Abbiamo una cucina completamente attrezzata per tutte le esigenze di cottura.

Questo confortevole cottage con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni, che può ospitare 6 persone, dista solo 6 isolati dalla storica Georgetown Square e 6 isolati dalla Southwestern University. Circa 5-7 minuti di facile passeggiata.

Offriamo due letti king size e due letti singoli, tutti con materassi e lenzuola di alta qualità. Abbiamo anche, per vostra comodità, una lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità.

Charming Cottage in Great Location

The cottage was located a few blocks away from Georgetown Square where we found numerous shops and restaurants. Our host was so helpful with recommendations.

Georgetown’s Gem!

Amazing property and detailed amenities. Property managers were communicative and gave simple instructions on opening and closing our visit. This location of property was fantastic!

Two Step Inn Festival stay

The cottage is within walking distance of the Two Step Inn Festival and to the Georgetown Square. It is in a great location and it is well-appointed. We had a great stay!

Great!

Family gathered from all over for Mom's 90th bday and the houses were perfect for us to share. Kitchens allowed us to cook meals and enjoy family in a relaxed, casual place. So much better than being separate in hotel rooms. Beds were very comfy. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked.

Wonderful home!

We stayed here with our 2 grandchildren ages1 and 5. It was the perfect set up. There was a high chair and pack and play, which made it so convenient. Pam was great! We needed a late check out and she was so nice about it. She also let us check in early. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Elise cottage again!

We had another amazing stay at the Georgetown Cottages. We stayed in Ellie this visit and it was perfect. I highly recommend all the cottages. They are clean, stocked with everything you will need and more.

Perfect Stay

This is our second time staying in one of Pam's homes in Georgetown. Everything was perfect and supper close to the square. I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely Cottage

Thanks for a great stay

We very much liked the cottage. What a great location in Georgetown, we easily walked to all the locations we needed to get to. The cottage was clean, the beds are nice and the bathrooms were clean and well stocked. It was a great fit for our group of four and very homey. The only minor thing was that the kitchen isn't the best stocked. We made breakfast a couple of times and the pans and utensils are underwhelming. But I highly recommend the property and the owners!

Georgetown Cottage

The cottage was exactly as described, lamps on and glasses with wine ready. A very welcoming feel. The bedrooms worked well for our 3 adults and 2 grandchildren. The living area was spacious with tv and well stocked kitchen. The owner, Pam, responded quickly to any question we had. This property was an easy walk to downtown square with many stores and restaurants. Also, easy drive from Austin. We would definitely rent this cottage again if in the area.

Oct Wedding Stay

Cottage is 8 min walk to Wish Well for the wedding. Cottage is clean, bathrooms are small and narrow, if you have someone that uses a Walker or wheelchair. Nice to have a washer n dryer.

Best wedding weekend

We were staying in Ellie and Payton houses. It was so perfect. It was a quick 2 minute drive to Wish Well House - the wedding venue. Pam was able to let us check in early and check out a little later :-) Thanks for everything Pam !

Our stay at the Ellie Cottage

This cottage was awesome. Extremely clean with beautiful appointments. As usual Pam was a great hostess. The location is ideal for walking to the town square and easy access to the highway. Stayed in one of Pam's cottages last year and hopefully many more times. Thank you Pam

Charming and Comfortable Cottage

My wife & I stayed here for a long weekend with our two kids (15 & 13). The listing was accurate and the home was very comfortable. We had enough room to spread out and still spend time together. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Owners Pam and Al Bartschmid have been residents of Georgetown since 1983. They fell in love with the historic charm and hometown appeal and decided to raise their family and someday retire there. “We wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.”, opines Pam. “Georgetown has everything we need and if we want more, Austin is a short 30 miles south.”

The cottages are located in the historic area of Georgetown. It is a short stroll to the town square (voted the most beautiful town square in Texas) and an equally brief walk to Southwestern University.
