A pochi passi dall'oceano in un incredibile resort sull'oceano sulla costa occidentale di Maui. Questo studio è una vacanza rilassante per una coppia o una famiglia di tre persone. Con una cucina completamente attrezzata, un bagno completo (senza vasca) e lavatrice / asciugatrice ti godranno tutti i comfort di casa durante la tua vacanza a Maui.
Goditi i suoni delle onde che si infrangono mentre ti rilassi nella piscina fronte oceano. WIFI e parcheggio gratuiti, sala fitness e banco attività del resort. Allontanati per le passeggiate e le nuotate mattutine e per ammirare le stelle di notte.

Goditi la tua tazza di caffè mattutino o goditi i favolosi tramonti mentre osservi le isole di Molokai e Lanai. Questa è l'isola perfetta scappare.

L'unità è arredata con decorazioni in stile isola, un letto king size e un letto singolo, televisione e lettore DVD. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e il bagno ha una doccia.

Il Royal Kahana ha una piscina lato oceano, shuffleboard, palestra, barbecue e ascensori. Il resort è una struttura "non fumatori" tranne nell'area designata per i fumatori.

The property was lovely and the room was fine. However, there is no direct beach access. We had to walk through this property and the next door property to get to beach. The host was amazing! Maui Paradise Properties were very responsive and communicated with us every step of the way. They were fantastic! I recommend this place! Aloha!

Great stay

It was our first trip to Maui and it was great! This location… by far is best to see the turtles in the ocean and swim with them! Great experience and we will be coming back. I’m already trying to get the same room for next year!

Floors were filthy, black. Need professional insect sprayer for there was a lot of bugs. Fan did not work. Burners on stove do not fit properly. Lastly, need new mattress. Other than that, we had a wonderful time.

Great place to stay

Great ground-floor apartment. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the complimentary beach chairs, towels, and cooler. The location was good, even though the beach wasn't accessible this time of year there was one within walking distance and within a 5-10 min drive in either direction there are a lot of other amazing beaches. Communication with the company was prompt and reliable! Would definitely recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay, first floor location made everything easy, from bringing in groceries to heading to the beach/pool/bbq. The only thing that the suite could use is a couple of hooks on the bathroom door to hang towels and bathing suits as there is only one small towel bar (other than hand towels by the sink)

Good stay

The property is ok. A bit dated. There was construction going on at the hotel during the day and it was loud. It was nice to have the kitchenette. My recommendations are to provide cleaning cloths and tea towels. I did contact the property manager and they were very helpful and brought some the next day. It would be nice to have paper towel and toilet paper enough for my stay. However I did notice in the write up that these items are provided only to get people started. It was beachfront… and a sandy beach close by. We saw off the beach and saw lots of fish and sea turtles. The highlight. The place was a bit dirty as an example the washing machine … between washer and wall there was lots of thick dust. Also the dishes I washed before I used and I cleaned out the cabinets as there were crumbs in them.

First stop on three week vacation

Great room to begin our adventure. First floor, short walk around the building to pool. Watched whales from the pool. Great stay.

Place is convenient to most hotels and restaurants. TV is impossible to operate. Can't get the networks. Ask for instructions. Wonderful staff. No check in. Lots of luggage trolleys. Very few disabled spots. Four for 200 plus rooms. Great travel planners in the lobby. Be careful with Outrigger Hotels. Quality varies from resort to dog kennel. Ours was in between

Support the Island

This was my second time in three years to stay at the Royal Kahana. The location is terrific for staying on the west side. The view from the property is spectacular and its on the water. I look forward to staying there on my next visit to the island. Mahalo Maui

The check time out at 10am was too early, most are 11 with some late check out considered. Fot this reason only i will look closer at offerings before booking.

Lavadora no funciona

El edificio muy limpio y la habitación muy acogedora nos gusto mucho la ubicación lo único malo fue usar la lavadora si se van a quedar poco tiempo no hay problema pero si se quedan más de 5 días les recordamos no usar la lavadora no funciona y hacía mucho ruido también el televisor 📺 deberían cambiarlo por uno nuevo . Gracias

Great location.

The washer did not work. I had noticed a couple previous reviews mentioning the washer was broken and was told it had been repaired. It had the same issues as the previous guests had noted. That was disappointing. Overall the condo and property were nice.

A little disappointed

We loved the location. Beach was great. Lots of turtles. But the AC looked to have mold up in the vents. Little out dated. Washer was broken. We had planned on using part way through the trip and had to go spend 2 hours at the Laundromat in Lahaina. Utensils could use a swap out for new ones and maybe a thorough check by the cleaners that they were not put back dirty!! But it didn't ruin our trip. We had a great time

Kahana Getaway

My only reason for giving a 4 star vs. a 5 is that some items either need replacing or repair. The washer needs repair or replacement. The spin cycle works poorly or if you have more than 3 towels in it, not at all. It's so noisy our neighbors came over to ask what the noise was. I did inform Maui Properties so hopefully it will be corrected. We had a dirty baking sheet in the oven on arrival and were missing a few items and had a broken beach chair, but Maui Properties were very good at addressing our needs. Also reported a broken bed table lamp. Only way to turn it off and on is to crawl under a table and plug and unplug, so very annoying. For a 10 day stay would have been nice to have more than 1 kitchen towel and 1 hot mitt as we ate in most nights. The burners on the stove top don't fit quite right so your pan will not sit lop sided. The location of the property and everything else was fabulous.
