Hello Joanne Thank you for staying with us. I truly appreciate that you enjoyed our beach house. The location is private yet within walking distance to town. My wife and I have tried to make Gualala Point feel like home away from home. The views of the river and ocean, plus the wildlife creates a feeling of relaxation which explains why there are tv's in every room and 300 dvds. If you want to venture out, you can but you don't have to. I am extremely pleased that your experiences at GP were a high mark. Adam and Evan were really pleasant to host. Hard working nice people. We had a plumbing issue that they discovered and were smart enough to turn off the water which avoided a lot of damage. They were great guests and I would welcome them back in a heartbeat. Really good people Ray

Hello Nola I am extremely pleased that you enjoyed Gualala Point as my wife Pauline and I do. The birds, deer and sea life make a great visual with the Pacific Ocean as a backdrop. Sitting out on the upper balcony, the entire area is your screen, just like going to a movie except it is live. We like to enjoy what is here rather than looking for something to enjoy. Tom, Tazz and Virgil were extremely pleasant. They had a long stay and we worked together to make their stay as enjoyable as possible. Good people and very responsible for the property. I spoke directly with several of the Pappas family during their weekend stay at Gualala Point. Extremely nice people who enjoyed the house and the town. My wife and I really appreciate our guests and do our best to be as helpful as possible. We live in Gualala so we are on hand to interact with guests, should they have questions about the house or the area. The house was left extremely clean and I would personally recommend this very nice family to any home owner who desires to have them as guests.
