to all things Branson was fantastic, but it also managed to provide a quiet retreat to relax.

Overall great!

This was our first but family trip and the location is awesome. Lots to do for the kids. I do Wish there was a heated pool so we could enjoy the swimming activities. Our cabin was very nice, just a few little things that weren’t cleaned but overall a great stay!

Family vacation

Great location for kids of all ages. Our lodge was on a dead end with miniature golf, jungle gym, tennis court, game room, swimming pool all free right across the drive. Everyone had a great time.

Great Branson Get Away!!

We rented this unit with several friends and there was plenty of room for all of us. Kids enjoyed the playground (since it was before the pool opened), grown ups enjoyed the fire pit at night. Drive to SDC took us only 6 min to the parking lot. Great location, great facilities, great time!!!
