Cozy, comfortable space.The outdoor area is beautiful and relaxing.The host provides everything needed to prepare meals and morning coffee at the property!25 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Features that stood out:1) the welcoming hospitality of the host, her knowledge and generosity.2} the apartment was both clean and quiet; the kitchen was well stocked and warm water always available.3) the living room is on the small side, but there is a screened-in porch in the back, a comfortable balcony extending out the front, and several alcoves with seating tucked away in a magnificent garden.4) the location is a definite positive; grocery stores are within easy reach, as are the restaurants, shops, and museums in Loveland"s downtown area.5) the apartment's furnishings have a retro flair and the many books extend a welcome of their own.6) guests have a private parking spot on the property.

This property was listed very accurately. Was very clean, the host was very accommodating. Just be reminded that if your over 6' 4" you might have to bend a bit.

What a lovely stay! We had everything we could possibly want for a two-night (or more) stay. Plenty of utensils, cups, dinnerware, electric teapot, coffee maker, hot plate, mini-frig, and a toaster oven. There are two air conditioners that cool the place very nicely. The bed is very comfortable. Lots of art, decor, and books to spend time with. Check out the draperies. They remind me of an exquisite wedding dress! My favorite find was the ceiling light in the bedroom. What a treat! SO unique and fanciful! The highlight is the garden. We spent two mornings out there, walking around, observing the flora, pond with lily pads, art, structures, sculptures, and areas to kick-back, either in the sun or shade. We also spent time in the screened in patio in the evening, enjoying the noises of the night (all natural). Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Walking distance to shops, coffee, and restaurants. Be sure to spend time under the giant pine tree. So, so delightful. You may see some squirrels, birds, and even a very friendly cat that loves attention. Highly recommend Lynn's place!

Lynn was a very kind host! Her property is lovely and the location is ideal for all activities in the area. She has all you need to prep meals and relax. It’s easily accessible for days in RMNP and the Loveland Ft Collins areas.

Loved this place! Perfect cozy place, great location, the outdoor patio area is perfect to relax, literally fell asleep on the little couch outside listening to the water feature. Has everything you would need. Seriously just the cutest place

It was such an amazing place to stay! Close enough to walk into town, 15 minute drive from the airport, and about an hour from Rocky Mountain National Park. It was so cozy and just walking in you felt right at home, with personal touches found everywhere. The outdoor area was quiet and perfect for unwinding after a long day. Lynn was amazing and had good, clear communication the whole time. We definitely plan on staying here again!

Loveland Apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit is a perfect jump off point for travel to many front range destinations. The apartment, while compact, is very comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed for basic meal preparation. A bonus - the host’s garden is gorgeous! Lynn is a great host and provided a lot of information about the area. We’d definitely stay there again.

Nice to find a Peaceful Space

Short getaway in Loveland

It was a perfect getaway in Northern Colorado. The apartment was as cute as described including the amazing garden area. Lynn's poetry was a nice touch to go with all the artwork. We also enjoyed how close this was to the downtown area with the great local restaurants - completely walkable.

I just had my third stay here. I keep returning to this safe, quiet, cozy retreat because Lynn makes the experience perfect in every way. Highly recommend for single female travelers like me!
