Beautiful property with farm views. Inside was spacious, well stocked, clean and decorated in a fun vibe. We loved the fire pit out front and the farm animals all around. Hosts were very friendly & attentive. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful property that is uniquely decorated. I loved all the different lighting features. There are also cool touches like a portable ice maker and a sound system on each floor. The house is well-stocked and in an excellent location to explore Gettysburg. The host is super friendly and responsive. The animals, view from the deck, and pool took this property over the top. I would highly recommend. Best of all, you can bring your dog!

Our family has stayed at this property three times so far. It will certainly not be our last stay here. The property is immaculate, the provisions are wonderful, and the host is both gracious and extremely helpful. My three grandsons enjoy walking outside and visiting with the rescued animals. We can swim in the indoor pool without changing locations, so late sleepers can join whenever they are ready, without extra travel. It is wonderful that the dining room table fits all ten of us at the same time, with plenty of room for platters of food.

Our family (8 adults, 5 boys aged 9-14) stayed at the Big House and had a wonderful time. The property was as advertised, clean, well maintained, with easy communications and support from the owners. It was an easy trip into Gettysburg and Caledonia State Park for us. Thanks for everything.

We stayed at this farm with a large family group and couldn’t have been happier. It’s a wonderful place to host a crowd, with plenty to keep everyone busy. The kids especially loved having the pool available, and the location was ideal—just close enough to Gettysburg that day trips into town were easy and never felt like a hassle.One of the biggest highlights was all the animals. The kids were delighted by them, particularly the goats, who were incredibly friendly and inquisitive. It made the whole stay feel special and memorable.The host was fantastic throughout. Communication was excellent, and they were quick to answer any questions that came up. Because they were located so close by, they were able to address anything we needed right away, which gave us real peace of mind.We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in the area—it’s a great fit for families, and we’d happily stay here again.

Our host was helpful and lovely when I had to seek help figuring out how to work the heat system in the lower level! The property is amazing. My family and I and a few dear friends loved their stay and want to visit again sometime! The property, the views and the animals made for a very special stay! An indoor pool and a Hot Tub in February were such a treat!

This was a stay-cation for 14 guests. Communication with the host was excellent. Plenty of bath linens and pool towels. Kitchen had plenty of coffee supplies and spices. The indoor pool, hot tub, and pool table were highlights, but being able to interact with the rescue animals was awesome! The large dining room table was perfect to eat as a group and play games.

We had family to the Big House recently and we had a great time. While the kids loved the pool, game room and everyone enjoyed the hot tub, the friendly farm animals surrounding the house were clearly the hit. This was our second time staying at the Gettysburg house. We loved all the animals, especially the horses and cats. The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. The kids loved the game room and the adults loved the campfire. Definitly recommend this house for your next family vacation!
