Great spot on the water

What a lovely little retreat we had. The area is gorgeous and sitting on the couch and looking out at the water is so relaxing. The home is just as described and so comfortable to be in. Thank you Susana. We will be back.

Beautiful respite

This condo is beautiful and everything was immaculate. We were staying to help our our son and his family with their newborn who required hospitalization. We spent our days caring for them and it was wonderful to return to this condo at night to regroup, relax and get ready for the next day. The development is beautiful. We did not utilize any of the amenities due to the pandemic. Susana is an excellent host who made sure we had everything we needed. You will not regret staying at this lovely home.

We had to get a parking pass from the HOA office and they didn’t believe we were guests of Susana (whom we were renting from) since they had no knowledge of guests visiting and we didn’t have a phone number they could call to verify. We asked Susana to please call the office, but she didn’t in the 30 minutes we were stuck there. So we had to show them the Vrbo agreement in order to stay in the condo and get a parking pass. But then Susana was irate with us (maybe they don’t allow short term rentals?), but we have a small child so we weren’t going to fight the HOA people on Christmas Eve. It would probably be 100x better if Susana acquired the parking pass herself and left it in the condo.

As I explained we do what we should do- I did prepare everything for you , I get the pass for your Dad to prepare everything for your baby and as I told you, your name was at the gate on your arrival. Unfortunately we can not give a car pass everyone needs to go to the HOA. You did have my number but I was in a Ceremony (Church ) My aunt passed a few days ago. So sorry I could not answer at the moment you were request and I really hope you enjoy your stay on top of all this. As we talk your dad came and pick up your stuff. We wish you a Happy New Year.

Afraid to give a good review...don't want to compete with other renters!

We love Waterside and Susana's property did not disappoint. Patio doors open to the canal, five minute walk to the pool and Yacht Club overlooking Tampa Bay, ten minute drive to downtown St. Pete and Gulfport. We'll be back! Muchas gracias Susana!

Wonderful Apartment

We had a great time at Susana's place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighborhood is very convenient and the apartment is very quiet! I️ would 100% recommend a stay here.

Summer Vacation

The Owner was Great to work with and her Condo was very nice! The pools , weight room and yacht club were also very nice! It took approximately 10-15 minute s to drive to St. Pete's Beach. Finally, we enjoyed our morning coffee on her deck over looking the bay.

Loved this place !

Communication with owner was very fast and she was available whenever we needed. The location was beautiful & it’s exactly as it’s pictured on the site ! My kids loved it ! We would definitely go back !

Great place for a relaxing vacation.

Great complex. Safe and beautiful. Very close to the pool and club house. Quick drive to the beach. The owner is super nice and easy to reach. We will come back.

Waterside at Coquina

Our family had a great time staying at Waterside. The owner was super nice and communicated with us through the entire stay. The condo was immaculate and the neighborhood was very well-kept. The pool areas looked amazing but we were not to be able to use them due to COVID. One of the pools had a dock area where people could fish in the bay. We rode bikes around the neighborhood and took pictures of the most beautiful sunset on the bay. We like to “beach hop” so staying in this location was a good middle ground to explore the gulf coast. We were able to go to Manasota key, Anna Maria, Fort Desoto, St Pete’s beach and Crystal River for kayaking to the springs. The condo is within 3 miles of Publix and Walmart and St Pete’s beach restaurants are about 15-20 mins away. Overall amazing trip!

Snowbird get-a-way

Very clean and stark white. Would suggest printing directions for t.v. And “nest” temp control. I never experienced it before and had difficulty.

Excellent Vacation

This is my 1st experience with VRBO so I was not sure what to expect in terms of accuracy of listing and overall quality of the place. In a nutshell, the listing pictures and location are accurate. The unit is super clean, has a nice and quite view of the water, close to St. Pete down town, and is a perfect getaway for couples and families with kids. Susana (the owner) is a great host. She communicated the check in/out instructions ahead of time and was available to address any questions in a prompt manner. The unit has pretty much everything that we looked for in terms of towels, soap bars, laundry detergents, pots, pans, etc. It is also 10-15 mins drive from St. Pete downtown with a lot of restaurants to choose from. The unit is in a quite subdivision which is great for relaxation. I really enjoyed my time and will definitely look to reserve the same unit if I decide to spend my next Christmas in St. Pete.

Great condo!

Beautiful condo, just as pictured. Corner unit quiet location, great amenities with ample supplies and beautiful updated decor. Susana was very easy to deal with and responded quickly to my questions. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend to future guests.
