Maravilla è uno dei complessi familiari più popolari nell'area di Miramar Beach / Destin. Offre 2. 5 acri di spiagge e un accesso privato alla spiaggia. La club house della comunità è l'ideale per grandi riunioni con una cucina ben attrezzata e un'area salotto con una grande TV a schermo piatto da 48 ". Dispone di 2 grandi piscine di cui una riscaldata stagionalmente, campi da tennis, palestra e campi da basket. Puoi utilizzare i grandi sentieri per fare una bella passeggiata o fare jogging lungo Scenic Gulf Drive.

La nostra unità può ospitare comodamente 8 persone con 1 letto king size nel master, 1 letto king size nel soppalco, una camera matrimoniale e 1 divano letto queen-size. Dispone di 2 bagni uno fuori dal master e uno attaccato al soppalco. Questa unità sarebbe ottima per più famiglie o una famiglia numerosa. Ha un bel piano aperto e un bel balcone fuori dal soggiorno. The location is great, I feel like the mater bedroom is a lot smaller than it appears in the pictures. The property grounds and the location to the beach are great.

Excellent location & great family plus dog setup

The 3 bedrooms came in perfect for our family to visit during the 2 months we stayed. The location is absolutely fabulous. Heated pool & hot tub access as well as beach made this condo so enjoyable we can't wait to stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic! The space was beautiful, cozy, and very clean, with a wonderful location and thoughtful furnishings. What really stood out was the host’s outstanding hospitality — their communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond in a way we’ll always appreciate. It was truly a great experience, and we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Great location

We had a great stay. The place was clean and looked just like the pictures. There were a few issues during our stay but the management company was always quick to reply and take care of our needs.

Great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very spacious. The condo was clean and communication was excellent. My family had a great time and location was excellent. The grounds around the condo were kept very clean and this condo was very do friendly which my dog loved his stay. I can't thank Jeffrey for the communication and great stay at the condo. Vacation before daughter goes off to college.

Everything about the property was exactly as advertised and we loved every minute. The beach and locations of restaurants and shopping made the whole trip worthwhile. No question we will be back for more.

Fun vacay

Property was nice and clean. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Convenient walk to beach and pool. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The sliding glass door to balcony didn't lock very good and could use some updating in certain areas but overall nice place and would recommend.

I’ve never rented a beach condo that was so well stocked to accommodate guests! There were so many board games, card games, books, DVDs, sand toys, beach equipment, air pump, ice chests, dog gate and collapsible pen, baby portable pack n play, 7 various portable fans, extra pillows/linens/comforters/throws, fully equipped kitchen from utensils to appliances they had it ALL! All available for us to use freely! I was truly shocked in the best way! When searching for the perfect place to vacation, you can’t ask for more than having to only pack your clothes & food, all other necessities are already there! This place is the definition of a diamond in the rough when you take into account all of that as well as the location, price, & overall quality of the condo itself! I never leaves reviews for ANYTHING, but this one was MANDATORY after such a win in my book!

Excellent Place to Stay

Very beautiful condo in Maravilla. Every detail taken care of. Beautifully set up and decorated so nice. We have been staying at Maravilla for 15 years and this was the nicest place. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was as described. We enjoyed our week there very much. Only three of us so plenty of room. Very comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Would definitely rate this property 5 stars. Our one complaint would be the sofa which was very uncomfortable. We definitely would recommend this property for your stay at the beach.

Home away from home!

We wanted a nice relaxing spring break and we got just that. It was very comfortable and everyone had space to enjoy themselves. The condo looked exactly as pictured. They had plenty of beach toys for the kids and I loved that there was plasticware for the kids to use for eating and drinking. My family was not ready to leave. I look forward to staying here again.
