Great house with plenty of space for everyone. Easy walk to the dock for a swim or a drink on the top deck. We enjoyed watching the deer feed in the yard every day. There is a great park that’s a five minute walk from the house. Lots of well used trails. The park is clean a well patrolled. Lots of beaches around the park if you want to swim. The house is located near any type of shopping you would want. Quiet well maintained neighborhood as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We loved this location, the double decker dock, very well stocked kitchen and enough room for all 10 adults, ( 8 for sleeping). There was grass, water and tree'd areas! Lots of porch space for morning coffee and eating outside!

Great location

We had a wonderful stay. There was eight of us and we all felt like the beds were comfortable. The view is beautiful and the house is big and beautiful. It could use some tender loving care which we will private message the host with but otherwise it was a perfect stay.

We had one day where we were able to boat. The rest of the time was cold and rainy. Little Ridge Park was nice for walking. The beds and showers were great. The host was very good and responded very quickly. The fireplace was amazing. Lake view was great. Tempature of house was difficult to regulate. Probably better in warmer months. Some areas needed better cleaning.

Perfect location with great dock to enjoy the lake. Plenty of space!

Well stocked, large home. Proximity to Little Ridge park was a nice surprise. Would have liked to park our boat under the cover but that was not allowed; with rain each night that was not ideal. Big kitchen and 2nd fridge were awesome. Would recommend and would stay again!

Lake Wedding get away

We rented this waterfront property to attend a friend's wedding. We travel often and this was a definite favorite home. The pictures are accurate to the beauty and maintenance of the property. The 4 master suites create wonderful privacy and the living spaces are comfortable for gathering groups. The property and dock were beautiful and the views are gorgeous. I highly recommend booking and enjoying this property for your lakeside stay, we didn't want to leave

Great Lake Location

Good amount space on a beautiful lake with sunset views. 2 full kitchens. Close to all necessary stores (groceries, restaurants, etc). Furniture & fixtures were a bit dated, but functional. Property host was extremely responsive & helpful after a minor mix up with check-in.

Nice lake house

Great location and nice house as advertised. Could use some updating on decor and needs better lighting throughout. Lake Lanier is wonderful and located on south end which was nice and quiet. A little too much intrusion from rental agency and owner visiting and contacting us during the stay- felt like they were following you on security cameras

Great house, great stay!

We had a wonderful time here! The house is very spacious, and the view is gorgeous. Our only complaint is that renters do not have access to put their boats in either of the slips, and the listing seems misleading in that way. Renters have to tie on to the side of the dock, which is less than ideal when it’s raining or very choppy. Otherwise, great stay in a great house!

Family Vacation

Communication prior to check in was easy and all my questions were answered. Check in was super easy. The home was as described and actually perfect for our family. We served meals buffet style from the massive kitchen raised counter. We enjoyed the lake every single day and rented a boat one day. Played boccee ball in the yard and enjoyed the hot tub. No problems at all. We all decided we will be vacationing here on the Lake next year!

Had a great stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and clean. Very cozy and comfortable. Pretty much had everything we needed. New appliances was a plus. Had a lot of cooking to do for our Nee Year celebration. The view was beautiful. Very close drive from all the important stores to buy food. Or restaurants if you like. But we stayed in and mostly cooked at the house. It was also very convenient to have a washer and a dryer to wash our clothes before packing. We really enjoyed our stay. Would do it again if family ever decides to.

Disappointment

The property was not all as it seemed. It had a fowl odor and had dead cockroaches on the floor, we counted 3 before we walked out. The dock was full of cobwebs. When speaking to the property manager they had said we should have called them and they would have come over to remove the. Do they not check or clean before arrival? They would not refund our money even though we called and told them after 10 minutes. They did however refund the cleaning fee. GO figure they didn't clean anything anyways. We didn't stay there but they made us pay the bill though... DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Thank you for your feedback. We wish you had given us a chance to make things right during your stay. Summer by the lake does come with some natural elements, and while dead bugs might not be ideal, they're a sign that our preventive measures are working to keep the live ones out. Spider webs are not part of the charm of a lakeside retreat, and we do our best to keep up with them. We're glad you noticed the fireplace wood smell—it's one of those cozy, rustic touches we hope guests enjoy. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to improve the experience for all our visitors."

No Sports on TV

When you go to relax at the lake for the weekend in Fall, watching a few football games is not unusual. Seems like a cheap please to try to save a few dollars but we could not get the UGA game on ESPN. The TVs could not even load our own ESPN and Xfinity apps because they were not updated. I had to watch English Premier league on my Laptop and then we had to go out to watch the Georgia Game. Basic access to sport should be a given or at least update your smart TVs with flash player so I can run my own apps. Other than that the place is great. As I said the extra $10 per month or so, to look after your guests needs would be money well spent.

Dirty and Bugs

Honestly, the location was fantastic but the house was dirty. For example, there were fingernail clippings left on the nightstand in one of the bedrooms. There was also an abnormal amount of cockroach sitings, like 4-5 a day. Both American and German roaches which leads me to believe there is a problem. We contacted the property manager who said he would have someone come out to treat. That never happened, and when we contacted again he said he would be out to treat. That also never happened. We told the property manager about the mail clippings as well. We didn’t mind that there weren’t wineglasses or the lack of any type of water accessories but dirty and bugs just don’t cut it for the price.

Thank you for the comments and sorry the stay wasn’t up to your or our expectations. I wish you would have told us about the status of the cleanliness when you arrived, we would have sent the cleaning crew back out immediately. I was only informed of the issue after you departed. In regards to the bugs we do apologize for them. We did try to reach out to you several times to schedule for the pest company to come out with no response till the end of the stay. I was willing to come out as well to spray the home but had no response. The pest company has now been out to resolve the issue.
