The house is in a great location right by the beach and within walking distance to the boardwalk. It was a perfect size for our family of four. The host was readily available and quickly addressed any issues we had.

You couldn't want a more convenient location and a cleaner home. Sleeps 7 in bedrooms but plenty of pullouts if needed. Owner very communicative and provides accessories needed for the beach and kids. We'll be back

We had such a great week. The beach is incredibly close and really nice - soft white sand, free access, new beach umbrellas. The house was spotless and well equipped. Point Pleasant and its boardwalk are manageable in ways that others are not - we enjoyed lots of seafood as well as great Mexican food and of course Jersey diners. And we even fit in some antiquing. Highly recommend.

Excellent Vacation

Just got back from a week stay with my two little girls and friends. Everything was so convenient and the house was great to lounge around after fun days at the beach.

Excellent Stay in Point Pleasant

My friends and I had a phenomenal time at Kris’s home. It was super clean, comfortable, and a great location. He was extremely easy to work with and accessible during the stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the future!

Terrific Rental.

Great rental close to the boardwalk, beach and the town. House is well stocked and offers everything you could need for a shore vacation. We'll definitely be back.

Perfect fit!

We had a great time, the house is well appointed - we had everything we needed and Kris was very attentive to the few details that arose. Plus it's so convenient to the beach, don't hesitate - this is where you want to stay!

Great house, great Location

The house is very clean and spacious. It was close enough to the beach that my 7 year old grandson didn’t complain about the walk. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Spacious beach house close to all the action

The house had everything my family needed to enjoy our stay at Point Pleasant. An awesome location and only a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The house is bigger than it looks in photos and had plenty of space for my party of 8. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great place to unwind!

We had a wonderful time unwinding with friends and family. The walk to the beach was so easy and the boardwalk was right there. My favorite was the outdoor shower! Thank you for allowing us to stay here!

Great place, right by the boardwalk

6 of us stayed here for an extended weekend and all of us agreed we would be coming back. Good size house for 6-10 people. 2 minute walk from beach/boardwalk. Highly recommend!

Great access to beach and Jenkins boardwalk

The house was perfect. Loved the 2 TV rooms and all the channels we had access to. Something for everyone. The owner had so many extras you do not find in other rentals.

Beautiful Week at the Beach

We had a great stay! The house was clean with plenty of room for our group of 5. The location was perfect with easy access to the beautiful beach and the boardwalk. The neighborhood was great for walking. Kris was available and responsive. It was extra nice having beach towels and chairs available to use. A great vacation stay for family or friends. Highly recommend.

Clean and neat space close to beach

This property was clean and neat. It was fully stocked with all we needed for our stay from sheets on beds, towels and even beach towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with necessary cooking supplies. It is also in a nice neighborhood and very close to the beach and boardwalk.

Seaside Family Retreat was perfect for our family of six, all adults. Checking in at 4PM was simple since we were supplied with the door code. We enjoyed the big family room and outdoor space. The fenced in yard was perfect for my son’s dog. Cooking was easy in the kitchen as well as grilling on the back patio. Most of our meals were eaten at the large table outside.

Simply Perfect

The home is exactly as pictured and described. There was so much space for gathering, chilling and sleeping. Additionally we loved just how close it was to the beach. While our time of year was less about beach, if you come in the summer this is ideal for any size group. The neighborhood was quiet and respectful.

A nice family vacation spot

Nice beach house, just as described in the listing. Very close to the boardwalk and Jenkinsons beach. Unfortunately Jenkinsons beach was closed, but Maryland beach was open with plenty of free on street parking close to to the entrance. A bonus to us was that the house was well equipped for babies (pack n play, highchair, bath equipment etc). All in all, a nice family vacation spot.

Perfect weekend getaway!

The house is a lovely property, 2 minute walk to the beach, and 5 minutes to the main attractions on the boardwalk. I loved being able to walk to the beach to drink my morning coffee! The house was perfect, with a huge family room, and a screened-in sun porch. There were 4 adults and 2 children and we were very comfortable. The house was well kept, had everything we needed, and Kris was a great host!

Great family time

Coming from California to be with our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughters from Virginia Beach for spring break. The house was perfect for our needs and very well stocked with everything we needed. The host was wonderful and responded promptly to any questions we asked. Great family vacation

Our family had a fantastic vacation at this house. A short walk from the beach and boardwalk was ideal, especially for the kids. But it was far enough away from the boardwalk bars that we enjoyed peace and quiet in the evenings and the beach was not overly crowded during the day. Two spacious living rooms plus a sun room was more than enough space for the kids to play and for the adults to relax. Great communication with the owner before and during the trip. Highly recommend.
