Ci sono 2 tipi di case in affitto. Uno ... arredamento e linee molto sterili, noiosi, economici, ecc., Come se nessuno vivesse lì. Poi c'è la nostra casa: splendida casa a 4 piani con un sacco di extra: 2 salotti con TV, 3+ camere da letto con lenzuola di alta qualità, lucernari e luce naturale in tutto, comfort moderni come wifi ad alta velocità, sistema di altoparlanti bluetooth, 2 termostati via bluetooth per maggiore intimità su ogni piano, due ponti esterni dalla camera da letto superiore, vista sul lago e sul parco dalle camere da letto, letti king size e queen size, cucina gourmet che è completamente fornita, tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 8+ sgabelli da bar in cucina, bellissimo rosso pavimenti in legno al piano principale, saponi di lavanda prodotti localmente per ogni bagno, 4 bagni in totale, la biblioteca ha un divano in più che si ripiega per i più piccoli per un letto aggiuntivo. Libro degli ospiti a portata di mano in cucina per una facile ricerca di caffè, negozi, farmacia, banche e altro ancora. Siamo inoltre disponibili 24/7 per qualsiasi domanda o consiglio. Puoi lasciare la tua auto e camminare letteralmente a 1 isolato da tutti i servizi.

Situata nel prestigioso e accogliente quartiere di SPIAGGE, la nostra splendida casa di carattere che si affaccia su un parco e sulla spiaggia, è ideale per famiglie o gruppi che visitano Toronto. Siamo a 1 isolato dall'accesso 24 ore al trasporto pubblico e molti ristoranti, caffetterie e negozi. Drogherie e panetterie locali sono proprio in fondo alla strada! Se la nostra cucina gourmet non ti tiene occupato ... ci sono un sacco di ristoranti, caffetterie e negozi a 1 isolato dalla nostra porta di casa. Tutti i letti sono nuovi quest'anno, così come i letti di qualità superiore, molti cuscini e asciugamani ... è una casa molto confortevole dove stare. La piscina riscaldata è la gemma e apre la primavera, l'estate e l'autunno (non nei mesi invernali).

Abbiamo a prova di bambino anche la nostra casa, quindi ogni piano è sicuro, i cassetti della cucina sono chiusi, ecc. E tutti facilmente disattivabili quando non abbiamo bambini come ospiti. Culla, culla extra, ecc., Tutti disponibili anche per i più piccoli che soggiornano.

Best place to stay in Toronto for 3 couples or family

We had a fantastic five day stay (Thu-Mon) at Miles' house at the Beaches. We were 3 couples, so having three good sized bedrooms with Queen beds was perfect. There is a fourth bedroom with a single bed. The house is in the Beaches area, a short walk to the beach, backs up right on the park and is few block walk to Queen Street with all the shops and restaurants. The tram goes right down Queen St. to take you to downtown Toronto, although we primarily used Lyft/Uber. Our trip was during the Toronto Jazz Festival (free), so Thu-Sat nights we enjoyed walking up and down Queen St listening to the various bands and enjoying the food and people watching. We found the house to be great location for taking our sightseeing trips around Toronto (Fort York, Casa Loma, Distillery District, Harbour Islands boat tour, St. Lawrence Market, etc.). And probably the best thing was coming back to Miles' house in the afternoon and enjoying the private pool and spa with wine and cheese. We were able to check in early to leave our luggage at the house, and then Miles came by and filled us in on the best restaurants and shops nearby. Miles lives nearby and knows the area very well. One of best dinners was at Veluote Bistro, which Miles pointed us to and told us to mention his name, which got us personal attention from the chef. Other nearby restaurants that we really liked were Xola (Mexican), Green Eggplant (Mediterranean & breakfast), and the Stone Lion (Pub food). We all thought that Miles' place was the absolute best place to stay in Toronto - and having Miles as the host and the Jazz Festival made it even better.

Location location location

We had a wonderful stay. The house is a few seconds away from an amazing park, the beautiful lake and broad walk and a couple minutes away from a wading pool and play structure that my kids really enjoyed. Staying so close to the beach is so nice as you can be home for lunch and then go back out. The swimming pool was fantastic, loved the waterfall feature and the spa as well. The house was super clean, beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is wonderful. Last but not least the host (Miles) is super helpful and friendly, both before we arrived and during our stay, just a quick text or short phone call away. Couldn't have been happier! Thank you Miles!

What a lovely property! The lake and boardwalk is literally steps away and the backyard borders a huge park. Miles is a gracious host and was very helpful. The house is well stocked and spacious. We had a girlfriend weekend and we loved every minute.

Everything was great. We had a family of 8 there and we all had a great time. The owner even left the pool on for us and the hot tub was great! Definitely recommend this property. thanks for everything ,had a great weekend..

This is the second visit for our family. Miles is an incredible host and the home is perfect for our needs. Ideal location, minutes from the beach, park, restaurants and shops. We loved our stay. Did not get in our car the whole time. Kids couldn't decide whether to go to the beach or swim in the pool or play in the bsmt play room. Miles was attentive, responsive and a pleasure.

The perfect accommodations

This house is in an idyllic location. You can easily walk to the beach, grab coffee or lunch just a block away, and enjoy everything Toronto has to offer using public transport or car sharing services. Miles is a gracious and generous host. And, the house itself is great for families. I highly recommend this urban oasis.

Great house, amazing neighborhood, kind host.

We had a great time. We were in Toronto but felt like we were in a small beach town. The pool was amazing. Our two boys loved it. Vickie was a kind host. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again next time we’re in Toronto.

Best location! Great host!

We had two families both with young children. Safe neighborhood close to everything, groceries, Starbucks, great restaurants and shops. Best part is you are right in a beautiful park with Lake Ontario on a few steps away! Home was clean and well stocked, hosts were able to recommend some great restaurants and activities. Getting downtown was a short 10-15 min drive and very easy. When I return to Toronto this home is my 1st choice!

Siber Family Weekend

We had a wonderful long weekend at Vickie's place! We were there for a family celebration, but it was difficult to get the kids to leave the house! 4 adults and 4 children enjoyed everything about the rental. Every room was comfortable, extras (blankets, dishes, etc.) were always available and the kids LOVED the pool area. This is such a fantastic neighborhood and the location is an easy walk to tons of great food, shopping, recreation and the beach, which you can see from most rooms in the house. We hope to come back again and again. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Family House

The location in the Beaches was the perfect setting for our family gathering. From the park in your backyard to the lakeshore boardwalk and beach to the shopping and restaurants at the top of the street, everything was in walking distance. The house is as described, "Not your average rental" as it is very clean, well stocked with linens, towels, toiletries, cooking supplies, comfortable beds and sitting area's, very peaceful neighbourhood, renovated and modern. The family was there upon arrival to offer assistance, explain the necessary technology and available if any further assistance was required. I would definitely return to this property next time I am in Toronto and highly recommend it to others, being just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown yet minutes away by car or even streetcar truly leaves you feeling like a local! Gorgeous home with a gourmet kitchen, super clean and backs right onto the park and beach in the Kew Beach area. Just 1 block from the main strip of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, etc., as well as 24 hours public transit. Wonderful park with popular boardwalk that stretches over 5 km along the waterfront, tennis courts and many park activities available, year round.
Heated pool with waterfall and hot tub that is the star attraction. Very quiet neighbourhood, very safe, local shops and restaurants
