(Settimana di New York minimo 5 notti - minimo 3 notti 1 gennaio - 31 marzo) La nostra grande casa Killington è di +/- 5000 mq. Piedi per record di città (accurato). C'è un appartamento attiguo completo con 2 camere da letto, soggiorno, cucina completa e bagno completo. C'è anche una sala giochi di 600 piedi quadrati con una barra di 20 piedi. La casa è un accogliente rifugio per tutto l'anno, che si trova nel cuore di Killington. La casa principale può ospitare 20 persone in letti più che comodamente !!
Di seguito delinea la casa principale.
1 ° piano:
Nuova cucina con ripiani in granito, tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, una grande isola centrale con un frigorifero incorporato. C'è una piccola sala colazione fuori dalla cucina con camino; Il concetto di cucina è un piano aperto che conduce dalla cucina alla sala da pranzo. Il soggiorno ha una sezione di buone dimensioni, 2 sedie a bracci, camino e TV a schermo piatto. C'è anche un secondo salotto con divano / letto e TV.

Camera da letto al primo piano: c'è un letto a castello che ha un materasso pieno sul fondo con un gemello in cima. (La camera può ospitare 3) di cui è una tana privata con letto estraibile per 2 persone (totale 5 persone)

Bagno rinnovato con box doccia, lavabo nuovo con piano in marmo e lavatrice / asciugatrice più recenti.

2 ° piano:
Camera da letto al secondo piano 1: c'è un letto a castello che ha un materasso pieno nella parte inferiore e due letti gemelli nella parte superiore. C'è anche 1 doppia e 1 regina / pieno. (La camera può ospitare 6) Ampio armadio / spazio di archiviazione / incorporato

Camera da letto al secondo piano 2: Queen / Master Bed (2 posti letto) Ampio armadio / spazio di archiviazione.

Camera da letto al secondo piano 3: c'è un letto a castello che ha un materasso pieno nella parte inferiore e due letti gemelli nella parte superiore. Ci sono anche altri 2 letti singoli (Camera per 5 persone)

Great responsive hosts ! Convenient location good for large groups

Owners were very accessible and helpful throughout our stay. The layout of bedrooms and bathrooms didn’t exactly fit the needs ofOur group - 4 families (each wanting their own bathroom/bedroom combo). There was plenty of space and the game room was great for our NYE celebration.

Great spot, need some TLC in some area. Great ski house

Great time, very gracious host. Communicative and flexible to our needs with a big storm affecting our check in! House has charms and its quirks. Not a 5 min walk from house to life, but a 5 min drive. Great times!

Perfect place for an amazing family vacation.

Property manager was so helpful, house was more than accommodating for a large group. Easy access to Killington and Pico mountains and local restaurants.

Skiing Vacation

Matt's home was super convenient to the resort and all the businesses/restaurants in Killington. There was plenty of space for our group of 2 families and the game room was a great escape for those that wanted a place to have fun.

Large property, great location, responsive hosts

Great space for a friends trip. We had 14 people and did not feel cramped at all. Enjoyed our time at the house and the proximity to the mountain and surrounding bars/restaurants. Matt and Colin were super responsive hosts.

Good for a large group

We stayed here with a group of 18 and had plenty of room/were comfortable! Matt was very responsive. The location of the house is great and so close to everything. Would recommend!

VERY spacious & well stocked home with everything a large group would need for a long weekend. The group was extremely comfortable the entire time, don't think twice about booking.

Great home base for Killington

We had a great trip in this spacious house. Close location to mountain and access road. Kitchen well stocked. Awesome hot tub. And a super helpful host.

Perfect Mountain House Minutes from Killington

Matts place was truly amazing for the group of 15 we had. Everyone got a bed (with several to spare). The hot tub was incredible. And Matt really thought of everything, when it comes to amenities and things in the house. Would definitely stay here again.

Friends' Ski Trip

Matt and Colin's place was exactly what our group of twelve 29-35 year old guys were looking for on a buddies' ski trip. Plenty of beds, great set up in game room, and close to the mountain and Killington's main strip of bars/restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

New years get away

We booked the house for new years get away with friends. The house was just like the listing…we could have actually had more people. We didn’t even use the inlaw apt. The host was very responsive! I would definitely recommend this house to others.

Perfect for our Bachelor party weekend

This house was the perfect fit for my brothers's bachelor party. We had 15 guys total and plenty of space. We rented the whole place including the in-law suite and had a few extra beds. Living room was cozy, game room was a great hang-out spot and the rest of the place was nice. Matt was helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommend this place.

wonderful holiday break

Matt the owner is wonderful and friendly. Before our stay, he sent over many useful information and instructions. During the stay, he was super prompt in answering any questions we had. The property itself is a gem, has more beds than advertised, more than plenty room for our large group. The independent in-law suite was useful for people who needs a little quiet time. Kids enjoyed the ping-pong table a lot!

Great stay!

Every year we take our 2 boys and their friends skiing and this year we chose Killington. This house was exactly what we needed for 9 boys to enjoy themselves after a long day on the slopes! Plenty of beds, room to spread out and the bar/game room was a huge hit as well as the hot tub. They're already talking about renting this house again next year! Matthew was a premier host - so helpful and such a great communicator. Always available! He gave us so much information on the area for dining and other activities and answered even the smallest questions we had. Thank you for giving us a great getaway with wonderful memories!

Family had a great time

Like a big family, the property was complicated, rambling and ultimately warm and wonderful. It’s been renovated, but awhile ago. There is some mustiness and moderate wear that greets you upon arrival. But by the first night, neither was noticeable or an issue. The family enjoyed the space and we had a great time. The hot tub was glorious and immaculate. The kitchen and family room were magnets for our group. It’s slightly inconvenient to have separate in-law suite and garage/playroom entrances but it turned out not to be an issue in the end. We all had a fabulous time and that’s the point, isn’t it? The house is warm, clean and it will feel like home within a few hours.

Great house poor experience with owners

Had a great stay in this home for a ski trip with my friends. Everything was as expected except I thought you didn't have to walk outside to get to the "attached" in law and the game room, but you do, so I was a little disappointed about that but it worked out fine. After we left was when the real negatives started happening. Though we cleaned for hours and left the house in a good state the owners insisted that we destroyed the house. A bed broke from someone just sleeping on it but they would not believe that the bed could possibly be faulty and that it was a miracle that the person sleeping on it didn't get injured. They took our entire security deposit. I purchased an insurance policy that would cover this so I said if they would cooperate with me in providing the receipts I needed to make the insurance claim we would have no problems it would be a win win. They refused to send me the documents I needed and what they did send had destructive tenant damages written across the top. Because the insurance policy was for accidental damages(which the damages were) this would not hold up. Long story short if you want to keep your security deposit I wouldn't stay here. This was my third year renting a house in Killington off homeaway with this same group and I never had an issue getting the full security deposit back until this trip.

Perfect spot for a Killington group trip

This property is perfect for a group trip. From the location to the main road with shuttles easily able to pick us up to the Wobbly Barn, to a quick ride to the mountain, the location is great. There is even more space in the property than advertised, you could sleep 20 people in here easily if you wanted. The game room is great, and the kitchen is well stocked with what you need. Good communication with the host, we will be back!

Great place for group trip

House was perfectly set up for a large group trip. We are a group of 30 something’s and really enjoyed the main house, hot tub, party room and large number of beds. Also so close to the mountain. Highly recommend.

Ideal house for groups

Matt’s house was awesome. We had a group of 18 and there were still beds to spare. I would highly recommend to big groups as it’s less than 5 min away from Killington mountain and all restaurants and bars. We would definitely love to return again.

First Ski Trip Success

This was my children's first ski experience and we were joined by my Sister's family who has experience skiing. The house was perfect for all ages with all of the comforts of home. There is so much room and privacy. Location is perfect. Next time we will bring more people!

Perfect retreat

3 mins from restaurants and bars, 10 mins to the slopes, warm cozy fireplace in the living room, great kitchen / dining area for group gatherings, hot tub for those achy legs from snowboarding! Recommended!
